Recently ordered here while on lunch break, I placed an order online and arrived 10 minutes after the pick up time. Upon arriving, I was told that my order had not been started yet after arriving 10 mins later than their time given. I waited an additional 30 minutes for them to complete my order. This happened 5/11/26. I placed an order today 5/21 and got all the way home to 2 of my items missing from the order. I had to drive back up there to have them make the baked squash. Truly enjoy going here with a friend for Sunday brunch. The wait time was quite brief. We may be waited for about 5 minutes for a party of two. It was quite busy but we were sad and served almost immediately. I believe our servers name was Tim. He was timely and did not hover too much but always showed up when we needed him. I ordered the waffle sandwich which was so good! I sucked my side for fruit and got the potatoes which were delicious. I will go back to see those potatoes. I hate that I forgot the name of the drink that I got but it was too sweet and he even gave me one to go. I will definitely come back here when I go back here. Really disappointed with my experience. My order was canceled and I was told it was due to an issue with the Dasher, but that's not accurate. The real problem was how long the restaurant took to prepare the order--the driver couldn't reasonably wait that long. It's frustrating to see the blame placed on the delivery driver when the delay was clearly on the restaurant's end. To make matters worse, I didn't even choose to use a delivery service--I was directed to order through their system. Also, please don't ask me to call to discuss this. Why would I want to give more of my time--or business--after this experience? Own the issue and be transparent with customers. read more

He could not stop bragging about his delicious waffle and crispy fried chicken breast. Honestly the chicken breast was as large as his Belgium waffle. Y'all there are so many options here from a full array of Mexican dishes, American brunch, Tres leches and macarons and French toast and scrambled and they have gluten friendly options, their breakfast potatoes are so flavorful and yummy! I had the huevos divorciadados - i'm sure I spelt that wrong! Lol my daughter had the crispy chicken Caesar salad. I mean not Caesar salad garden salad some sort of salad. She said that the ranch is really good and she is a ranch connoisseur so that's important! Allen was super helpful and the rest of the staff was helpful and the cooks seem to be having a good time and the floors are nice and clean. Nothing is greasy! We will be back. He didn't rush us, but rather he helped guide me thru the menu so I could make a decision. I needed that because they have a big menu! I chose a 2-egg ham omelet with one pancake - omgEE it was so good but I couldn't eat it all. I don't care for potatoes with my breakfast, but they always come with it anyway, don't they? My hash browns were fried very nicely - not mushy and not too crunchy, yum. Another reason I couldn't eat it all! My friend ordered 2 fried eggs with a variety of meats and potatoes that resembled large quarters. It all looked so homemade and she said it was yummy. I went in today with a friend for brunch and our server had the worst attitude. The host, manager, and other servers who checked on us were so sweet but our server was not. She seemed extremely irritated that we weren't ready to order when she brought our drinks to the table, slid the straws on the table and walked off. I ordered a skillet with no onions and it came with no gravy as well. But she dropped off our food and walked away so fast I couldn't even ask her for my gravy. I waited for her to come back but decided to just start eating. Then when she was paying us out she rudely interrupted our conversation and placed the card reader in front of face and told me to sign my name. This place got it, and I decided to check it out. The chicken fried steak was a lot smaller than I imagined it to be, but whole entree is quite large. I got a side of eggs, grits, and biscuit with gravy. The chicken fried steak tasted great. I wished it was larger in size but I can't complain as the value was pretty good. I was quite happy to get my chicken friend steak fix before I leave. We also got Philly cheesesteak sandwhich and chicken and waffle. Now to warn you, the chicken & waffle plate is more like a filet of fried chicken breast, not like chunky fried chicken on top of waffle as you normally see. Overall, service was fine.
