I had one of their employees go behind my property and use it like a bathroom because the water was shut off, they would never keep the parking lot clean so people will literally clean out their cars in the parking or throw it over the fence into neighbors yards. My son was scammed out of some money because one of the employees charged him for a wireless headset I ended up confronting the manager at the time about it the did refund my son's money and the employee was fired.

I called a few businesses but was impressed by Leonard's quick and straight forward diagnosis and his availability, as in, I have some time right now and he's local which I like. (I also run a small business so know how it is to be on your own). He understood my panic. "I can look at it in a few days" doesn't work when your computer goes down=our lives now (for better or worse). He was able to retrieve everything off my hard drive and it's on an external hard drive now, and replaced my hard drive with one he described as indestructible and apparently so because this was years ago and this little Toshiba with the new high capacity hard drive is still doing fantastic. It's fast, apparently indestructible (at least inside my home; I never take my laptop out of my house), and the storage is excellent. I remain extremely pleased, oh and all for less than $300! He diagnosed the sound bar as no longer working and helped us pick out a new one that would address my husband's hearing loss. After receiving the soundbar, Travis was anxious to get it mounted and working. He and his partner were very knowledgeable about syncing all the devices. Our system is hard to access but they happily and patiently worked around that. The sound bar works great and they programmed it to better serve my husband's needs. They went the extra mile by showing me easier ways to access my apps and even able to eliminate one of the remotes! . They also have a little retail section for truck hitches, tractor pins and then some. We got aluminum sheeting for our overhead camper we reskinned on the outside.
