Then grunted a hello. I asked if he could help me with a problem I had with my phone. He immediately got in my face telling me I had no clue what I was talking about. I informed him that I was sent by corporate to his specific store to help me. I asked if he would consider checking again- with corporate as I was advised. He snipped back saying I was rude and threatened to call the police and get out of his store. I gladly obliged. Customer service is non existent at this store. I would not recommend this store ever.
