Dylan from Corporate reached out personally to assure me I was a valued customer and that they'd be working behind the scenes to drive a proper resolution. That outreach immediately reset the tone. Shop Manager Ron walked me through the diagnosis in detail, and Service Manager Brandan along with mechanic Joe were hands-on in identifying and correcting the issue after test driving the car with me. I'm thrilled to report the repair now feels absolutely dialed in. Ride and handling are fully restored -- and at 161K miles, the car drives as good, if not better, than when I bought it at 16K. That's no small feat. Kudos to the mechanics for truly knocking this one out of the park. As a courtesy for the difficulties, Auto Lenders absorbed the cost of the additional parts, labor, and required alignment -- a resolution that was both generous and greatly appreciated. They don't try to lure you in with fake prices on the windshield. If it says $300 down then it's $300 down and out the door. I'm honestly in love with my Camry and I am very happy with my experience.
