I called and the owner said my appointment was for the 25th. BS. The crew showed up 2 hours later and spent a whole hour, part of that time on their phones. Nothing was done worth a hoot. The vacuum job was lousy; dirt left behind the seats. The windows were not clean on the inside and the outside had water spots galore. Supposedly they waxed the car but water doesn't bead up. They said they used wax mixed with the water and hand waxed it. I call BS again. The emergency brake was pulled so hard that it separated from the base. I don't know why they even touched the emergency brake in the first place. I was charged $150 which would have been reasonable for a decent jobs. The job was far from decent. I am far from happy as I will need to get someone else to redo this horrible job. I could have done a better job myself and I'm a 76 year old woman. I can't believe these people are in business. Not good is a serious understatement.

It looked like he applied a thin layer of wax without even washing the car first. No apology, nothing. He was completely fine with a customer doing his work. If you want to waste over $100 for a terrible wax job, you'll love this place. Frankly, I know I could do it better myself, for a quarter of the cost, and I'm not a professional. Call the nearest auto club and find out where they get their cars detailed. Don't go to this place.

After an experience over at national (a car dealership down the road) we were ready to give up. We drove into Don Williamson because it was on the way home, but we weren't expecting much. Well, we were quickly rejuvenated in our search for a truck! The lovely receptionist greeted us and in seconds my teenager was eating a cookie (which is exactly what you need after car shopping!) We chatted with Derrick about what we were looking for and left our number (it was very close to closing time and already dark) We got a call the next day that he had something for us to look at and went right over. The truck was perfect and the entire transaction went so smoothly. We even had the chance to chat with one of the techs, Noah, who made us feel even better about the truck. Derrick was super personable the entire time. I thought that didn't matter to me until we looked at other dealerships. It was a breath of fresh air. We left feeling completely great about the whole experience and would go back to Derrick next time we are buying a vehicle.

Despite my brand new car having a warranty, they pushed me toward trading it in for an overpriced used vehicle. They also refused a rental unless I signed a memorandum because I was moving out of state, even after I said I wouldn't leave without my car. Then they told me it was safe to drive while admitting they didn't know what could happen. On top of that, they added service and store fees, and didn't even put the oil change sticker on after servicing. Extremely disappointing experience.

On 12/17, the car blows a head gasket and is inoperable. They have it towed to a mechanic to determine exactly what's wrong and notified the warranty company. The warranty company informed him that the cost to repair will not be covered because it's determined that the condition existed prior to the sale of the car. Of course it was. He calls the dealership where the salesman, Chad Burgess puts him through to the alleged manager's voicemail a number of times. The manager has never called him back over the course of a month. Not one time have they taken the opportunity to make this right for them. Fast forward to 1/16 and they go to the dealership in person, he talks to another salesman who brings him to the back, gets the story yet again. God forbid other customers hear of their shady practices. Of course, the manager is not there. He's dismissed again and told to call back Monday. He calls back and is put through to the original salesman Chad Burgess told they're working on it... after a month??? Clearly, this dealership cares far more about money than the customer. Now they're out $17k with no car and a newborn. I looked to see if they're on the blacklist of forbidden businesses from Camp Lejeurne and MCAS and surprisingly they're not but it's only a matter of time.

In…read morethe 2026 model year, Nissan changed the Leaf in significant ways that I don't like, so I looked to see whether there were any new 2025s anywhere in the country. I found three, including one at Capital Nissan of Wilmington, North Carolina, with odometer in the single digits. I conducted the whole transaction by email and telephone. After some hard bargaining they gave me a very good price and I arranged for my own transport to California. Everyone I dealt with at Capital Nissan was polite, reasonable and helpful. They usually picked up the phone right away or called back promptly. The paperwork went smoothly, and the car was prepped and ready to be picked up in time. When my shipper had a delay, Capital Nissan gave me no hassle. They kept the car on the lot until the transport showed up. The car arrived at my home a few days later in perfect condition. I want to give a shout-out to the following people there who were particularly helpful: Elijah Gonzales Sales Manager Michael Bassano General Sales Manager Adalberto Santos Finance Manager Troy Beinhauer Professional Sales Consultant Vanessa Internet Sales Assistant Margie Pickett Business Development Representative This was obviously not the typical kind of transaction for them, but they handled it professionally and with grace. I would certainly do business with them again if the occasion arose.
