We've worked with three pool contractors over the course of several years and would have saved…read moreourselves a lot of grief if we had found Hacienda sooner. Verbal communication was great, on the order of minutes to respond to texts over the course of the entire project (i.e. several months and not just until the ink on the contract dries). Unlike most contractors, let alone pool contractors, the contract was exceptionally clear and detailed on what was being done, costs, and TBD items. No surprises or misunderstandings. On time, on budget: obviously, they have multiple projects going on simultaneously, but they are well organized and we never had an issue. On a project of any meaningful size, things happen, but Hacienda actively identifies and addresses them. For example, they noted our booster pump could be lowered to be less conspicuous and fixed it. Side note: they did a really nice job with the pool equipment. PVC was painted to match the manila folder color of the rest of the equipment and it was all well laid out. We've recommended Hacienda several of our neighbors, at least one of whom is now building a pool with them.

He offered to come out for a site visit to our home and help us narrow down which models best fit in our yard. A few weeks later we purchased a 12' swim spa and a 7' hot tub. The site visit was very informative on pad and electrical requirements. No other dealers offered that. It has been about a year since we had our spas installed and I wanted to give an update. Both spas still operate perfectly. We did have a warranty issue with the swim spa where the spa shell cracked on the bottom. It was upsetting to us but I want to say Jeff honored the 10 year shell warranty and sent it back to the factory for repair. All is well now and I do not see any leaks. We split the crane cost to remove and reinstall the swim spa. That seemed fair. Jeff noted that he has sold hundreds of spas over the years and ours was the only one where the shell cracked. Future buyers: 1). Insist that no control lines be placed underneath the swim spa. 2). One thing to be aware of is that a 35T crane in your driveway most certainly will crack concrete. 3). Another thing to be aware of is that Turbo Spas does not provide a detailed submittal with electrical stub up location like some vendors do. This makes it extra tricky to prepare your pad.

Matt coordinated everything and his team really went above and beyond. While rewiring the pool and hot tub, he fixed problems with our yard lights. Nice. They even noticed that our backyard gate latch was broken and wasn't closing properly as the workers went in and out and they repaired it so our dog won't escape. Didn't even ask. Just fixed it. Wow. Pristine Pools have had my business for over a year now and I can tell you that my experience with their services has been far superior than anything I've experienced in the past. They always do and excellent job with their weekly service, calling attention to any maintenance issues that might arise, and always keep everything running perfectly and keeping my pool sparkling clean. In the past I just accepted mediocrity and just figured checking the chemistry and adjusting the water accordingly, was all I should expect. Not with Pristine. Diego always makes sure I'm taken care of and makes it right if something is missed. I was recently considering buying a new pool sweep because mine wasn't doing a very good job. They replaced the wheels, tail and capture netting. I felt the price was very fair, he took care of it on my next scheduled service day and my sweep is operating better than ever. Nice job Pristine!
