Whatever you do...do not use this moving company. They will not call you back, lie about your delivery date, and so on. Our whole house was loaded on a truck and then unloaded directly to their warehouse...and then reloaded for delivery several weeks later. All boxes were smashed and lots of dings on our furniture. Natiowide Van Lines, is - hands down - the WORST mover I have ever worked with. If I could give zero stars, I would. Things started out great. I spoke with Suzanna who gave me a too-good-to-be-true quote, professed their honorable business values, and professed that they knew my new move-in area well enough to wrangle Miami's complicated move-in/move-out regulations with ease. I was so pleased that I encouraged my parents, who would be doing a similar cross country move, to get in on the action and set up their own move through Nationwide. However, in the days leading up to the move, I received several phone calls that raised the bright red flag of doubt: 1. The company would be tacking on an additional $500 (in addition to the original $300 I already agreed to in my quote) to move the piano. Which I agreed to - it is a $7000 instrument after all. Especially because this extra fee was meant to cover the cost of special movers who knew how to pack, disassemble, and reassemble a piano properly. 2. Despite having told them I could not, under any circumstances move into my new apartment until the first of the month, they said they would be delivering on the 25th... of the previous month. Five days early. Normally, this would be great, but considering I had clearly expressed that my lease would not begin until the 1st, it felt like a ploy to very conveniently rake in another $900 (the fee to "unload and reload" your items should you not be able to receive your items in accordance with their delivery schedule)-they were also conveniently out of any later pick up dates to accommodate a later arrival. And 3. The movers would be arriving a full day later than I had originally anticipated to pack my furniture and pick up my boxes. Interesting. I took these revelations in stride and was fortunate enough to be able to pro-rate my lease to facilitate the early delivery (trust me, I'd rather pay my landlord another few hundred dollars than shell out even more money to Nationwide's mysterious "add on's" fund). Then move out day arrived. And things went WAY downhill. Fast. The foremen tried to tack on another $150 here for a long haul (despite the fact that they only had one hallway to walk down). And another $200 there because they didn't know my end tables had stone tops (a nuance which they conveniently did not include as an option on the initial estimate sheet or in discussions with the quote "expert"). And you shouldn't be surprised to learn that there was no "special piano expert" in toe. The foreman was extremely rude to my father, pugnacious with me, and generally difficult to deal with. Phrases like "this isn't my job" and "that's between you and the moving expert" were on repeat. Since you had to pay half the move in cash up front, I was literally held hostage. Fast forward to delivery day. In a twist of cruel fate, my building's service elevator was out of service for a grueling seven hours. To help ease the situation, my building outfitted the foremen with a trolley cart and said they could unload the big items (couch, piano, etc.) in the loading garage, and then wheel the small items (boxes, small chairs, desk, etc.) up through the main lobby. Instead, the head foreman took this opportunity to smoke cigarettes in my lawn, nap, and complain about the situation. He wouldn't even open the doors of the truck unless the elevator was working and insisted that the remainder of the move be paid in FULL (in CASH) before he even touched a box. Another red flag so there would be no recourse if (and in this case WHEN) damage occurred. The movers left my apartment an utter disaster. My side chairs were thrown on top of my couch. There was padding everywhere (which they refused to take out). They had badly chipped my desk (which they packed) and broken the leg off my wet bar (which they also packed). But most disappointingly, they had broken the piano's pedals and the last three keys on the keyboard were not working. Before I could even give the foremen a tip they slammed the door and stormed out. When the moving company reached out for a review, I frankly told them about the situation and the customer serviced representative began with a sympathetic promise to get the issue resolved. After two hours of phone calls, he agreed to send $300 to cover the cost of the piano fix (quoted at $150) and any additional damage the tuner found while fixing the keys. It also felt a bit like hush money since I had threatend to tell the world about this experience and encourage my family not to use them for their own move. Two weeks went by, then three ... and I had received zero updates about the compensation. When I reached out, they had yet another convoluted, circumvent, rambling set of excuses to explain why they didn't intend to send me any damages after all. I'm not at all surprised considering every interaction with Nationwide has been fraught with double standards and financial shadiness. Par for the course at this point read more

we moved in July 2015. The rep that set up the move was real nice and made all sorts of promises. On the day of the move I was already halfway to our new home so my husband and son were with movers. He said it was a massive confusion and argument between movers. They could not move my Mom's bed so she had to buy a new one. When our household goods arrived there was so much damage and broken furniture. When I received a call to give my review I told all that had happened and was guaranteed that an email with the forms to claim the damage. 6/26/2016 and still no email, no claim form and no reimbursement for the damaged goods. We moved from MA to NC. I would not recommend that anyone use this company. I wish we had used someone local that does state to state moving or I should have read reviews before making the move. Very disappointed in the whole experience. We were also misled by the sales person on the delivery time frame had to stay in a hotel days longer than we expected. read more

we moved from the fl keys to venice, fl and torrington, ct. took 4 weeks to get stuff to ct, 1 week longer than the 3 weeks nationwide allows itself in the contract. drivers arrived late in the day and had to sleep in the truck overnight when rain and darkness forced them to stop. they got back up in the dark and left our belongings outside in the rain. some things were destroyed. the items they picked up in venice on may 25 were not delivered in torrington until labor day, despite nationwide's boasts about being up and down rte I95 every day. a number of items were misdelivered despite being clearly labelled. we called at least 2x a wee for 3 months and ever got a clear answer about where our belongings were or when we could expect to get them use anyone else. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. read more

I had 2 major moves this year - unfortunately I used Nationwide Movers for only one of them. They were fantastic! From point of origin to delivery they were friendly, courteous and very professional. Augustine and his family were absolutely fabulous!! They arrived in an immaculate truck, with clean coverings and wrapped all furnishings BEFORE it left the house. Protective floor coverings were placed on all the floors which I really appreciated! From pick up to delivery it only took one week from RI to FL!!! Upon delivery furniture was set up and placed appropriately. I am absolutely thrilled and know I will be using them in the future as this is a temporary move. I had just a partial truck full so I thought it would take about a week to get my furniture but Uzi delivered it in 2 days. Very careful when loading and unloading items. I was very nervous about the logistics involved with making a big move from south Florida to Maryland, but nationwide did an incredible job and completely exceeded my expectations at all steps of the process. Alana was my move consultant and was incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive and informative throughout the process. I called back with multiple questions and some additional items to move, and she accommodated me and put me at ease every time I called. On the day of the move, Johnny and Charlie showed up right on time, were incredibly careful with my belongings yet efficient, and very pleasant to work with. Todd called me on the day of pickup to ensure that everything was going smoothly and was very friendly as well. Johnny and Charlie then delivered my items to me in Maryland about a week later, and again were very pleasant, efficient, and great to work with. They even let me know that one of my items, a small pane of glass, had broken during transit but that they would replace it, which Todd quickly confirmed. Their honesty about that item, which I wouldn't have noticed during the move, really just confirmed my decision to use them and the positive experience I had with the company overall. This was the worst move we have had in the last 12 years. They sent us a representative who estimated the moved, we agreed on a price. The day of the move they wanted to increase the price because according to them there was more stuff that the lady accounted for. I tried to locate the lady, she was out of town and only said, "sit down with the driver and he'll tell you how much more you owe us." I couldn't believe how unprofessional they where, after demanded talking with her supervisor he decided to leave the price as we agreed at the beginning. The problem is that they only sent three people for a task of 5 or 6 so the driver was rude, upset and kept telling me how much more they were working. They took 2 days and a half instead of one day, and we had to find a hotel late on the first day. Used the movers in June 2012. It was a full service move. Overall, they did a great job! It was a little back and forth initially to find out details on how Nationwide works. I was bummed that they give you a range of dates for pick up and delivery and only confirm the date 24 hrs prior to coming. I felt like I was also signing away my life when I confirmed my move with them with a deposit. If some dates do not work for you, you need to be upfront about that. They expect you to take delivery 2-5 days after pick up, depending on the distance of the move. That is not convenient for your planning because you don't know when they will pick up within the range they provide you! If you cannot take delivery in the 2-5 day time frame they say, they charge for storage and handling for those days. So be sure to have a good plan. They were absolutely excellent when it came to the actual packing an moving. Very efficient, very quick and very careful. Two people came in a Nationwide Van Lines van (so no, this company does not outsource its move). One entertained me with his talk, which the other worked tirelessly and quietly. They were done packing my 2 Br place in 5 hours. The same two people dleivered my items and were done with re-assembly of furniture and unloading in 2 hours. One of them even arranged my bedroom furniture in a very aesthetic way. I am going to keep the furniture in that same way! Very impressed! read more

I have used this company for three moves in the past 1.5 years. The driver and his helpers have been excellent. There was no damage to our furniture, they were quick and cleaned up after delivery. Because of their schedule they were unable to pick-up when I wanted (one day early) and delivery was on before I wanted it in FL. Scheduling is always a problem, especially if you don't have the whole truck. I would use them again if the situation changes. read more

It took 4 friggin weeks to receive our shipment from the Washington D.C. area to Melbourne, FL. And they couldn't give us any idea when it would arrive. Call back Monday, call back Friday, call back. Oh, and when they say they will call you back - HA. So we were pretty much stuck living in the house with no furniture. They lost the handlebar to my wife's health rider - oh, we're looking for it. We need to call the driver. We call you back. It's been another 4 weeks. The machine is not much good without the handlebars. Customer service rep Manny is great at appeasing but very short on delivering. I have communicated with others who have had the same problem. read more

I moved from PA to FL using this company last year. We had packed most of the items ourselves and had them pack only beds and large furniture items. Move started out bad. It seems this company likes to send in movers late in the morning/after noon and they stay with it until late night. So you are tired and not in the mood to check and follow up. Items did not arrive in Florida until 10 days later. When unpacking it was same deal. Stuff was delivered later in the after noon and did not finish until mid night. I signed papers - that says I have checked everything and I got all the items and there is no damage?? No one can open all boxes and determine that right away. When it came to file damage claim, they assigned one company and then backed out, may be this company was allowing too much claim. A new one person company was assigned but this person never comes to your place. It was just sending pictures and claim information. Again in the end it was waste of time, I had broken lamp and Vase but the claim paid only by the weight. I had an insurance that the company ignored. In summary I will never use this company again. read more

Worst Company ever!! They lie, contradict and offend the customer. The people in the office were not nice or helpful in our situation at all. They made everything out to be our fault by pointing the finger. It is all about the money with them. They squeezed us in at the last minute so they wouldn't breach contract and deliver our things late. I was told they would be there between 9am and 1pm they showed up at 4pm. They said that is not late they were still in there window of time. The driver told us they called him at 9pm the night before and told him he had to get this to us by noon. He told them he was in Pennsylvania and there was no way to do that. and it takes 6hrs to unload. We have two small children no one in there right mind would want something delivered until 11 or 12 at night. Either way the delivery wasn't the worst part it was the company customer service and the way they treated myself and my wife. TOTAL SHAM!!!!!!!!!!!. Do not book this company if your plan is to have your belongings moved anywhere or on time. When you try to book them the phone lines are wide open , they will try to contact you with paper work to the point of annoyance. However, once they've taken your money, you will not be able to reach anyone unless it's to add services for more money. Customer service wait to get the phone answered ,on average, is 30 mins ( that is if your're not disconnected) but don't expect answers or any real customer service if you do get in touch with someone.. NINE DAYS after the expected pick-up date I spent an average of 2 hrs per day trying to get answers regarding my move. I was constantly told that someone was going to get back in touch with me. All lies. they don't. Once I tried getting my money back they tried telling me that I changed my pick up date so I wouldn't get my money back. I changed my pcik-up date 3 weeks in advance, they only requested a five day notice. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. read more

My move from NJ to FL was a nightmare from a customer service perspective. Despite repeated calls, I was never notified until the last minute that my delivery would be made late. I had previously notified NationwideVanLines that I would not be available for a week if they were late yet there was an issue with compensation that is clearly spelled out in the Agreement. NationwideVanLines then sent me a date and I was available. The night before, at 5:30 after the office was closed, I was told they could not make it and would reschedule for the next day when I was unavailable. I called immediately in the morning to again reschedule and finally decided on a date. Before agreeing to the delivery, I wanted to make sure we were on the same page that the dispatcher had agreed to. It took over two hours over three to have NationwideVanLines agree to their initial compensation that was in line with the Agreement we signed. Not a pleasant experience at all. read more

This company is a nightmare to work with. They seem to have great communication prior to signing a contract but as soon as you actually start working with them their customer service is horrible. My husband and I were moving from Boston to Miami and went with this company because it seemed responsive and responsible. It wasn't the lowest in price but after our research we amounted it to it just being thorough and that we wouldn't be surprised with additional costs. We were VERY wrong. At pick up alone we ended up having to pay over $1,000 in additional costs. Not to mention that they only gave us a 12 hour heads up on what day and time they would actually arrive. There was some damage done to our property and now we are having the worst time figuring out when we will actually receive our goods. My husband has been in communication with several people at the company but the story of delivery date keeps changing. We are suppose to get 48 hours notice of delivery and it has been rescheduled twice without adequate notice. Imagine movi g to a new city and you have a new job and you have to keep asking for additional days off of work because the moving company keeps changing things without giving you more than 24 hours notice. Customer service is not helpful they are unable to do anything except to tell the driver to call you which doesn't solve anything. If I am unavailable when they decide to deliver I will be charged an additional $125per hour. Yet they have yet to be able to appropriately compensate me or my husband for having to wait around and change our plans and coverage several times. We recently moved from Florida to SC. After doing research on several moving companies, we chose Nationwide based upon customer service and reasonable cost. Please be aware of the fine print regarding pick up and delivery dates. We requested a date for pick up and they asked to pick up a day ahead. If you need to close put things with your home and must remain there even after they have picked up all your furniture, have a back up plan of where you are going to sleep. The movers disassembled everything for us. Four days before our furniture was to be delivered, we received a call from Nationwide asking for more money regarding our items in storage after a month. We asked about our delivery date and the office seemed not aware that we wanted it delivered on a certain date. We had put this delivery date on our binding agreement but in writing Nationwide has a disclaimer that items could arrive anywhere between 14-21 days after the date you request. Our furniture did not arrive until three days after the date we requested. Again, have a back up plan of where you are going to stay if your items do not arrive. When our items did not arrive on expected day, we emailed to follow up with no response or courtesy call to let us know that they would not arrive on the date we expected. We waited at our apartment and slept on the floor during this uncertain time. I can say that the movers were excellent and did not know they were supposed to reassemble our items. Communication between dispatcher, nationwide main office and the movers seem disconnected at times. All of our items were accounted for and the were professional even when they weren't given much information by the office. Not having control dates of pick up and delivery added to our stress of moving. But we appreciate the hard work of the movers. read more

Warning!!! Worst experience ever. They are a bunch of crooks. I already complained and had my previous review erased. They will always have an excuse to charge you more and nothing is their fault. My mother moved to NC and i had to jump in and cut communications because she was being verbally abused by the nationwide crew. They never did what was originally agreed to by phone or writing. They where supposed to pick up some stuff in miami n on the way to NC stop in Newberry, FL. ( its on the way) to pick up rest of the stuff. Sounds like a simple concept but it was not for nationwide. When they showed up in Newberry, they didn't have enough space on the truck. After taking pictures of how terrible the stuff was loaded in miami and refusing they move my stuff anywhere else hell broke loose. The drive not only showed up at 11 oclock at night when scheduled between 3-5pm but said he be back in morning with new truck. He never showed up and half of my cargo was stopped near Atlanta. To avoid writing a book here with details i think you all get the picture now. It took more than 3 months to reach an agreement for my mother to get half of her stuff to NC and finally when she received it there was a lot of stuff broken, bended or mishandled (i have pictures). The part that was picked up in Newberry by a local guy got to her quicker and without problems. Avoid dealing with Yaron, Todd, Rick or anybody in the office and if you dont have any options make sure you put everything in writing. They tell u one thing today something different tomorrow. I give them a zero review. My relocation consulted was Alana Dzivinskaya it says she's a manager. It started that she would help push back my pick up date which was Friday 15th 2017 which she did to Sunday the 17 th at 8:00 AM. The truck driver calls at 9:00AM his name is harold. Pls be very careful with him I caught him lying a couple of times with what he told me and what he told the office and hung up on me a couple of times. Then he tells me at 9 AM Sunday that he's having trouble with his truck and he'll be there at at 2:20 he calls that he'll be there at 4:00. I call him at 4:30 PM he tells me now he's mad at me because I'm bothering him that he's not coming he'll be there at 8 AM Monday morning he doesn't show up again. I called Harold he's mad again tells me I have to talk to the office and hangs up on me, so it being Monday I call Alana now this is where the bullshit starts mind u I close on the property I'm selling on Tuesday the 19th it's monday the 18th. Alana tells me that he's having mechanical problems with his trucks so he'll call and tell me what's going on. I talk to Harold he tells me 4:00 PM. He doesn't show up again I call the office and talk to a Rick he tells me that he's not coming but he will schedule the move for tomorrow. I reiterated the fact to Rick that I'll be gone for the closing and that I have to vacate the premises so I'm in contact with them during closing (Alana Dzivinskaya ). She proceeded to tell me that Harold will be there at 4:00PM they rented him a U- Haul truck and he's on his way. Mind u I'm still at closing so I tell the new owner good news there coming to pick up my things. Alana doesn't even have the decency to call me. Now it's 4:20 PM Harold isn't there so I make the call and I talk to Rick and I ask him what's going on he tell me Harold got into an accident someone hit him. I don't even have words for what I'm feeling but as I'm talking to Rick Alana jump on the line and tells me that Harold filing police reports and he's wants to come and pick up my stuff( hero right) so what can I do at this point. I call the new owner Harold is coming to save the day Alana said he'll be there at 8:00PM. Harold calls me , I want to say accidentally,but I think coincidentally he called 20 minutes after the office has closed, 6:20pm, I asked him if he will be here at 8pm as Alana told me he would be and he replied they are lying and he never told them he would be picking up at 8, but would be there in the am (wed 12/20). I waited for Harold to show up and no show and no call. I then waited and proceeded to. Call office at 9:18am and was told Harold was one hour away?? But Harold was supposed to be 30 minutes alway last night.. which direction is Harold traveling?...I then decided I can't do this any longer and canceled my order and then I proceeded to get calls from Alana and Harold offering a discount, but still no driver at my home?... read more

We used Nationwide to move from NYC to GA. Their customer service was excellent and the movers are very good, thorough, and professional. Our loader was led by a man named Uzi (sp?) and he was very good. His team had things set up quickly, moving the boxes to the truck. Uzi took time to wrap our furniture up properly, to dismantle our shelves and pack all of the "parts" into a box. Everything was packed and ready to go and they were very thorough. We tipped the boys and also treated them to water and sodas. They made sure we were taken care of. When the movers arrived to unload, we were charged extra because as it turned out, they could not pull into the driveway with their 18-wheeler; so they had to handcart everything down. But they treated us very well and fairly and took care of us with the overage. I give them 4 stars only because despite excellent customer service, they still came in later than original estimates - that is, on moving day, they had to come in 1 day late - which caused some problems for us. Overall, we enjoyed our movers and nothing was damaged or missing. It pays to 1) PACK YOUR STUFF IN BOXES - I have seen "complaints" from idiots who didn't bother doing the packing - they are movers, not packers; take care of your own business! 2) treat them well, tip; it doesn't hurt to offer water, gatorade, etc; they are loading/unloading for at least an hour and constantly moving- that little bit of kindnesss goes a long way. read more

Hence it would be a simple understatement to state that I am a repeat customer as I'm more like family these days. Nationwide Van Lines recently relocated me from the Washington DC Metro Area to the Piedmont Triad. My first point of contact was Rachel Skolnick. Ms. Skolnick was extremely pleasant, delightful, patient, helpful, available, and informative throughout the entire process. She even took care to assign what I believe to be Nationwide Van Lines A-Team of Elvis, Luis, and Fernando. This team of gentlemen took the extra care to treat my family and I like we were members of their family as opposed to simply customers. They were extremely personable, friendly, and helpful to my entire family. They were also very timely. The A-Team paid special attention to all of my items and belongings in packing them up, loading the truck, and dropping them off at my new home. I have never encountered a team as strong as these three gentlemen in all of my years. With that being said, this team of men definitely deserves a raise and all good things. All in all we were happy with movers. Relocation specialist was very good, spent alot of time before move answering many questions and keeping our quote as up to date as possible. There were some communication issues between main office and truck drivers regarding actual move date and a phone call from driver which was unexpected. Also there was a bit of miscommunication regarding payment on day of furniture delivery - cash or C.O.D. only! Luckily we were able to do what we had to do on our end and made it happen. Move day was stressful, only 3 men for 3000 sq. ft. house so it took a long time to empty house and pack up the truck. Driver and movers worked hard and got to our new house 1500 miles away when promised, so we were very pleased with that! My advice to those looking to hire a mover - its always going to cost more than you think so be prepared to have wiggle room in your moving budget - you have more stuff than you think! read more

This company made my very first move a nightmare. The first person I had spoken with was Alana, we went over everything that I had (a one bedroom apartment) and she originally quoted me $1481.00. I then called back a couple weeks later to see if that price was still locked in so that I could make my $500 deposit. I'd spoken with Rachel, she took my deposit by check over the phone not to mention made an extremely terrible joke about my last name which should've been a red flag for me to begin with. But I let it go. After that she emailed me my order of confirmation which was supposed to display my original quote. Rachel took it upon herself to add more things 'needed' such as 3 mattress covers and a glass frame for my mirror. I also noticed that there were extra pieces of furniture items on the list that I never had that I believe Alana had put on! My quote had then gone from $1481 to $1575. I then called back and spoke with Reggie, who then took those extra things off and my quote went down to $1341. Since that day of speaking with Reggie he assured me atleast 3 different times that I would not have to pay more than $1341. He told me if there were extra boxes to not be surprised if they add on another $50 but no more than. A week before I was supposed to move I had gotten calls from several other reps telling me that they would actually be there to pick up my stuff a few days earlier than what was scheduled. I said fine and hurried to pack all of my things so that I could be ready for them. The date of pickup was switched atleast 5 different times over the course of the week which extremely irritating. Finally Thursday came around and I had gotten a call from the driver Eric and he told me that he would be there Thursday night at around 8pm to pick up my stuff. He then calls me later on in the day around 6pm and says that he would prefer to pick up my stuff Friday morning because he was exhausted. Those were his exact words "Because I'm going to be exhausted when I get there". To me, this was extremely unprofessional and I almost lost it where I had to have a relative get on the phone and tell him that he needs to be at the house to pick up my stuff Thursday night because they had switched my pick up date so many times. Eric became very loud on the phone stating that he will choose his safety over any thing else. I then called Reggie back to tell him about this happening and you wouldn't believe that Reggie actually defended Eric the driver not believing that he said he would be exhausted. I was extremely offended because I had no reason to lie about that. Any who, he showed up at my house Thursday at almost 10pm! And sat down at my table to go over the contract. He then added on another $300 to my original quote and stated that it could be another $300 depending on how they had to deliver my stuff and if they had to use a shuttle. I told them no and that I believed this was a scam because they made me sign a contract with a promised amount of $1341 and the fact that they are now trying to make me pay almost $2000! I cancelled the whole thing and demanded my $500 deposit refunded. They tried to tell me that it was too late to get a refund back so I spoke with manager Manny who was absolutely condescending and completely unsure of anything at all. He also treated me as if I were lying about his representative Reggie promising me that I would not have to pay more than the promised amount on the contract. He said "I'm going to listen to the tapes so are you sure?". He then told me to put in a written request for $500 deposit refunded and email it to him. I did just that, and I didn't hear from these people for 2 weeks. By then I had already submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they mailed me a check for my $500 deposit. Do not use this company. They are extremely dishonest and will milk you for every penny you have. The only reason I got my refund back is because I complained to the Better Business Bureau and I actually found out from another moving company that it is against the law to request a deposit from someone who is moving. read more

What a horrible experience. They quote low to get the job, then will say your shipment is more cubic feet after they get it all on the truck - what can you do but pay them the additional amount? Once they had my belongings, I had to continually call to ask about when it would be trucked to my new home. It didn't arrive until 10 days after I had requested that it arrive. Once it arrived, the delivery personnel were rude, disrespectful, demanded the payment upfront then held my shipment hostage until I paid them more money. I argued with the company management but the delivery men would not move a box until I paid them the additional money they demanded. Bottom line, my belongings arrived in poor condition with several pieces damaged or broken and they damaged my apartment walls as they delivered my shipment. Horrible is the best way to describe their service. Moving is stressful enough without the dishonest, unprofessional and rude actions of this company's employees - save yourself a lot of headaches and do not use this company!!! read more

I picked Nationwide Van Lines because Reggie was very informative and upfront of what it entails in picking a relocation moving company, i.e., recommended that I check out the government websites and research on my own the various companies I was calling and getting estimates. He also told me I can call him with any questions I may have even before I picked Nationwide. I did my homework and made my decision to go with Nationwide. It was very daunting for me to relocate from New York to North Carolina and timing the pick-up and delivery of a 3 room apartment to my new home in NC was eased with talking with Reggie, who started the ball rolling. I watched the guys pack my 50" Plasma TV with care, all my furniture was wrapped and boxes made for my floor lamps and table lamps right in front of me. Everything was protected. The men knew exactly what they were doing, I was impressed.When the truck arrived they gave me a check list with numbers and made sure that 164 items that went on the truck got off the truck and it did! Nothing broken!!!! and the men worked very hard. Folks do you homework, call Reggie he will explain the industry to you and how it works, there is a lot of logistics involved when moving interstate. My recommendation is Nationwide Van Lines know what they are doing and I would use them again.Thank you Reggie, Mannie and Gideon, dispatcher and to all the men who assisted with my move.
