WENT TO AC dealership they walked me to the back an showed me the ""missing clip SERVICE MANAGER SUCKSSSSSSS Then I went back because something was rattling under my car. So after the typical pushy sales guy that I anticipated, we finally made a deal where I was happy just to find he snuck in about 2k in extras on my contract that I found at signing. About a week later I get a call saying they had the wrong bank on the final paperwork and I had to come in person to resign everything( they couldn't do docusign). Next issue it took a full month to pay off my trade in , causing my trade in payment to be late. They insisted it wouldn't be and then ignored my messages. I wanted to get an OTD quote on a used vehicle. I communicated with the dealership via text. I was assigned to Mandi, who would assist me with a quote. The representative asked for my complete address to calculate the taxes. Since I reside outside the state the dealer is located, I stated they only needed the state I live in to do the calculation. The sales tax is the same rate for my entire state. The representative then stated I could fill out my information on the link they texted me. So you won't get live human service if you do not provide your full address. This must be a very prosperous dealership to treat potential customers in this manner. I'm so disappointed by all of the negative reviews! I was originally referred to Matt Blatt by the manager, Joe Cirucci. After having no luck at Honda and Nissan in Turnersville we decided to give them a try. We went in looking to upgrade our car and they exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately it wasn't a quick process because we had to look at quite a few cars but they never lost their patience. They let us drive each car, continuously got us waters during the process and were running all of the prices for each car. We didn't expect them to be so awesome since we were only there for a used car that wasn't very expensive. Our salesman was Steve and he was the best salesman that we have ever dealt with because he listened to all of our needs and concerns and made it a positive experience all around for us. I'll be honest I fucking hate car buying and I especially hate car salesmen. A day before coming here I had the most ridiculous experience with the Mitsubishi dealership in Cherry Hill. My fiancé and I were annoyed, tired, and furious. She went to Matt Blatt just to get some information. They were very informative and kind right off the bat. They let us know about the rebates and discounts , most of which the other place didn't even mention. We ended up coming back to Matt Blatt after speaking with the other dealership and having their service manager yell at my fiancé then hang up. When we arrived at Matt Blatt I was heated, but was met at the door with enthusiasm and smiles from AJ and Ken. I worked in customer service for a long time and I was truly blown away by their customer service skills. I was comfortable around them even when we began talking numbers. By the time it was all said and done I was happy with the experience, which I never thought I'd say about a car buying. I definatey recommend coming to Matt Blatt and especially recommend working with Ken and AJ. Even if you don't live near Glassboro it is worth the ride to get great service from this family owned and operated dealership. Ken has been doing this for along time and was very knowledgable. Let's start with the good news here...I got a great car that looks great, runs great and has held its value very well. That's where it ends with the good for Matt Blatt. Typical used car dealership tactics here, playing games with talking to managers, keep you in the place for way longer than you have to and like pulling teeth to get to the best price. Additionally, watch out for these guys trying to sell you dumb warranties you don't need. They add to your cost and provide little value for what they are. Here's the best part...if you're looking to finance your car, watch out. They run all kinds of silly games with "working a deal" for you with the banks. There is no working the deal on their end, either you're approved or you're not. Only after I was about to walk out did they actually give me their best rate...from a third party bank! Even better, when they signed me up, they told me I have to have Ann automatic draw out of my checking account to pay my loan, ok no problem. Little did they tell me that the automatic draw was for a third party agency to pull money out off my account twice a month, and charge me a processing fee to do it. This could have been done through PNC Bank, my financer, for free, and is now done that way after I changed it. I later found out that Matt Blatt gets a kick back for that as well. When I finally realized something was up, because I seemed to have paid more than my loan was reflecting, I realized that in 18 months between the fees, signup cost, etc. I had paid nearly $800 that I thought was going to my loan to some third party payment service! When I called PNC to figure this out, they were very helpful, said it's happened before and is totally unnecessary. So I called the payment service, cancelled and they referred me back to Matt Blatt. These crooks refused to give me an answer, saying someone would call back, never did, never got a straight answer. I called multiple times. These guys are crooks...typical sleazy used car salesman. Avoid doing business with them. The only reason they don't get 1 star is because I like my car, everything else was awful. read more

I bought my first car at Matt blatt at 16 years old I wasnt even old enough to drive yet . I am now 39 years old and I continue to have bought 3 more cars since than. I recently started , well have tried to start to use the service offered. I have made two appointments online to get oil changes only to show up and them say its not showing and online is down . Its a 45 min ride each way gas is almost $4 a gallon . Do better Matt blatt . Also when I purchased my most recent car I was promised a second key and key fob as its a little import to me to have two. The lock smith that's number was given to me at the time of purchase does not return calls my husband and I have called him about twenty times all together. The air conditioner stopped blowing cool air but the extended warranty I bought covers it with a $100.00 deductible. So of course I took it to MB Tire and Auto to be repaired. The mechanic diagnosed the issue, told me what needed to be fixed, then made the repairs. On the day I went to pick it, the charge was $205, not the expected $100 deductible. When asked about the price difference he tried to tell me the warranty did not cover the hose in the air conditioner which cost $85.00. When I asked why this was it explained he had no answer. After much unpleasant words, MB Tire and Auto agreed to take off the price off the "hose" charge. Be very careful if you take car there for repairs: Ask for break down of prices and HOW MUCH YOUR PAYMENT will be because they are not above adding last minute items to your bill, which feels uncannily like price gouging and made up expenses! read more

My 2008 Camry was on its way out so I was in the market for a newer used car. Problem is I hate car shopping. Im not one that likes to feel or pressured into buying anything. Got there and met their salesman Mark. He was really easy to work with so I took the Corolla for a test drive. Really liked the car but needed some time to think and do some more shopping around. My credit is not so good so I tried a website 1800freshstart who connected me with a dealership (Matt Blatt) that could help me. I was contacted by Cathy Nuccio (Marketing and Internet director from Matt Blatt). I decided not to go through with it. A few days later I was contacted by Sam Badie (Certified Internet Specialist) and I told him I don't think its going to work because everything on the website inventory was more expensive that what I was looking for (just wanted a simple work truck) and my credit is not good. We emailed back and forth and he finally convinced me to come in and he won't waste my time. (The dealership was over 1 hour away). I even faxed over 2 paystubs, proof of address and a copy of my drivers license to save time. I was told to see Skip upon arrival. Upon arrival, I was almost ambushed by Ray Romano. I told him I'm here to see Skip or Sam as he followed me around the showroom. I asked for Sam because we had been emailing back and forth. He said Skip stepped out and Sam is in the back but he could help. I started to wonder if Sam was even real. I told him what I was looking for and he asked for my license, which I told him I already faxed, but he needed it anyway, so much for saving time. So, he took an application, looked up my credit and said sorry, we don't have anything you qualify for. But asked if I was interested in an SUV. Really?? This is exactly what I told "Sam". This dealership is all about getting people in their store and are rude. Now I have 1 more inquiry on my credit report that I do not need. Lesson learned. My advice- Look elsewhere. read more

This is an update AJ and Matt Blatt made my concerns right and detailed my car and filled the tank and were apologetic for the oversight ! I recently purchased my second car from this dealership. I am so far satisfied with my experience of purchasing my most recent vehicle I worked with AJ and we were in and out pretty quickly. Just a few things I noticed when I got home (I acknowledge it was dark so could have went unnoticed ) : the gas tank was nearly empty, the car was dirty on the outside in a few spots and on the inside one of the inserts has some sticky stuff I needed to clean out. They were helpful in a rather I need a car situation as my old car previously purchased needed a service that was not worth it for me and made that transition as smooth as possible. This is the worst car dealership on the face of this earth. Three days after getting my car, my check engine light came on, which I contacted my sales rep that day. They tried to shut me up by "paying for my car to be fixed" which they didn't, they payed to have my injectors upgraded, which did not resolve my issue. All i wanted was a working car, I don't think its safe to have a car that revs on its own and even accelerates on its on as you're driving. I have been dealing with this issue for 2 years since i bought this car, i cant say how many times I've been to different dealerships to get this issue resolved, and no one can seem to figure it out. And you think the dealership would have tried to help me out, or even to have traded cars with another one. Not to mention my sales rep then tried texting me, hitting on me. Sure is name was Mike C. I bought a 2008 Cadillac DTS from Matt Blatt Suzuki in May 2011. I drove an hour and a half to get to them. I found the car on Ebay and went to go see it. It was priced quite cheaply and was wondering what was wrong with it. It was at least $5,000 under what it would have cost around my area. Upon inspection and the test drive I found nothing wrong with the car. I was never pressured to buy and I found the sales staff very friendly. I bought the car and it has been a terrific car. I contacted these folks after going thru GEICO car buying services they had a Pick Up truck that I thought was a deal. After traveling an hour and a half to get to them I inspect the truck and test drive it. I looked this truck up for the NADA retail sale price and needless to say Matt blatt had it priced for a vehicle that was pristine shape the truck was far from it. I offered them a cash deal to buy the car at what was a fair price and that I would take the vehicle back to DE and handle the paperwork to tag in DE needless to say the idiot at the front desk said that cant be done cause I had to pay the taxes in Jersey I said no you don't I am an out of state buyer and I do not pay Jersey taxes on a purchase like this bottom line is the deal didn't happen after the rude idiot from the front desk said how they research the vehicles on line for the price and they don't budge on their prices that they have I told him I will not do business with them and that the truck was being sold as is plus it has been on their lot 2 months now and probably going to be there a lot longer. I reported their behavior to GEICO car buying services being that they are a certified dealer thru them. So now they can answer to GEICO for their rudeness and how they treat customers especially out of state ones. I wished they had negative stars because I would mark them all.
