Beware - Dishonest and Unprofessional Location I rented a car from this location on 10/10/2025 and returned it on 10/13/2025 at 10:30 a.m. in perfect condition. I was told I would receive a survey text, but instead got a message about my insurance accepting a body shop claim -- even though the car had already been returned. When I checked my account, the $300 deposit hold showed I would only get $88 back. I called the store, and a young man named Christopher answered. He immediately became defensive and told me the car was returned two days late (10/15/2025), which was completely false. I went to the location in person and asked for a manager. Christopher claimed he was the manager and started arguing with me about the return. Only after pressing him did he say, "It was just a mistake -- you'll get your full refund. It's not that serious." His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. It's now clear this location has serious integrity issues. I've filed complaints with corporate and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Based on my experience, it appears cars are being re-rented after being returned, and prior customers are later falsely charged for damages or late returns. Do not rent from this location. I'm now investigating how the vehicle I returned in perfect condition somehow ended up in a body shop claim under my name. Something is definitely not right here. read more

Outstanding Customer Service - Above and Beyond Experience! I want to take a moment to highlight two amazing employees at Enterprise: Bj Caples and Christopher Adigwe. From start to finish, both of these gentlemen went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. Originally, my sister and I stopped by to rent a car for a concert. Things didn't go exactly as planned on my end, but Bj and Christopher stepped in with patience, understanding, and incredible professionalism. They worked with me to get everything sorted out, and their level of customer service was truly impeccable. What stood out most was their consistency. I ended up keeping the car for almost a month, and anytime I had a question or ran into an issue, one of them was always available. They either answered my call right away or took the time to call me back and walk me through whatever I needed help with. It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers like that. Because of Bj and Christopher, Enterprise has definitely earned my loyalty. I had a wonderful experience at this location! My family had recommended this Enterprise as they live in the area and things could not have gone better. I interacted with BJ on the pick-up side and Christopher for the drop-off. Both were incredibly helpful! It was just after the holidays so lots of people were in and out and they were very patient, even in trying situations such as when a customer needed to use a translation program on his phone as English was not a language he spoke. I will gladly return here again! One note regarding a survey from Enterprise. I received a survey after my rental car was submitted but was travelling and did not have a chance to complete it. In trying to do so today, the link has expired. This is ridiculous! I've been calling this location since 420pm this afternoon !!! I finally drove over here to this location right at 5:30 PM and the door is locked. No one is answering the phone... when it does connect you have your HOLD 20 minutes and then it hangs up on you AGAIN!!! . I've even dialed the number that's on the door and it has a voicemail set up, saying to leave a voicemail. You try to leave a voicemail message but you can't because it automatically hangs up. Everytime I have to rent a car, it's at this location. I'm not sure if it's because I live close by or what, but this time was pretty ridiculous. I actually had to wait upwards of 3 weeks for a rental AT A RENTAL CAR PLACE, which to begin with is ridiculous. I was told they would add me to a wait list, that had 15 people on it . I still had to repeatedly call to get a car. They didn't want me to get what they actually had on the lot because it was over the insurance allowed price point, and ended up STILL HAVING TO GET SOMETHING OVER THE 20-30 dollar a day maximum. So what was the point in me waiting so long? It wasn't a point. They just do what they want to at this location. It's seems not to be ran by corporate. But they're nice and friendly ? I had to wait several days to get a car. I was putt on a wait list but no one ever called. I made it a practice to call Enterprise to check to see if they had vehicles, most times I had to wait on hold for upwards of 20 mins before speaking to someone. When I got a vehicle it was filthy inside and smelled. I cleaned the car inside myself and bought an air freshener. Not impressed at all. read more

Please check your rental car by taking good pictures. Because your insurance will end up covering something that was already damaged not under your rental. Please don't leave until you take pictures inside and outside. And if it's less than your deductible you will have to pay for it. Do not trust them take pictures please. read more

If you need to rent a car from extended warranty claim PLEASE DONT COME HERE. Joseph Salazar(the manager) is completely incompetent. I had an extended warranty with my dealership. If I need repair I get a free rental. The process is a little different but not hard. The warranty company said to have enterprise call and they would take care of reservations. Joseph the manager refused to call. After I called the company on 3 way he agreed to assist me but left without helping me. Before we got to that point he refused. Eventually I had to go in and one of the assistants was like it's an easy process. I won't ever use them again. read more

Secondly, the employee had a horrible attitude when I was asking about the situation I had. He continued to give a bad attitude, also talk very sarcastically to me. He had also raised his voice. This enterprise is actually the WORST. I went in there to try and get a vehicle and it was busy. That wasn't alarming I understood that it was a rush. What bothered me however is the fact that there was only one employee working while another representative sat in a desk on his phone too BUSY to even try to help his coworker out. No they do not have the best cars in their lot but they are located in a convenient intersection for me and as long as you make a reservation and arrive as scheduled there is no going wrong. Now if you are looking for a great selection of amazing cars go somewhere else, this place is in wilcrest and bellaire for goodness sake! Went pick up car rental at 8am and the vechile was filthy. Rep told me that she will get car clean and she will call me when its ready for pick up. 4 hours later car in same place. Rep states the car was just cleaned. REALLY with Hand prints on windows, dirt in back seat and trunk, outside still dirty. I recently was in a car accident and in need of a car for a month. I have rented from Tim Lapp a few times before, and was happy that he was promoted to manager of his own branch. Tim once again blew me away with his commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to make the renting experience as pain free as possible. This time while renting, I found out my car was being totalled by my insurance, and Tim recommended I go see his friend Adam at the care sales location off of 290 and Jones Rd. Within 24 hours of meeting Adam for the first time, I was driving away in my new car which I got a great deal on. The best part about the experience is that Tim drove me to pick up the car himself when he closed his branch down, saying it was right by his house and he'd be glad to take me. My morning started off horrible, then I went into this location; the only vehicle that was available was a KIA Soul(that added to an already horrible morning, BC I had to go out of town for work) I called a few hours to see if there were any other vehicles available, Cameron heard the disappointment in my voice an made a vow that he would get me into another vehicle. Needless to say within the next hour Cameron called me back with another vehicle (that I've rented before so it was comfortable for the drive to Austin) This is my 3rd time dealing with Cameron and I MUST SAY, he has always gone above and beyond the call of duty, he even stayed after hours until I got off work @ 5:30..he made a horrible day so much better.
