I always rent from them when everybody ran out of cars. They have compact, medium, luxury and passenger vans available also. Their check out process is easy but be sure to send them your insurance before you go to them or it might take time to process. Cube is the way to go. Beware - Dishonest and Unprofessional Location I rented a…read morecar from this location on 10/10/2025 and returned it on 10/13/2025 at 10:30 a.m. in perfect condition. I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here.

From start to finish, both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. Originally, my sister and I stopped by to rent a car for a concert. Things didn't go exactly as planned on my end, but Bj and Christopher stepped in with patience, understanding, and incredible professionalism. They worked with me to get everything sorted out, and their level of customer service was truly impeccable. What stood out most was their consistency. I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Every time I pick up my rental, it is clean, gassed up, and ready to go. The check in process is seamless, and I always receive the keys with zero issues, in record time. What truly sets Brittany apart is her dedication. I was running late one day due to a rideshare delay, and she actually waited for me to arrive just to hand over the keys, something she didn't have to do. That meant so much. Enterprise said card was now locked and I had to do this in person In the morning. I arrived in the morning and let the location know. They ran the card 2 times it did not go thru. I told them funds are there it is locked in your system. The person didn't believe me and suggested I call the bank which I did in front of him and the bank said they got no attempts on their side. I told them again the their Enterprise system locked the card on their side and the issue did not come from the bank. They kept insisting it was the bank and when I got upset they said they were not going to talk to me with my raised voice and to make sure I gave them the key because I was not allowed to leave with it - I could not have another day. My response was that I was not a thief. yes, I gave them the key back and now writing this review. In the middle of these events #2 below was going on as well at the location at the same time. 2) I called the 1-888 number and asked for a manager at 1-888 number. The person who answered was nice but didn't know how to help the situation as she tried to run the card thru snd it didn't go thru. I then asked for a manager. The manager typed in the info I gave her and sent it to the people I was talking to in front of me. Then she hung up on me. I thought being that it was their company they knew how to fix the situation. Not ever coming back
