Well, 9 miles from DOWNTOWN Santa Fe (the capitol of the State of New Mexico...that's in America) we are virtually cut off from the rest of the world, when it comes to communications. There is no cable. There is no DSL. There are no wireless signals. We are only 9 miles from town but cutoff from the world. So, I thought. Then I found Roger. I found Roger thru Google (when I was at Starbucks). I sent him an email and explained the situation. He responded in just a few minutes. Within 24 hours Roger presented several alternative options including T1, T3, fiber and cable. I had a preconceived bias towards cable (speed and bundled services). Roger got a major cable company (who would not respond to my own requests) to design and estimate burying cable to our location. I passed on the $382,000 cost. So, Roger organized a number of T1 and T3 bids for us. We are up and running on a dedicated T1 and it is great to be part of the real world again. Roger made this happen. He has the connections. He has the knowledge. And, he is a bulldog when it comes to getting things done. As the telecom manager at the T1 company said to me, "Roger is a great partner." So true. So true. I learned a long time ago to use professionals when there is heavy lifting to do. That includes lawyers, accountants, consultants and Roger! We are pleased and recommend him without hesitation.

I am always impressed at how quickly you get things done and in every instance there has never been any other competitor that has even come close to offering the pricing and value that you have always provided. You have certainly earned my utmost respect and I feel like I can always count on you to come through with exactly the right solution. Your ability to understand the needs of my clients and provide the services that target their needs is un-paralleled. Due to the problems with her old phone, it was very challenging to get her photos and texts transferred, but he made it happen. Also got a very helpful explanation of warranty options. Never felt rushed. Would have been 5 stars but they had hardly any cases available even though we bought a popular phone. I noticed a customer came in with questions about a phone they had purchased there and another sales person very patiently helped her out with her issue.

Okay, to start with, this is for the real Verizon, not the authorized dealer. I was with Verizon…read moreuntil January when I decided to go with a cheaper provider. I canceled then and there, but because I was bundled with my friend, she became the primary account holder while my credit card was being used. I paid off everything on my end and contacted them. They assured me that my account was canceled. I had to call back again and again to get them to cancel and EVERY TIME they said they had canceled it. The last straw was just a few minutes ago when I called again. I found out they charged my cc for March, April and May payments. They said they couldn't do anything about it because I was not the primary on the account. As the secondary, Verizon won't deal with me. Only my old roommate. While I am still friends with her, she is not the most reliable person when it comes to making a phone call to Verizon that will probably last an hour or more. I was able to get them to cancel Autopay, which my card apparently is registered. I can't even count on that considering how many times I have called to cancel. So they're making me jump through hoops - contacting my friend to have her get information from them so I can file a dispute through my cc, then contacting my cc dispute center to have them file. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and Verizon is on my sh-- list now. I won't even go into getting my new phone from their authorized dealer last year and the thousands of dollars I had to spend to pay off the "free" tablet and smartwatch. That is another review I filed a few months ago.

However, my phone had started to initialize after a fall and did not complete reloading. I arrived at the store and saw two employees helping other customers. From out of the back came Trevor to help out my wife and I. She had an issue with an app trying to gain control of her phone and mine was a brick. Trevor started working both phones at once, clearing my wife's phone in under 3 minutes. Mine took longer, but he was able to get it setup to where when I would log into my Gmail account my phones info would be reloaded and I would be back in business. Unfortunately Gmail 2 step verification ask you to check your phone to log in. Phone was still a brick, NO FAULT of Verizon or Trevor. I had to have Gmail use my backup email account which took 5 days to confirm with Gmail. Once I was able to log into Gmail I could activate my phone and recover my info. I am back in business. Thanks Trevor and Thanks Verizon!
