I've had to file a report with the FTC and the consumer protection agency due to this company…read moreillegally towing my vehicle, telling me afterwards, then telling me they were going to put a radiator in there for free and when the person that said it realize I wouldn't date him I ended up having to pay for a tow, a radiator, labor, etc. Just to get my vehicle back. I gave the owner a chance to write if I didn't get by telling him everything that happened and sending him screenshots of every bit of it and he told me there was nothing he could do. They are also extremely racist but that's a story for another time. I spoke to a lawyer who said my situation was so messed up they're taking the case for free today. I would stay very far away

Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback.
