My car insurance arranged a rental through this location. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helped me get a really nice rental for the week. They were also kind enough to pick me up when I needed it. Minus a star for the gas tank not being completely full when they told me it was (there's no way I drove 4 gallons worth of gas going to and from work in Ann Arbor over only 3 days) and for it not being freshly washed. I was assisted by John Dunfee. He was very courteous and even suggested a place to have breakfast while we waited. He told us it would be done in an hour so we went to breakfast and came back. We were a little early so he escorted us to the waiting room where my son was able to be entertained by watching the men work on the vehicles through a large window. Since we had to pack our whole life into the truck, we picked up the truck and crammed all of our belongings in. We got the 16' truck with a car dolly and a dozen furniture pads. The 16' truck said it holds 1-2 bedroom apartment and we did get everything in all three vehicles- the truck and two cars. I wish we would've gone for a size up, but we made it work in the end. Another huge plus for us was that this location didn't have a car dolly but a trailer instead, so we were stoked about that! I think at the time we went to go pick up the truck, there was a newbie, so the processing took a bit of time. I would recommend if you are not familiar with having a trailer/car dolly, ask the employee thats been there the longest about how to attach the thing. It took us almost 45 min. to figure out how and where to unlock/lock/attach everything.
