We made the mistake of not reading the reviews and driving an hour for these guys. They left us a voicemail saying the price of our vehicle was fair and they wanted to make and offer.. . We get into the dealership only for them to tell us they aren't buying cars right now? THIS WAS MY THIRD VEHICLE. I SWORE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. Not every experience will be the same. But mine was terrible. Aside from the overly narcissistic salesman/managers, they are anything but honest. They drain you of your time, do crap backwards, and sell faulty vehicles. I wasted 3 days, dealt with Paul, and Bobby. Bobby was pushy and tried to manipulate me into signing papers when I never stated I wanted to move forward on day 2. Was told the car I looked at would go through the shop. Then was told it WENT through the shop. Something didn't feel right, I wanted someone else to look at and drive it with me and Bobby did not like that. I came back a third day, did my thing and decided to get the car. They had to pull some strings because of my situation. Cool. but at the end of the day they were basically asking me to commit fraud so that I would be approved. Well, one week in and there was something wrong. I took it to a mechanic and was told it needed a new RACK AND PINION, the engine was leaking oil (no big deal,) and it needed a new CV axel. When I went back I was told they made some but not all repairs. They replaced one CV axel, and left the other to leak. They were aware of the faulty rack and didn't want to fix it. They wanted more money to put down to upgrade my warranty but even then those repairs wouldn't be covered. The manager and "owner" said that the repairs needed would require replacing both the front and rear axels.... the rack has nothing to do with that. They tried to tell me that my mechanic lied and that it would take 16 hours to fix and it would be cheaper elsewhere. After all the shit they dragged me through I just gave it back. Yes, Paul tried to do the best he could. Yes, he was nice and was able to not charge me full price for the miles used. But I think they are all a bad bunch and probably have been fraudulently getting people into vehicles for their own gain whether financial or getting rid of a bunk cars hoping someone will be naive. I wish they had a NEGATIVE star option. I want to warn people NOT go to this place to buy a car. We went here initially to get a truck for myself. I was unable to get approved for the truck which I was looking at due to it being too expensive. The salesman then tried my wife's credit and got her approved for a higher amount, but claimed it would only work on a car. The car he pressured her into, was not even on the car lot at the time. But after making her feel obligated and pressuring her further, he got her to sign contracts that same day....even though the car wasn't even there and she hadn't even seen it yet.(yes she was a pushover, but that has nothing to do with this review).   Once the car arrives at the dealership 4 days later, she got it....and loved it. About a week after that, she was called back in and was asked to "resign" a contract for a better deal. But they needed more copies of her pay stubs, bills, etc...because the ones they had, had been misplaced. Two weeks later (after giving them everything they asked for) they contact her again to inform her she was not approved on the loan, and they needed to try another loan company. That was all we had heard from them at that point. Fast forward another two weeks, and they again contact her to tell her that they need the car back and that she provided fraudulent documents to them about her job. She is close personal friends with her employer, so she asked him about what was said to the car company.. only to find out that they never contacted him. Now fueled with rage, she contacts NAP to see what's going on. Told that everything was ok, and she just needed to do a "welcome call" with bank. So she calls the bank, speaks to them...they welcomed her, told her how much her payments were and when it was due, verified her, ect.   Further into the future, another call comes when she is out of state working, telling her to return the car or the police would be notified. They said financing fell through, AGAIN because of the "fraudulent documents" and not being able to verify emoloyment (with the boss that they never called). But then asked for $500 MORE towards the downpayment of the deal that had just fallen through. When we questioned them about paying for a deal not in place, they said the they had an approval and we had to pay $3500 cash and needed to come in and resign. A day or two later, as we are figuring out if we can come up with what they claim to need, we get yet another call from the salesman saying we needed to return the car asap because they reported it stolen. And to top it off, he informed her they intend on keeping her trade-in car as payment due to the miles she put on the car she was going to purchase. When she started to get upset at him, he cussed at her and accused her of theft and that he has wasted too much time on this deal and wasn't making any money on it. We call the police department to see what our options are and if the car was indeed reported stolen. We got a call back and were informed we were okay to drive it back and could get our trade in back as well. When we got there, they tried making her sign something that said she was responsible for a ton of fees totaling about $2000. She refused to sign anything and was only given her keys back after refusing to give them theirs. She then asked for the title back for her trade-in... Their response??? They didn't have it. She was then told she never gave them one! THEY "lose" a title and once again, blame the customer for their screw-ups. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! READ AND RE-READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE BEFORE MAKING YOUR DECISIONS. They try to up the payments on you and keep anything you take in for trade as "payment for services" (like mileage on a car you were trying to buy). They take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism or inability to effectively do their jobs. And they back each other up on their lies. Deceptive and untrustworthy. My son and I stopped by in the hopes of getting a reliable first car for him. Found a car on the lot being sold "as is". We told him we were not interested as the engine light was on.. the sales person informed us " it may be something as easy to fix as spark plugs needing to be replaced," and he suggested the service department pull the codes. He came back with a written estimate of a few hundred dollars of various repairs. We test drove it, and it drove well. So we bought the vehicle believing the repairs were as we were quoted. Long story short, the head gasket is blown, needs a new or used engine, and it would have never passed emissions.. even with the work done they suggested. They will not take it back as a trade in. And are not returning our emails. Not only are they deceptive, they omitted facts, and mislead us to believe the car was fixable..When in fact, it was not. I have had a nightmare of a time with the truck sold to me from NAP. I purchased the truck in June, being sold to my 8 months pregnant wife and I as a "solid truck for my family." I was informed by the salesman that because they came down on price so much, they would be selling the truck "as is". Well on the dive home the transmission went out, and the code that was cleared for the thermostats popped up, which was a 5k dollar repair, the non functioning windows were sold to me rolled down so I wouldn't notice they didn't roll up, the airbag is non functioning (which is illegal to sell a vehicle without), and not to mention the HVAC system was so full of dirt and mold that it looked like a sand storm when ever you run it and would make your eyes burn and give you a headache. I approached NAP about buying it back for what I payed despite the repairs I put into it, but they refused. I'm now left with a vehicle that I cannot safely put my family in that is costing me a fortune. Please think twice about buying from NAP, they do not stand behind what they sell, and are tricksters only trying to fill their pockets. read more

Bait and switch operation! I received a call in response to my KSL ad selling my vehicle. Bobby, the person who called me, claimed he had a buyer for our exact Ford Fusion and they would pay my full asking price without purchase of one of their vehicles being that "it was priced well." I verified this with him a second time so we were both clear. I also told him we would be buying a new car, and are not interested in buying used. Bobby verified a third time this is a no strings attached offer. We went in later with our car, only to be offered $2,250 less then our asking price and only would give our full asking price if we were to trade our car in. I reiterated my conversation with Bobby, and that this was a massive waste of our time, dishonest, and a bait and switch. This fell on deaf ears. These guys are scamming honest people who are selling their cars to lure people into their store and turn a sale. TLDR; sold me a car with a cracked rim Bought car on friday, noticed tire got low on Monday. Took it in to two different places to make sure, but was told that it was a cracked rim and not the tire that was leaking air and it can't be fixed. If they had the car for more than a few days the tire would have deflated and they should have done a simple flat tire repair and found that it wasn't the tire that it was the rim that was leaking air and fixed it. But they decided to sell that car like that anyways and would not replace my rim or do anything for me after I bought the car. read more

First off every 5 star review here is bull crap. Please do not go here. They lie and steal. They sold me a piece of crap. Long story short the check engine light came on day 1 after I took it home. I called them immediately after and they refused to take the truck back. saying they don't have a return policy. Day 3 in my possession on my way to work the truck breaks down. I was left stranded at 6am on i-15. I decided to tow the truck to the dealership. Bobbi the salesman there lied to me and said the loan had already been funded so there was no chance of cancellation. I then called the bank and found out they had nothing about my purchase in their records. At that point I was able to call them on the lie. After 7hrs and nearly $400 later, I finally was able to get out of a crooked sale. They were belittling and rude and would pass the blame sending us all over the dealership to talk to certain people. Bait and Switch tactics! I do not recommend these guys and especially with buying a 'As Is' used vehicle. They play sketchy haggling games that I have never experienced at actual auto dealerships like Honda, Ford, Chevy, etc... Went to look at a used Toyota Yaris for my teenage driver almost a year ago and said they could work with us on a price of around $3K. I went the following day to have it checked out at a nearby auto repair shop and it had some issues I was willing to pay to have corrected later on. One being an issue with the check engine light, due to emissions problems. When I brought it back to see if they would still work with keeping it around $3K, they took the results and didn't return for nearly 10 minutes. When they returned they gave me the spiel, "We probably can't sell you the car due to the previous owner having credit issues, they may have to return the car they bought from us and we may have to give them this one back." What's odd is that my spouse and I heard the very same thing the day prior with another salesman talking to another customer. When I reiterated that I would like to buy this vehicle, the salesperson went and talked with his management. Another 10 minutes later and they said, we researched this car and we are not going to be able to agree with the $3K price to sell it to you. We are going to look at selling this vehicle around $5K. I said to them, "You have a copy of the issues that were found, along with the cosmetic damage to both the interior and exterior and you want to bump the price up to that? You just told me 10 minutes ago that you may be unable to sell the car, but then want to bump up the price after I was willing to buy it as long as I could get it for around $3K. That car is not worth $5K based on the issues that were found." "Well sir, we can maybe lower it to around $4.5K but not any lower." I quickly responded, "Absolutely not! I am not willing to pay that." This ended the sale and I walked out. When I looked at sites that had reviews for NAP, I am glad I actually didn't buy from there. Shady operation and a lot of people that gave VERY POOR reviews to them. About a month later, I bought a used Acura that was older and in much better shape from a Honda dealership near SLC. NEVER AGAIN NAP... NEVER AGAIN! One and done with having me as a customer. I suggest this... if any of you are considering buying from NAP... DO... YOUR... RESEARCH! The finance guy is also terrible, he's so rude and spoke to us like we were stupid and would never answer the phone. Kolby Hansen, You do not know me and I would not expect you to, however I am a customer of yours. I purchased a 2012 wrx STI, your company advertised it on your website that came with an aftermarket exhaust and an aftermarket intake. I was fine with that as your finance person "Ozzy" I believe his name was, offered and sold me an extended warranty through Ameri-Plus. The day I pulled it off the lot, half way home the check engine light came on and I scheduled maintenance with your techs at your service center (Sandy) since I had an extended warranty. Now this is where it gets interesting, no inspector was called from the ameri-plus to approve said repairs. Their contract specifically says that a claim will not be approved until an inspector comes out and approves the repairs. This did not happen on the first check engine light, but yet you took my deductible and flushed the engine and changed the oil an reset the codes, (codes that were being thrown were p00014 and 16 I believe, basically some issues with oil in the cam. Flash forward almost 1 year from when I bought it from you. Check engine light comes on again, same codes, this time however I took it to a Subaru dealership. Basically the issue where you guys just flushed the engine, the codes were to a much larger issues as there was a pretty loud tick to the engine. So Subaru called the warranty company and an inspector came out to look at the car. He denied the claim and canceled my warranty stating that I should have never been offered the warranty to begin with since the car had mods on it. The only thing that I have done was add rims to the car that I bought from you that already had the aftermarket exhaust and intake. I went in to talk to a manager at NAP and they sent me back to a finance guy - The same finance guy OZZY who sold me the warranty. He told me that I should not have taken it to Subaru and that he told me if I had issues with the car I should have come to your service center first. Which is odd since the contract I signed did not specify that I had to bring it back to your specific service center. He gave me an excuse saying he didn't know the car was modded and that he just puts in a vin. I'm sure there is some sort of questioner that you would have to bypass first, also that's kind of a BS excuse, he should have know before he offered, and he should have known not to offer the warranty on a car the had after market parts on it. So now my car is getting repaired at Subaru for $6500 as I needed a new short block, instead of the $100 that my warranty cannot conveniently cover, HOW was the warranty used the first time? read more

We first purchased an "as is" Audi 2 weeks ago that ended up being the worst car EVER. We felt like the salesman, Seth, lied to us about all of the problems. (It had been his personal vehicle that he actually traded in so he knew all about the car.). And after talking to him again later, explaining the expense of fixing it, he said he couldn't do anything. It then took a week and a half to track down the title of the car. That was a fiasco in itself. But since then we received a more in-depth list of repairs and we just about died! $11,300 to be exact! We called back and complained to Sid, a sales manager, who said they would take the car back as a trade in and we could get something else. So we brought it back. We were assigned to work with Dalton, who was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He wanted to make sure we ended up with something that we would be happy with. We ended up spending a lot more money than we originally planned, but got a newer car that was in a lot better condition. So I'm ok with that. The finance guy was nice and personable with us until we declined to add on their extended warranty. Then all of the sudden he was all business, he got short with his instructions and didn't smile or say anything other than where to sign. At least Dalton was our last contact as we walked out. He really was the best thing about NAP. He is a great guy. And was a big help getting us out of the mess that was that Audi. Thankfully Sid took the car back for exactly what we paid instead of low balling us like we were expecting. So what started out as the worst car buying experience ever, turned out ok. This Dealership needs a zero rating. We bought a Ford escape less than a month ago and it is in the shop for the second time already. First, the water pump went out along with many of the hoses for the oil, brakes, and exhaust. Yesterday the car broke down again saying the transmission is going out. And they are giving us the run around about fixing it and that we have to pay for the repairs. Shouldn't have come here for a car. Next time we are taking our business elsewhere. Should have known better as the ad only showed 2 photos, neither of which you could verify the sunroof or leather seats. Upon arrival, they had to "find" the vehicle in the back and then informed me that they had made a mistake and would correct their ad. Of course they had several other more expensive options with what I was requiring (This is typical "bait and switch" tactics). A week later, the ad is still there with the same information. This business is full of con artists! Do not trust Spencer, the salesman, or Aily in accounting. My husband bought a vehicle from them over a month ago and he traded in his old one for it. As per their contract with him, he was due a check for a little over $4,000. We still have not received it. We have made plenty of phone calls where we get the run around. Aily in accounting who is supposed to be in charge of cutting the checks is in responsive and doesn't answer or return phone calls. Today I lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. We gave them our deposit, 2 banks that we banked with and signed papers. No warranty due to it being expired. A week later they called me and said the 2 banks didn't approve my loan and that they had another bank in mind, but with higher payments. So I took the higher payment. (Because I can afford it) and then another week went by. The brakes went bad on my truck. Took the truck in and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I don't recommend this place.
