Performed un-authorized repairs. Ended up with a bill of over $1000.00 when all I wanted was to replace my brakelight switch.

Went in on yesterday 5/23/25 for an alignment because I had lower control arm changed by the number one mechanic Larry Onedeep Mitchell. The tech and the owner said the part wasn't installed correctly. I went to Firestone and no issues with the work. My car was aligned and riding smooth. Save you time and money. A bunch of so called mechanics that don't know anything. I had to give a star and wish I could take it back. read more

When I bought new tires in Feb of 2022 which was 25k miles ago, I was told I was getting Cooper tires, when picking up the vehicle, mastercraft is what they put on my car without telling me. I went to get tires rotated and one of them checked for repair or replace because one was leaking air and advised them to call me and leave voicemail if I don't answer, when car is ready. 5:00 rolls around and being busy at work, I forgot about my car with no voicemail, I called them to pick my car up. That following Tuesday, I go back in to have them replace my lugnut because one of the technicians rounded it off. They did that with never offering an apology. Next Saturday I go to my local Toyota dealership for oil change and they tell me i have 3 bald tires (I had one replaced in 2023), mind you total of 25k miles , my tires are bald and need replacement. I had a blow out on my car two days after my sister passed. I'm from New Orleans, live in New Iberia and work in Broussard. Not having a safe location to pull over I had to drive on my tire and rim. A good friend, who came to my rescue, recommend them. Thank God she did. Not only did they provide me with the two different size tires I needed for my car but they went out their way to locate me new rims for my car since I destroyed them by driving on it. They bent over backwards for me during a very hard time in my life, showed me such kindness and even delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to find a way to get to them. I can't speak highly enough for all their care they showed me. Forever they will always have my business!!! read more

I called on four different occasions in a 2 week time span to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told on every single occasion that I needed to bring my car in at 7:30am and leave it there. This is absurd for something that should be an in and out quick service. I've used this place before without a problem of walking in and getting this type of service done. I had no choice but to bring my car to another business who could get this done as I am taking care of my mom who had COVID and can't be without my car. It appears they are NOT wanting to take any walk in customers but want EVERYONE to go in at 7:30am so they can line up their business for the day!!!! It seems to me to accommodate for oil changes and/or tire rotations, they could have a bay for those services only. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this business and the way it is being run. I had a brake package done last year. I brought the car back, because of the grinding noise on the driver's side only. They without even looking at the car told my husband that brake pads only last 24,000 miles, yet charged me $90 for brake pads. Yeah, I don't think so! I brought the car in the next day for them to check it out. They told my husband that it would cost to fix it. They would not honor the work that they did. I called to several different places with all of them telling us that they should have covered the work and the product that they used. I would say live and learn, but that was plain wrong! They will never get my business ever again. read more
