We had a wonderful experience with The Floor Center. We had a long scar in the floor of our 1940s…read morehome that had been poorly patched when someone had removed a wall long ago. Robert's team led by Carlos laced the wood back together (they had to take up a larger part of the floor because the boards didn't line up perfectly on either side of the old repair) and were able to reuse many of our existing boards to do it, you can see the new wood over by the wall in the collage. They sanded the floors down and prepared three stain samples (bottom left photo of the collage) based on colors we picked from a fan book they loaned us. The bottom right photo is the finished product and we couldn't be happier with how the floors turned out! They took great care of our home, using plastic to cover the openings to the kitchen and all vents so the dust didn't end up anywhere it shouldn't, and cleaned up the remaining dust when they finished. The stain is Nutmeg from Duraseal on red oak hardwood, with a Satin finish polyurethane sealant.

But with the very little info provided, Robert recommended the carpet that we actually ended up going with after quite a bit of research . The installation team, Benny and John, are super awesome! they were so easy to work with and they finished five bedrooms in less than two days! We couldn't be happier with their pace and the quality of the work!!! Also the total price was GREAT value!!! we highly recommend The Floor Center and its fantastic team! It is lovely seeing such a great business thriving in our neighborhood!

If you're looking for tile, this is the place to go!!…read more The entire showroom has massive amounts of samples. Richard was my sales rep and he walked me through many different combo options. He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

We wished we came here first! Which seems to be what everyone else feels as well: we heard another lady say the exact same thing in another aisle, and the first review I saw right now as I was coming here to post this also said the same. Anyway, this place is amazing!

The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish. They helped us design beautiful custom cabinets, choose high-quality materials, and select the perfect flooring to match our style. The project was completed on time, within budget, and the craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the crew kept everything clean and organized each day. If you're looking for a reliable kitchen and bath company with a professional team and outstanding workmanship, I highly recommend VICTORY KITCHEN AND BATH COMPANY. We absolutely love our new space!

Beware, Beware, total scam!!! I had ordered and paid for the materials and waited for months, but…read morethey kept giving me the run-around. The front desk girl was no help and could never get the order correct. They would order little by little, and some of the materials I did get were not what I ordered; they were incorrect colors and amount of tiles I ordered for one of my bathrooms. In the end, they just said the owner, Armen, sold the business, which was under a new ownership and DBA called WOODLUX, and there was nothing they could do about the missing materials. The new owner is never there; again, the front girl says there is nothing she can do. BEWARE!!!

What really stands out about them is their honesty; they're very clear about what can and cannot be fixed, which I really appreciated. No unrealistic promises, just straightforward communication. The quality of their bathtub reglazing work is great, and they genuinely stand by it. When there was a minor issue with peeling, they came back promptly and repaired it without any pushback. That level of accountability is rare and speaks volumes about their integrity. They're also very nice and attentive. Communication was easy, they were responsive to questions, and you can tell they actually care about doing the job right and making sure you're satisfied. If you're looking specifically for bathtub reglazing and want a company that's professional, honest, and dependable, I highly recommend Simply Reglaze. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Originally, I left a 2-star review because I was pretty unsatisfied with the work they did. They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.
