You dont even understand how greatful i am for jg auto care the staff were respectful kind and answered all my questions. The best part about bringing my truck here is they literally got my truck in an out same day which I needed so bad if I could give 10 stars I would thank you again I will be returning for any future maintenance or issues which hopefully Ill only be back for oil changes lol i highly recommend just dont take my time slots lol. read more

After getting 2 quotes, I stopped by JG and was met by Juan. Juan was able to beat the price of the 2 other quotes i got for replacing my water pump, he was honest and told me that there was an extra fee the other quotes were charging me that weren't necessary. What was even better is that they were was able to finish the job in the same day as promised. Highly recommend, wouldent go anywhere else anymore. read more

My family has been to many auto shops and never felt at home or cared for until finding this one. The team got down to the root of my vehicle issue and did not try to upsell me on repairs we did not need. Juan was kind, patient, compassionate for my situation and professional. I took my car into JG Auto Care after talking to Juan. I let him know that I needed new brakes and tune up. He quoted me a price that I thought was more than fair. Once I brought my car down, he was able to get the work done quickly. At pick-up time, he was honest with me about the work that had been done, and he also let me know that there were some things that may need to be addressed in the future. He proceeded to tell me what symptoms to look for if things started to worsen. Other shops would have tried to "convince" me to fork out more money on the spot, but Juan was honest and shared his observations with me and let me know he'd be there to help when I needed it. I appreciate that approach. Honest and Fair. I'm now a J G Auto Care customer and will continue to be thanks to Juan and his approach to providing great customer service. This was one of the best and friendly auto shops I have ever been to. I called on a Tuesday to ask if I can get my car diagnosed. Juan told me he was a bit busy to bring it in tomorrow. My car had a really bad oil leak . The next day I took it in the morning they were all super friendly he told me he should be able to get it done by the end of the day. Which really helped since it was my only day off. Price was reasonable and felt safe leaving my car there. By the end of the day my car was ready and he was super honest did not try to change parts that were not needed to be changed. (Like most shops try to change parts that don't need replacing) I highly recommend anyone to this shop. You can definitely trust you will be in good hands. The guys here were very attentive to my truck. I was able to drop it off and they called me back later that day with a diagnosis and resolution. Parts were ordered and fixed. Jose and his guys are my new Auto Care provider for all my cars. read more

Called and spoke to Juan got quoted for oil change and tire rotation, came in and serviced my vehicle all within an hour of closing time. Very professional and reasonable price. My in laws were in our town for 2 days and their car was having issues the day they planned to drive home. JG Auto Care saw us within hours and Jose (I think that was his name) found the problem and got everything fixed just in time for them to drive home. The price was extremely reasonable! Stay Away!!! Took my Accord for a head gasket repair and they quoted me a price for that only…read more Never suggested me a new engine, just a water pump which i didn't take. My car has 111k miles when i brought it in and then just 8k miles later for the head gasket to fail. I took it back to them after they said it was probably my fuel injectors. Got the fuel injectors replaced at Honda under warranty. Just for them to tell me I need a new engine and the injectors were never replaced when they were. They don't keep their word, they will make up a story to cover their asses instead of being transparent. The cherry on top they will make you sign a quote for a "new engine" where it says nothing about a new engine and everything about the story they made up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The asst. manager at Auto Zone on Main St. advised we'd purchased the wrong bulb, got us the right one & tried to change it out. It wouldn't come out, so she referred us to Jack's Transmission. Jack too had to work at figuring out how to get this thing out, but he did get it changed & only charged a nominal price for it. All this after the local Midas had both quoted an overcharged amount for the bulb (almost double) AND $360 in labor! An obvious & obscene way to try to take advantage of a disabled senior! Robert said he didn't have one in stock but would try to find one. He found one in the Bay Area and Richard drove there to pick it up. I had an amazing experience with JG Auto Care! I called because my daughter needed her brakes done and an oil change, and they were able to take care of everything the same day I called. They were very quick, responsive, and on top of everything from the start.The service was truly above and beyond they even picked up my daughter's car and dropped it back off, which made everything so convenient for us.They took great care of her car, and he even changed the filter something that was never done when I used to take it to the dealership.
