I called and said I wanted to come by, they were very responsive and told me who to ask for when I arrived. Jackson took great care of us and this was by far the most transparent and open carbine process I've ever had. Every concern was rectified with ease, and they were VERY customer first oriented. Not to mention, the trade in process was a breeze. I blinked and they provided an outstanding offer. Niko the sales manager was also wonderful! Thank you all!

They held up my car for hours in 3 different occasions , Let's start with they lied straight to my face, and tried to charge me $300 for "clips" that were supposedly missing--except... they were never missing. They just made it up like it was improv night. WENT TO AC dealership they walked me to the back an showed me the ""missing clip SERVICE MANAGER SUCKSSSSSSS Then I went back because something was rattling under my car. They swore they "fixed" it--lie #2. Turns out it was just a loose oil pan, which Atlantic City Mitsubishi figured out in no time. They took over $500 in inspection services and still lied about the repairs needed. To top it off, they acted like they had thoroughly inspected the car... but clearly hadn't. And the kicker? I had bumper-to-bumper factory warranty the whole time. ‍ No drama. No honesty. Just inflated prices, fake fixes, and a whole lot of . If you enjoy being lied to and overcharged, this is your spot. But if you value your car and your sanity--run.Would NOT recommend. Extremely untrustworthy. Everything was documented I wouldn't send your bike To think I was ever going to trust them fix or maintain with something I drive my kids in ..., I'll trade it in before I go back to glassboro!!!

You know how this story ends, right? We bought a 2004 Cadillac SRX (a real beauty), 108,000 miles,…read morepaid cash and in full $11,995. A week later, brought it back b/c the engine was "noisy"; they kept it 2 days and returned it stating they didn't hear any "noise" and "maybe it's the transmission". We asked them to repair this under the 3 mo/3,000 warranty. They said it "had to breakdown first." Wow. Six-months later, THE ENGINE DIED. We called NATIONAL AUTO SALES to address this issue. We were told they were busy with customers, but what did we want from them. We told them we wanted them to remember we were once "customers" and to pay to replace the engine. They offered to do this "at cost"; we agreed that sounded good, but wanted OUR mechanic to install a QUALITY engine, given the circumstances. We asked for his name; he said "Mike"...we asked for his last name; he said "Just Mike". Now, we have not heard from "Just Mike" to make good on his offer. We are, however, going to pay to have a quality engine installed AND Carchex will put a 5yr/100,000 warranty on it. Total costs, which will become DAMAGES that we WILL seek to recover: minus $11,995 for a car with a DEAD ENGINE $4,250 for a quality engine installed, $2,875 for an extended warranty=$7,125. Expensive lesson... I AM NOT ALONE--OTHERS HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY NATIONAL AUTO SALES...IN THE SAME WAY. Buy the car, drive it a few months, and the ENGINE DIES. Don't become a victim. If you've already fallen victim to the fine snakes and bottom-feeders at NATIONAL AUTO SALES, please email me at JustMike5000@yahoo.com OR Facebook your story (pictures encouraged) by looking up and friending juste mike

The other positives: In September, we drove from Monmouth County to Turnersville Jeep to purchase a certified pre-owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara with our nearly 17-year-old daughter who had managed to work super hard and save $19,000 of the eventual $42,000 cost of the vehicle. She LOVES the vehicle. It was the car of her dreams and thank you to Turnersville Jeep for making her dreams come true.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd receive an estimate for over $5k worth of work that the dealership claimed I "needed" done on my car. Obviously, I was in shock but asked the service associate to explain each charge. I then stated I needed to discuss this with my husband & asked if it was safe to drive home & was grumpily told yes. In talking to my Dad and others who viewed the estimate, they all said they didn't think I needed all of that work & if I did, their invoice is way over priced. I decided to get a second opinion & took my car for a thorough inspection. Thank God I did! Not only did that mechanic think their invoice was outrageous, but after the inspection, he called to say "There isn't a single thing wrong with your car." He was absolutely mortified that the dealership made up problems to try to scam a woman that didn't know anything about cars. He then discounted the inspection as he felt badly for the situation. We were willing to pay the going rate for any repairs so it was to his benefit to find work to do. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Buyer Beware!
