This may be the last time that I rent a car from this location. The trainee that he stepped on was very sweet and as helpful as she could be. This is one for the record books. Update: I reached out to the manager, Robert. The voicemail on his cell phone is full so I could not leave a message. I sent him a text message and 36 hours later. I have not had a response. I'm now thinking there are better places to rent cars in the Melbourne area. Avis, this location has lost my business.

I rather pay extra in another rental company that will be fair and honest than giving my money to a company that takes people's money because is the only way they can stay open. Someone picked me up at the dealership and brought me to their location on S Apollo. On arrival the staff were friendly, and the car they put me in was spotless inside and out, even smelled nice. When I was done with the car I dropped it off at the dealership and got my statement emailed to me a couple days later with no surprise fees or anything of the sort. I know my experience may not be the exact same as an airport rental, but I wanted to share since these reviews certainly had me concerned about how the rental would go. I understand that folks are more likely to leave a negative review when things go wrong than a positive when they go right, but the positives should also be shared.
