My review is regarding a deceiving Black Friday 2025 gift card offer (see photo). Offer was for 25$ bonus certificate for every $50 gift card purchase. Good deal I would say. No way to order from the website, so I had to drive to my nearest Native location. The Manager came to take my gift card order. She promptly said.... now I want to tell you, each $25 bonus card comes in $5 increments. We will let you use a max of two bonus cards in one visit. But wait, the advertisement shows a $25 bonus card! So now I have to make several visits to use a $25 bonus gift card... really. I know a lot of restaurants make it super hard to use their bonus cards, so I always take the time to read the fine print to weed out those terrible offers. If I would have known they were not offering "one" bonus card worth $25, I would not have wasted my time. Advice to Native, show five $5 bonus cards in the photo and say in the fine print you can't use the full $25 at one sitting. Shame on you! read more

Do NOT order from this location. Can't get what you ask for because it's too hard for the kitchen staff. Then they didn't give us any ranch or celery even though I asked if it was included and they said yes. They didn't seperase our three separate orders because it was too hard. We called and manager and he didn't even care. He offered a new order but we were afraid they would mess it up. Then he offered 10% off and never apologized or showed any kind of customer service. This Native Grill & Wings is located in some awkward, lonely spot. My crony ordered some wings which he said was not very good. I got a hangover burger with tater tots. I wish the service was more attentive as I wanted Tobasco sauce but only got it near the end of my meal. I was pleasantly surprised at how hot and fresh my burger was. Unfortunately, the actual ingredients were of average quality. There's a veritable plethora of TV's so you'll be sure to see the news or sports game wherever you're sitting. My meal cost me $19.22 (includes tax and tip). Even though there wasn't a lot of customers when I was there, all their towels were empty in the bathroom and no one refilled them the entire time I was there. read more

We arrived in this establishment, and the second we walked in the door, a strange and strong odor was present. This should've been our first clue to turn around and walk out, but we ended up staying and sitting down. The place was literally empty. The tables were sticky and had a muck on them that I ended up using a wet wipe from my purse to clean. The forks and plates arrived also dirty, and use the same wet wipe to clean those off. We had to ask for some things multiple times and waited a prolonged amount of time for it to go box and our check when the waitress came back to the table she did not have the to go box. We stood at the front of the restaurant we re-entered, wondering out loud where do we pay and a lady standing almost right next to us just looked at us and looked back at what she was doing. Eh, been here a few times. Our go to evening bar server hasn't been aground ( msg have moved on to other ventures) but the Fri evening service has seemed to go down since. They can't get our wing order right (fried hard aka dry) w/ sauce on the side, even though that's how we asked for it. Manager did try to make it right but they charge for another side of sauce when you've ordered 10wings. Other sports wouldn't. I used to go to Native when it was up on Bell Road all the time especially for my son's birthday. Been more than a few years since I decided to try them again and the first since they changed the name. The potato skins were really good as they were not full potatoes but these kind of potato wedges with different toppings on them. The wings were reasonably well sized and all the different toppings and sauces were awesome. My personal favorite is always been the buffalo so I just stick with that. But I also decided to try the bourbon and it had a sticky sweet glaze on it which I really liked. My better half liked the honey mustard and chicken and waffle Wings best. read more

We came in for my daughters birthday. Service was subpar. We waited quite some time to be acknowledged by the server who was instructed by the bartender to seat us after waiting a good 10 mins. Mind you we were the only ones waiting and maybe a handful of other patrons. Place is pretty dead. Server had an attitude and literally was rarely seen in the floor. We waited over 20 mins for our drinks. When the "salad" finally came it was literally lettuce with some mozzarella cheese spread on top. Cool no big deal. No utensils to dish it out. Made do. Found not 1 but 2 hairs in the salad. Notified the staff who was apologetic but that always it. We were all turned off to the rest of the meal. I will say the only reason this got 2 stars is for the pizza and wings being half decent. This location is just trash now. The interior is not inviting and having a large section of chairs up on tables during open business hours is tacky and a turn off. Was a little nervous about service based on reviews and it didn't start well. Was greeted by a very by a young man with a hickie on his neck. No smile, zero energy in fact he looked upset we came in. We then proceeded to sit our table of 5 in a booth for 4. Our server courtney quickly helped us and put us in the 6 seater booth. Courtney was amazing. She definitely made up for the bad first impression. She was attentive and made great conversation with my talkative 9 year old daughter lol Food was amazing. We ordered a bit of everything. We ordered take out from this location, and let's just say that the food was absolutely inedible. So gross. We usually order from the Tempe location, which is always good. We placed an order for 7 Buffalo fries, and each one contained fries that were *extremely* undercooked. They were cold, soggy, and had a freezer-burn taste to them. The Buffalo chicken was fine, but the fries, themselves, should have never been served. We paid close to $100 for food that was ALL tossed in the trash. When I called to let the manager know, she said there was nothing that could be done, and that we could only get a resolution if we bought the Buffalo fries back into the store. Mind you, we live 20 minutes away, and traffic was really, really heavy at the time. My husband took pictures of everything, and has e-mailed corporate about the low, disgusting quality of the foods that we were given. These Buffalo fries were not acceptable in any way, shape, or form. I wound give zero stars if I could. read more

We got 10 wings medium and mozzarella sticks & fries and 2 pizzas one large with half pepperoni & sausage & the other half cheese. Also we got the house special. Everything was good. When you are doing a low carb diet, the options start to run thin sometimes...especially at restaurants for takeout type stuff. Salad? Yeah. Burgers no bun? Yeah. That gets boring though. Wings? Oh shit, I forgot about chicken wings! Incredibly tasty, and low carb! I remembered that Native had pretty good wings, and I started to browse their menu. I noticed that they had lunch specials M-F. You could get 10 wings for $7.49 after tax. Not bad, not bad at all. I have ordered online from here twice now and have been somewhat happy. The price can't be beat! That is incredibly cheap for wings (even less on Tuesdays, $.49 per wing!), but it does come with some asterisks...... *1. The wings are a little bit small. Not super tiny, but they are on the smaller end of the spectrum compared to other places. *2. The two times I ordered, the wings were somewhat luke warm. Not cold, but far from hot. I used to order at Buffalo Wild Wings a bunch, and their wings were always piping hot, fresh out of the fryer. Native's wings seem like they were mass fried, and sitting there. First time here, I took them out to my car and immediately ate them. Even then, not as hot/fresh as they could have been. Tasted pretty good, but piping hot wings would definitely be better! Service was friendly enough at the counter. She ran to the back to grab my wings, both times. They don't include napkins in the bag or wet wipes though. Lame! For $7.49, the wings are a fair deal. Why can't we give negative ratings? Native Wings on I-17 is pathetic. They state they close at 10pm, which means a customer can go there at 9:59PM, sit down and order, although they may not like it. So, my buddy got there at 9pm and they tell him the kitchen closes at 9:30pm--how is that? I got there at 9:20 and immediately ordered. He previously ordered pizza, wings and sandwich. PPizza comes out and it's wrong, sandwich isn't prepared properly, wings aren't hot, barely warm. My wings come out 20 minutes later, there's us 2 and 7 other people there. They are so quick to tell customers that they are closing but they can't get orders right. My wings come out, look good, but aren't even warm. I send them back and get new ones 15 minutes later and they aren't prepared with the sauces. I refuse them again, Now it's 10;10pm and the pizza comes out and finally my wings. Round 3, I tell the ignorant waitress that was aggravated to get boxes because we couldn't take her attitude and the huffing and puffing. The operator of this location decided that my group of 6 had been served "too many drinks". I was a very frequent customer (2-3 times/week) but am no longer. Completely understandable if we were making a scene or being too obnoxious but this was not this case. Two weeks prior, the operator decided to "heckle" us while enjoying our food. He claimed he was watching on the cameras as he thought we needed assistance. Decided to give this place one last try and then that is when THE OPERATOR decided to no longer serve us. Horrible experience.. The hostess was very polite and prompt, she said our server would be with us soon-okay cool! While still waiting for the server our hostess, brought our plates-normally our server would have done this, after we ordered our food.. Then finally our server comes around the corner and goes to the table behind us-who were seated WAAAY after us.. she didn't ask who was first.. okay cool; I'll give her another shot.
