They even sell small boxes for selling items like jewelry and such. Medium moving boxes were $2.99 each and large were $3.99. I was hoping the boxes would have handles/grips like those at U-Haul since they do make a ton of difference, but I was in a bit of a time crunch and had to make do. It was a quick operation and the gentleman working the counter helped me take the boxes to my car since I ended up getting quite a bit. Super friendly and helpful store.

My craft supplies, his office monitors, kitchen appliances and family photo frames were all packed in various ways. The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location yesterday as a last resort after my initial reservation fell through. I rent from U-Haul weekly and have never encountered such disgusting, aggressive behavior. Robert is incredibly hostile, interrogates customers, and demanded to know what I was hauling. He literally yelled in my face, "I can speak over you!" and ultimately refused my rental out of spite because I asked why he questions what I will be hauling every time I come to his store. To put the cherry on top of his power trip, he actually called the Sheriff's Department on us. No other U-Haul representative has EVER asked me these questions in the two years I have used this company. He is an aggressive power-tripper who should not be working with the public, especially women. I will be escalating this with corporate to the fullest extent. Avoid this place at all costs!
