Went here on a weeknight. It was empty when we got there, this was around 5pm or so when most people are just getting off but I was surprised there was no one there. More people came in after us & quite a few to-go orders during our time there. The food is made to order, it's definitely not fast food but they are still quick to get your order out with quality food. I had a philly cheesesteak. The bread was toasted with a buttery crunch, not sure if they actually butter the bread but it was perfect. Generous filling, very meaty but I did feel like it was a bit much on the salt factor. I also had onion rings, definitely a good choice. Crunchy, not super greasy, & they also come with a side of ranch so yesssss. Cheesesticks are a yes, eggrolls are maybe a 3 out 5 rating, & my friend said her fries were just so so. My other friend had chicken tenders & fries, same thought on fries, but he did enjoy the chicken. A good variety of options on the menu & it's not overwhelming. Service was really great, the lady at the register was super nice. I kinda wish they had a drink station, I had water, I had to buy a bottle opposed to the option having a cup to refill. The water was not expensive, but it would've been convenient. Prices are a good deal, especially with the amount of food you get. There's a TV there, a chill place to eat with friends, spacious tables with outdoor seating if weather permits. The Philly can be made into a meal with 5 wings and a drink for $12.99 Quoted 25-30 min wait. When we pulled up, I was like oh... we've been here. We weren't impressed. And we stayed unimpressed. Two slices of cheese isn't enough to cover the Philly. There were some bites that were just bread. Wings were small and hardened. My friend liked the wings-- she ordered lemon pepper. Philly cheese steak was ok, what you'd expect from a non pro cheese steak place. Now the Parmesan wings nope únales you like dry Kraft Parmesan topped wings. The Buffalo wings there's something off with the Buffalo sauce very weird flavor I didn't like it. Chicken fried rice was not it, tell me why was there corn and green beans in it? I came during lunch the food didn't take too long. I ordered the fried rice and wing combo. I got the hot chili flavor wings. The wings tasted ok, real basic, small, little too hard fried and covered in sauce. The fried rice was a bit flavorless, the green beans were not needed I didn't like the way they tasted either. So, 2 and a half stars is definitely NOT a fair rating for this joint. I have been in the industry as a general manager and, more importantly, a foodie for a pretty long time...and this joint does not warrant that low of a rating. It's all about consistency and first impressions. And my first impression exceeded expectations! I will start off by saying that I value food quality more than I do anything. Everyone has their bad days, so it isn't fair to rate a place based on a singular experience. My review is based on several things I observed.... Wings were the sole reason why we decided to stop in and it was a random drive by on Collins street that we even saw this place. But wings were SO good and impressed both of us that we will be back. The Lemon Pepper was on point. The HOT buffalo was the right flavor and heat that we enjoy as well. 5 stars for the wings! Fries were mediocre, though. Celery were small 2" sticks but fresh. Service was pleasant unlike most of these reviews are saying. She was helpful with suggestions and seemed genuinely interested in how we liked the food. The big reason why I held back 1 star was for the ambiance, menu and overall cleanliness. Now, it wasn't filthy or anything but could have seen improvements in the restroom and lobby tables.
