I never do reviews low or like this but i bought a NEW 2026 Sentra and the aftercare service has been nothing but horrible. The car seems good and some representatives (like Sebastion) are very good at what they do and are professionals in their work. The sales rep i got (Carter) made a bunch of promises and its been nothing but a headache with him since i gave him the check. I felt like i had to be very pushy to get the basic things he said was "no problem" before he got the check. I was a simple sale- i brought my daughter around to test drive- she picked and we bought (preapproved with bank). Then the second finance was done it has been a mess to get anything right. He (carter) doesn't respond to texts for days, then when he does respond he calls me a Ma'am, like we didnt talk a week and half ago. Sebastion had already taken care of my needs (since carter didn't respond). And if you try getting anyone on the phone there just be prepared to get transferred to voicemail. Worst service ever. I will not be purchasing here again. If i could revert the purchase i would and go elsewhere but that is not possible. read more

I've bought and sold enough vehicles to know what basic professionalism looks like, and Don Williamson Nissan fell far below that standard. The general manager set the tone for the entire experience: completely unprepared, lacking initiative, and showing no real interest in presenting a vehicle that was actually ready to be sold. It was clear the vehicle hadn't been properly inspected or prepared, which immediately raised concerns about how business is run there. On top of that, the way they treat first-time buyers is unacceptable. Instead of offering guidance and transparency, they push unrealistic prices paired with extremely high APRs, clearly hoping the buyer doesn't know any better. It's a predatory practice, and it speaks volumes about the dealership's priorities. What made the situation worse was the attitude from the staff. When I presented a reasonable counter-offer, instead of having a professional conversation or even showing basic courtesy, I was met with disrespect and dismissiveness. The level of unprofessionalism from multiple people in that building was honestly shocking. If you expect transparency, preparation, or even a minimum level of customer respect, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I bought a 2019 Ford Mustang in late 2021 for over $46,000 assuming and was led to believe the car was in perfect condition. I was not offered a CARFAX so there was no indication of an accident or damage. When I went to trade the car a few weeks ago I was informed and shown a CARFAX showing that the car had in fact been in an accident. I informed Don Williamson sales and general manager of the damage and they claimed it was not disclosed to them when they purchased then sold the car. When I asked what my recourse was they told me there was nothing they could or would do. Unfortunately, I trusted this dealership and I'm disappointed with the response I got from them. By the time I ended up at the nissan dealership, I was already tired of test driving cars. I needed to replace my current set of wheels. I have had several friends buy from this location. I had a great new guy named caleb helping me out. He showed me a few different options while explaining the differences between the different models. He was respectful and wasn't pushy at all. He was able to answer all my questions on financing and trade-in. If he didn't know, he found out fast. We ended up spending about 3.5 hrs from the start of the appointment to the time I was driving my new car off the lot. I financed through them, nissan motor acceptance Corp. Got a decent interest rate that was better than navy federal. I also felt that out of all the dealerships here in jacksonville nc this one had the most on-hand inventory. Took my car in for a diagnostic test on January 30th for an appt on the 31st. Called throughout the day (6times) on the 31st and was told they haven't started it yet, my appt was for 8am. Called 4 times on the 1st to be told they were short a tech the day before so they didn't start it still. (Couldn't let me know that during all the calls prior to?). Around 330 pm was told what was wrong with my car and they'd order parts for it and the car would be done by the weekend. Come Saturday, I called.. called and called. To the point I just finally showed up for answers. Was told the problems not all the way fixed still and an oil change would probably help it... but the tech isn't there until Monday to do it. I never even authorized the oil change they claimed would help a crank over issue. They told me I was 2k past due when I just got one before it went to them so I knew it wouldn't fix it to begin with. So Monday comes and I started calling again... still no update just told they're trying to figure it out and keep the price the same as I was originally told.. come Tuesday I start calling.. no response. Here comes Wednesday and I show up, again. Am told the issue is fixed 70% but car has a slow crank over and check engine light on but it's okay to drive. I say whatever I need my car, you've had it for almost 10 days and only worked on it basically one day a few days after you got it. Got the bill, they charged me for the oil change they did on their own and it was more than I was originally told it would be. Have an issue I didn't have when it went in and car still not fixed by then. I should've listened to the reviews before taking it there. I would never recommend or go back here. read more

This place is rated correctly. I didn't even get service. I'm not paying $52 when every other Nissan dealership charges ~$35 and that's with a military discount. But a major turn off is the lack of service. Usually there are people in the bay waiting for appointments or walk ins. No one....was present. It's a 1st world problem but I sat in my car for 8mins before someone came up and asked me what I was there for. It's crazy because their techs were just standing around....no cars in their shop. Derrick Davis was hands-down the best sales consultant I have ever had the pleasure of making a deal with! After an experience over at national (a car dealership down the road) we were ready to give up. We drove into Don Williamson because it was on the way home, but we weren't expecting much. Well, we were quickly rejuvenated in our search for a truck! The lovely receptionist greeted us and in seconds my teenager was eating a cookie (which is exactly what you need after car shopping!) We chatted with Derrick about what we were looking for and left our number (it was very close to closing time and already dark) We got a call the next day that he had something for us to look at and went right over. The truck was perfect and the entire transaction went so smoothly. We even had the chance to chat with one of the techs, Noah, who made us feel even better about the truck. Derrick was super personable the entire time. I thought that didn't matter to me until we looked at other dealerships. It was a breath of fresh air. Between my wife and I, we have made 40-50 calls to address the issue listed above. This is more than likely a easy issue to answer or rectify, if someone would actually take our call. It was the so called "manager's special" just to find out there are multiple recalls on the car and it is now totaled. On the 29th May, I called the dealership about a particular vehicle i was intrested in, was told they were working a deal on that unit and would call if staus changed. They did call to tell me the deal fell through and rhe vehicle would be ready for a test drive upon our arrival the next morning ( today the 30th of May) As indicated I arrived after a 1.45 hour ride to be told they sold the car after telling me they would have it ready for me to review today. TBF, They did offer to fill my tank up, which I had just done myself.....This is a sign of weak integrity and utter failure by owners and managers to communicate within their organization and with potential customers. I did tell the manager I would have much preferred the ohone callnover the fuel. Please be careful if you phone these folks they did this to me, they will do it to you. I was looking for a newer model vehicle for myself and decided to swing in just to check things out and have a look around. Within seconds I was approached by Marcus a salesman there that didnt give me that immediate what can I put you into routine. Marcus gave a friendly opening and talked about needs vs wants. The short end of everything is by the end of the day I was in a 2017 nissan sentra fully laded with every toy imiginable for a very reasonable price. I was taken cared of and not sold into something I realky didnt want or couldnt really afford. They just keep telling me it is coming but it still has not. The only reason I got this vehicle was for the incentive they were offering. This review is only for the service dept. I had to have a blower motor for my A/C replaced on my 2013 Frontier about 16 months ago. It cost a little over $500 to replace (Said they had to take dash off), kept it over night. Last week my A/C stopped working again. Since it was over 12 months since it was serviced, the warranty had expired; said they needed to replace blower motor again as well as resistor; cost would be a little over $650 (Parts & Labor). I decided to fix myself. I got the parts for $130 and made the repair in less than 20 minutes. You do NOT have to take the dash off the car, and between both parts, there's a total of 5 screws that need be be removed and put back on once you have replaced the new parts. This takes a total of 15-20 minutes max, even for a novice like me who has never done it before. I will never take my truck to their shop again; they up-charge for parts and rob you blind with labor costs. Can't be trusted ... never again. f I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Worst service department I have ever been to. I have bought two Nissans from this dealership and they have certainly gone down hill in the past few years. They no longer make appointments for oil changes. Last time I brought my vehicle in for a nail in the tire they told me it would only take a few minutes to fix it. We waited for 2 hours and their excuse was they were training someone and used my vehicle as a training opportunity. I was never asked if they could do that. The next time I took my vehicle in was for an oil change and tire rotation. Other vehicles that came in for oil changes after me were placed ahead of mine. When I asked they said they only have one bay that offers express oil changes. But they could not answer why others were placed ahead of my vehicle. I plan to buy a new vehicle this summer and I will not by another Nissan because of having to deal with this service department. read more
