    BANANA CRME PIE (SLICE)
    Haley K.

Nation's is a new to the area chain, with pretty common fast casual items with things like Burgers and fries, but also some pie! We decided to get a couple things from a couple places near here that are on top of each other that we don't have within a little more reasonable driving distance. I grabbed a bananas cream pie, and my husband grabbed a chocolate pie. Both decent enough, but the banana was the favorite of the two. They have banana slices in it, and I almost feel like the chocolate may be improved with something like chocolate chips on top or mixed in to give it a little something extra. Service was about what we expected from a newer fast food/fast casual style restaurant. Order at the counter and take it togo or for dine in. We'll swing by another time to try more than just the pie!

First time eating "in" at Nation's. We had only been once before and that was to pick up two breakfast burritos which we felt were very overpriced at $12.60 each. The restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The food was all delicious and the hamburgers were a little on the larger size, but overall, we still find them to be overpriced. There is so much competition out there for similar food and we didn't find that anything really sets them apart. You can get 50% off your breakfast before 9am so we will do that and get burritos again - so that's something.

Had an amazing experience at Nation's Burger! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Margarita S., was so friendly and sweet. She made the meal even better. Highly recommend!

The service today was very pleasant. The portions are a good size and the flavor is good. The chicken sandwich was tasty and made with a breast of chicken, but the chicken to bun ratio was heavy on the bun side. The cherry cheesecake was very tasty and also a good size portion. the atmosphere is clean and casual and the booths are very very comfortable.

Fast food chain kinda like a Waffle House but cleaner! Food is mediocre not salted services was pretty awesome though! It wasn't too busy though so I got in and out quickly! Serving sizes for the pie was pretty big, but it was way more expensive then I thought it would be :(

Three of us headed out there so we could sample the menu. Yes, none of us are from CA and none of us have ever tried this place before (aka we are not tainted by nostalgia LOL). Place was dead quiet at supper time on a Friday night. Odd evening? Or a clue of things to come? Burger: bland patty, way too much mayo, way too much lettuce, tiny super thin tomato slice; just so boring about half of it was left. Hot dogs: a total hit. Patty Melt: not enough sauce, same boring patty as burger, bland onions, cheese wasn't all the way melted. Fries: boring. Chili fries: that helped a little more. Onion rings: a hit with everyone. Pies: huge generous slices for sure, tasty crusts, Uber-boring fillings. Apples in apple pie had a spice we did not care for, peaches&cream was OK, chocolate pie was high-school cafeteria good (or bad, depending on your memories I suspect). Service: they missed our sides when the food was delivered to the table so those showed up separately; crew seemed very disorganized; trash bins were full so bussing our table took some effort; ketchup dispensers ran out, napkins were tough to come by, watching them slice pies to serve was a comedy of errors in motion. Meh!

This chain is from California, specifically the Bay Area and serves so much nostalgia for the many who have come from there. The burgers are what brings people but the pies keep them coming back. Like I said I grew up on Nation's. We went for the soft opening and the consistency was accross the board. The burgers seem a litttle bit bigger than from back home. Many people are surprised when they think they are getting mayo but it's actually dressing/miracle whip. But that makes all the difference. The produces was fresh, the burgers were juicy and thick. The chili cheese fries were how I remembered them but could have used a little more chili. The shakes were tricky and creamy. The pies tasted amazing, my favorite is the banana cream pie! This place reminds me of home, give them a try. Ambiance was very relaxed, diner style, you order at the counter and the food is either brought to you or you pick it up from the counter.

Well, this is going to rather be a live it or hate it place. Wife and I weren't for breakfast. First time. Scrambled eggs good, the toast was really good. Thick. The Hebrons were blah. They are cooked in a griddle in front of you but have no flavor. They were browned but I would prefer them to be more like crispy in the outside. Let talk about the bacon. You might like it but it has ZERO flavor. Zero is an understatement. It was very lean and fried just perfect but no flavor. Looked so good yet had no taste. I'll try the sausage next time. Unfortunately there's no substitute for the tasteless hash browns. The place was a four of five on cleanliness, staff were nice and helpful, coffee very good and the portion size was huge. My wife and I could have split a plate.

I first off have to say the searing and set up of this location is horrible. Who ever designed the inside needs to be FIRED! Service was great. The burgers were reasonably priced. The fries and onion rings are way overpriced for the amount you get. The shakes are really good. The chili burger was oddly open faced and the cold side of cheese was so WEIRD! This location definitely needs to fix their kinks so we can keep it in business. Fill the container with fries, add a few more onion rings and fix your chili burger (DONT OPEN FACE AND CUT A BUN IN HALF) The flavors were good and we will be back.

No to this place. The burgers were big and flavorless. Onion rings overcooked and tasteless. Chili cheese fries were just gross. The patties are frozen along with everything else. I do not recommend.

Fun 50s diner feel with a modern twist. Good food and good service. Got the Cowboy burger and would get it again.

Eventually we saw someone walk by so we got up to go place our orders. Little Mule - the egg was cooked perfectly, really good & I was happy with this. I asked for the jalapeños on the side, but never got them & no one came around after our food arrived. Chili Cheese Tots - generous serving, but after a few minutes it just becomes mush. Fries - I can't remember what my friend got, it had maybe some garlic aioli with spicy sauce. Those were good, I'd choose the fries over tots. Bad Mutha Clucker - Friend said it was okay, not the best or a must have but average. Sliders - Great that these come on hawaiian rolls, hearty & filling according to my friend. It was a bit warm in there, the prices are decent, & overall the restaurant seems clean. It just lacks atmosphere, the place looks great but the vibe was just "meh". Maybe it's better when it's busy or on the weekends.

I really enjoyed the beef sandwich and I always get it baptize. I like to order extra dipping sauce with it so I can just drown it haha. My favorite are the hot dogs, which is what they are know for. I love the chicago style dogs and I love adding ketchup and mustard to my hot dogs. For the side I really enjoy getting a side of cheese and dipping my fries into it, thank me later. The onion rings are also worth a mention, they are well made, crispy and full of flavor. I also had their shakes before and they were pretty good. I once had their chocolate cake and it was very rich in flavor and not dry at all like other cakes. I always eat in the diner because I love how they have decorated the space.
