I went here for a second opinion and I am so happy I did. Amazing customer service and prices! For years I've only ever gone to Mercedes and BMW for all my service needs! Lately, their customer service has been lacking and their prices just keep going up. I was quoted $1800 for a front brake job with a recommendation for another 2k to do my back brakes soon as well. Sunshine Auto quoted about $400 for the front brakes and routers, and informed me that my back ones were still practically new! Maria at the front desk was so professional and kind. Great Customer Service from the service writer Maria. We brought our older Chevy pickup in for AC repairs and they started on the truck a half hour we left gave me a call that they found a leak that was easily repairable. Waste of money and waste of my time. Made an appt so I could wait while service was done. I had to wait until they finished previous days work to start on mine. Never completely diagnosed mine and never really had a good answer as to what it might be. I asked to go on road test to be sure he understood problem but that never happened.. Form of payment is cash or credit card but if you use credit card there is an add'l fee added just to use your card.. First time I used this location a couple years ago was fantastic and very thorough. This time was far from meeting my expectations. read more

I meant to write this review for a while. My car had some issues with the AC. I had freon added somewhere else on the way off work. However couple weeks later, the AC is sometime works and sometime not. I had have been driving with AC condition likes that, and finally I called Sunshine Auto Care. Pros: two stars for a great customer services. Maria has been very professional. They had me came by and drop off my car the same say, so that they could spend sometime looking into the AC issue when they had time. Cons: The result of the whole day leaving my car there is that they are not sure of what the potential issues were even though I have shares all the details of what was going on with the AC and what I had done. They suggested me to keep using the car until the AC is consistently not working, then bring it back. I STILL HAVE TO PAID a hundred something dollars for the diagnosis. I understand that they have to spend time look into it in order to know what is going. Conclusion: I CAN'T continue driving the car without AC under 90-100 degree of heat. So I took my car to another shop, no diagnostics fee, they fixed it with less than a hundred dollar. I have been tested the AC for two month now to ensure the AC is working every time I turn on. This review is a huge lesson learning experience. Frustrating with the AC was not working and having to pay for service fees here and there. read more

My F150 P/U check service engine warning light came on! The engine wouldn't idle in gear! The engine shook violently at all speeds! The spark plugs and coils and injectors had been recently been replaced by me! I'm not a mechanic! I didn't know what too do to fix the motor stalling in gear! I drove to SUNSHINE AUTO CARE INC. at 8am. and asked for a computer diagnostic test. They went right too work on my truck motors problem. They gave me a shuttle-ride home! A half hour later I got a call from the mechanic about multiple engine electrical & fuel issues! The mechanic said he would verify the issues individually and cal me back. The mechanic called me back a couple hours later and confirmed that the fuel injectors were the basic problem, giving the computer confusing messages on fuel and air ratios! Correcting the fuel injectors issues solved the vibration problems! Some deep thinking and the experience of the mechanic had my truck running like Swiss watch!! Great work by the mechanic, relieved me of my concerns over my trucks dependability that I had enjoyed over the last 19 years of carefree use! SUNSHINE AUTO CARE INC. I've been coming here for more than 3 years now. It is always pleasant coming here. Maria is the Service Manager and she is AWESOME! She kept checking up on me and is very friendly. This place has turned into a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Do not come here expecting what it used tho be!! They sold the business. It is no longer owned by the same people. The customer service has dropped off horribly. Their prices are through the roof. I brought my daughter's car in for a broken accessory belt. 1300 dollars. And a week later it's still not fixed!!!! Best place we have been to!! We previously had taken our Chevy truck to another local spot TWICE to get it fixed - and the problem still existed. I took my car for coolant service and after being done I was told that my hose was dripping . Never had any drip problems before.I old the change then when I got my car back the coolant light still was on. I called them up and they said that it's ok . I had to take it to dealer who told me that the coolant was low. Seriously what the heck. I took my car to them and still they never filled enough coolant. What a rip off! After that few day after realized that one of my tires was bald and a different type. Seriously when I called them they told me that couple other customers said that to them but they don't steal tires . Are you serious? Shady as heck! When it came time to service the automatic transmission into a shop it had to go. After checking Yelp and other online sources I chose Phillips Auto Care on Moffet. Michelle was very professional in his greeting and write up and had me home in 10 minutes. The price was fair and in the middle of all the quotes I recived. Michelle called me twice to update me with the progress and the job was completed on time and on budget. The car now shifts sweet and like new. One thing I noted was how clean the shop was. Great customer service each time I take my car in. I recommend them to my clients at work as well. They are able to do factory maintenance work for my Nissan Altima at reasonable prices. Always break down of what was done as well has what is needed in the future. The dealerships always have you replace or do services that are not even needed for the car yet. They also offer a shuttle service which comes in handy if you want to drop your car off and pick it up later. Very nice people. Went in for a good vibration in the driveline at highway speeds. With the amount of miles on my vehicle, I had them rebuild my rear differential. Getting the correct parts was a chore, and they had to tear into it twice because of the supplied parts weren't correct. I was not charged extra, and they went the extra mile to make sure the repair was completed correctly. In fact, they knocked off a portion of the repair cost to compensate.
