This place is horrible! They snatched up my car in the middle of the night. After going through all the necessary steps to get my car back, the location was a hole in the wall no name Gated business with a sign on the door saying do not knock and wait at the gate if you have an appointment. Which I was forced to drive there on a flat. I immediately filed a report with the police and filed a claim, however, after providing all of my proof. They had the audacity to lie and say the tire was never flat and they did not crack the windshield. Which led to a denial of my claim. Now I am stuck with a damaged vehicle. I am expected to get repaired on my own due to their negligence.... I truly don't understand how companies like this get away with doing this to people! Hope this place is ready for a lawsuit. My son car (which is in my name) was towed on a Thur in Loma Linda for expired registration. Finance company calls this tow company to go pick up the vehicle VERY NEXT DAY.. Car was then immediately sent to a auction (which I went and got car from auction), get the car and items were taking out of the car. Called finance company, they gave me the number to these crooks. My car was taken by them, when i went to pick up my car the splash guard was hanging from the bottom of my car and my front bumper was all loose, I had noticeable cosmetic damage and couldn't even drive my car off the place. I sent a claim with all the picture and damages like they requested and they still have not replied back. At this point their customer services is so terrible and their services are unethical. If you take a perfectly fine car I expect to get my car back in the same condition it was taken. I filed a police report and now I had to lawyer up. This place should be shut down. Regardless of the situation of why my car was picked up I came here to leave a honest review. Day 1 : I called the facility no answer which was fair because I wasn't even ready to pick up my vehicle Day 2 : I realized I left my military ID and social in the car and called to retrieve it , they stated I had to get a release form so I did they bagged up everything for the most part , lost something's , and broke somethings and even stole some medical information they wouldn't allow me to see my actual car to take the things out. Day 4 : I arrived to pick up my car they refused to let me see my car they told me it was parked on the facility and that I had to sign to enter and see it which didn't sound right to me once signed they told me my car was parked in another lot I could walk over there so I walked over there and did a walk around just to find the scratched and dinted the side of my car and messed up my censors. I called the red head guy over and he said it was like that when he got it but couldn't provide before pictures and lied and said he sent some to my lender. I filed a police report and called their contractors and now they are paying for the damages. A simple apology instead of saying my car was like that would have went a long way. Apparently the unprofessional employees here resort to stealing anything valuable you leave in your car, including medicine like your prescription drugs. I knew exactly how much was in my vehicle prior to repossession, NOT prescribed to them. They WILL take everything out of your car and treat it like trash, not even my children's pictures or my car registration was left inside. If the bank gives you 25 days to reinstate your vehicle from repossession I'm not sure why this place treats your vehicle as if it is THEIRS, they're only hired to retrieve your car and STORE it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They even noted to program a new key when I called to specifically let them know NOT to and that I was willing to surrender my own key.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They ONLY had my vehicle for 24 HOURS and still managed to damage my car alignment. When the long haired yard employee brought me my car out my rear tires were low. All tires prior to repossession were over 27 PSI, my recommended PSI is 33. So how did I get my car back with the rear tires at less than 20 psi? By the time I got home my tire was to the RIM. When I got it inspected it was the DAMAGE from their company DRAGGING my car when it was taken, which they had NO reason to because at the time of repossession my car was out in the open street. They have all my vehicle info, so why were they not prepared on how to PROPERLY come retrieve my vehicle? My car is a FWD, my parking brake was engaged so of course my rear wheels were LOCKED. Instead of using a proper tow dolley or flatbed, what this inexperienced tow tuck driver must of did is tow my car from the front wheels and dragged it on my rear wheels before he realized he was SUPPOSE to tow it from the REAR wheels and use the dolley for the FRONT wheels since it is a CVT vehicle, but by then my rear tires were already BALD and DAMAGED. There was no reason for ANY of the tires to have had ANY damage at all. They definitely have no clue what they're doing, which would also make sense on why they use a beat up forklift with no proper towing attachments to move our cars in their tiny yard. They gave me no heads up on the damage whatsoever, which is ILLEGAL by the way. How irresponsible and dangerous to let someone drive away in that condition. They try to make you sign liability forms to release them from any responsibility from literally anything they do to you, but I DENIED. I have contacted their main company PK Willis and will be letting them know how bad this specific location is making them look, especially with all these other SIMILAR reviews. I have filed a police report, a complaint to the BSIS, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted my Car Loan Company to file a claim for the damages, so glad I didn't have to deal with this place again. They put pride into taking advantage of people at their lowest, the values and morals of this company are shameful. If you're also unsatisfied with their services DON'T forget to submit your complaints, you can google DCA license search and get all of the employees license numbers to report them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is so rude and treats you like trash.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My Jeep got repossessed at my work the driver did actually wait for me to let me get some things from it but that's the only thing they did with some kinda respect or decency, my Jeep is front wheel drive the truck he picked it up with only had the car dolly thing and had it hooked from my back tires leaving my parking lot with it that way, I also asked if he wanted my key to make it easier and was told no they have their way of doing things. My co worker heard my Jeep making sounds it shouldn't have when it was hooked and pulled. I told the driver I would be getting it back not to touch anything because I couldn't get all my things because I live about 2 2.5 hrs from the tow lot. They no so respectful took my things and throw everything in trash bags opened food and was all over the inside. After paying my back the money to get it back this company has their set of demands to be able to get cars back and they refuse to let you get it back the same day and if you have a mouth like I do they make you wait longer . So after finely getting to the lot I see my Jeep covered in dirt and gods knows what I noticed my seat was moved all my mirrors were moved and there was over a 150 extra miles on it. My finance company knows nothing why they'd switch out my ignition and give me a new key plus they took the key entry lock out of the driver side door so the door handle doesn't stay on. I went to pick up my truck from there yard and I did an inspection on it to make sure both was wrong with it and sure enough it had damages all around. The front bumper was damage rear rim . I called Thursday in the morning, not sure who I spoke to on the phone but she answered the questions I had and was able to schedule appointment next day. Pick up was near my home. Shawn came out verified all my info, brought my vehicle out, I checked my vehicle to make sure there was no damage or stolen items from my car (there wasn't anything) I signed my release papers and was out of there in 10 minutes. I was physically assaulted by their tow truck driver. He broke the law three times. I told him not to take the car which in California under consumer code 92096 states the repo has to stop at that point, he also threatens me physically and with arrest both violations and then actually latex hands in me. I told the company and they refused to let me talk to the owner and we're just rude and would not return my car to me for another week even though it's paid in full and released. They breached peace and illegally repossess my vehicle and assaulted me and not one apology or remorse.
