Discount Tire seems to have their processes figured out. The inside staff are fast but helpful even when you want to do some upgrades or add fancy wheels and change tire sizes (which I have done a few times). The technical crew doing the work seem focused and not messing around and you can tell safety training has been important and is instilled into the team. Even when I drop in for just air and want something other than the door sticker they are accommodating but ensure I know what I'm asking for. This time I was hauling a heavy load for a long distance across several weeks and wanted some extra air but was unsure of what I needed. They came out and of course, checked the sticker, which is the factory defaults but no longer went with my upgraded wheels and tires both non-standard sizes). I gave them my weigh estimate and my best guess and they did a few calculations and came up with nearly the same number I did (I was off by one pound of their recommendation). Taking the time to do things like come out to your vehicle and look at your situation is par for the coarse here. And I really appreciate the extra effort.

Service included balancing, mounting and alignment. Overall I was impressed with the service and speed. My 2 complaints: They lost one of my tire valve cover. Not a big deal as I can replace them pretty cheap. One of my tire's pressure was slightly higher than the rest. Most of these issues I should have caught when I picked up my vehicle but I was in a hurry and couldn't stick around. Ultimately I will return as I will need tires on my other vehicle later on in the year.
