Went here for my dad's birthday and our server was Riley. She was super sweet and friendly. Thanks for making my dad's birthday a great one. This was the first time for all of us. The food came out quickly and everything tasted great except the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a little dry. Also love how they did something for birthdays! My dad got a sundae. The cool thing is that they give discounts for veterans but odd that the manager questioned my dad and my boyfriend which country they fought for. My son and I went in for lunch yesterday. He wanted to try out a steak. He really liked the steak I cooked a few days ago. We like pink in our steak so medium well for us. Ariana our server was great. She kept our drinks filled and checked in on us a couple of times. My son liked their bread and caesar salad. He ordered a ribeye medium well with roasted Brussel sprouts. I ordered the NY strip with steamed broccoli and loaded baked potato. My steak was cooked perfectly, loved it, my son liked my steak better than his. His steak was well done no pink and it was not as good. It was not bad but it wasn't juicy. I actually dined here a couple weeks ago, and silly me didn't post a review. So, here it is. First impression: thank goodness there's no sports tvs all over the restaurant! Second look: Lunchtime was pleasantly quiet, the tables and booths were reminiscent of a saloon, with lots of wood and a sort of 'genteman club' vibe going on. It was a real nice change being able to chat amongst ourselves with saying "What?! Can't hear you" every time, so really enjoyed our dining experience. Our server was friendly and helpful, so that was great! I just had to have a steak because ...a steakhouse, but needed mine re-fired because I had asked for it rare-medium and it was cooked too medium and overcooked; but it was delicious after this little hiccup and none was leftover, not even a shred of asparagus :)) K. had a big veggie salad for his lunch and D. had the salmon with broccoli and maybe another side, likely mashed potatoes; both were very satisfied with their food. We had excellent food and service this past weekend at Longhorn Steakhouse. Our server's name was Emma, and she was attentive, yet very mindful of our time talking and was patient with me and my specific requests, which was delightful. We went for family dinner after church and it was not too busy, Emma gave us the appropriate amount of attention and provided us a great experience too. The food was delicious. I had to order special without oil and it all was still so very tasty. My dear son and beloved love had the dessert without me but they raved about how ooey gooey delicious it was with the vanilla ice cream melting on top. The feel of the restaurant was busy but not where they weren't able to tend to our table. We saw a manager walking by, folks were in a good mood. We were greeted and departed to in a very welcoming tone so it was nice. Ambiance passed the positive vibes check. Very happy with my crispy Brussel sprouts, boy were they DELICIOUS. My husband and visited at 5:00pm on a Friday night. We were greeted promptly and seated with no wait. I ordered Flo's 9 oz filet mignon, house salad and baked potato and my husband got the 12oz ribye with sauteed mushrooms, caesar salad and baked potato. The food was great and portions just right. My filet mignon was cooked medium, pink in the middle just like I like it and was so tender, I kid you not, it melted in my mouth. Hubby's ribeye had a little bit of gristle along the outside fat but was cooked perfectly to order. I checked-in from my car and waited eight minutes tonight, which was ten minutes past the pick up time. Finally gave up and went inside. I really want to acknowledge a server we've never had before. We normally have a few special ones but two days ago we had a server named Brandon. He was totally exceptional. He took care of us before we even knew what we were doing. He was so far ahead of us that we didn't have to ask for anything he just realized what we needed and brought it before we asked. I have great experience with Longhorn, specially with the food and service for over 8 years. But yesterday my husband and I tried to eat there and we were ignored since the beginning. The server was walking here and there and never said "hi" or "just a moment". Even my husband was in front of him and he was about to tell him we were waiting a table for two, but the server walked away and ignored him again. But he attended other people in the meantime. I don't know if it's racism because my husband is black, but definitely we wont come back to that location and it's unfortunate because we loved to eat there. read more

I usually get pretty good service here, but we went for dinner tonight and the server completely ruined our experience. Took over 20 minutes just for him to greet us and ask for drinks. Takes another solid 20 minutes after for him to get our order. He walks by us multiple times staring us down, and even stops but just starts walking again, after about 25 minutes after we ordered he comes by frantically saying there was an issue with the system and he needs us to repeat our order (but that it's totally already being made) and brings a cup full of soda and pours it in our old watered down cups. Tables that got there after I ordered were getting there food before us, finally 45 MINUTES pass before he brings out our order COMPLETELY WRONG. The steak is immediately upon seeing it over cooked, doesn't have the parm crust I paid for, and my sides are completely random. When I bring it up to him he doesn't even acknowledge the mistake, just blames the kitchen and swipes the steak away before I can say anything else. I waited a total of 2 HOURS (not counting any wait time, there wasn't any!) just to not end up eating here. The food isn't the problem. The service was. I left as quickly as I could so I didn't get the servers name, but he was a taller black gentleman with grey in his beard. read more

Hannah combination Rock Ribs and barbecue chicken which was really very well cooked. The meat on the ribs came right off the bone and was really easy to chew with no problem with the chicken either. Nice juicy breast with barbecue sauce. Baked potato was well cooked and a nice touch of cinnamon and butter with it for some nice added flavor. The bread was your average restaurant bread nothing special. There's a good place to go cuz the service is really good and the people are very nice and the atmosphere is relaxed. To start, this has nothing to do with food. Walked in about 7pm on a Thursday. Hostess said about 15 minutes. Took our number and said we'd be texted when an available table was open, No problem. Went to the bar and to order a couple of beers for my girlfriend and I after 5 minutes when there was no bartender in sight. Finally one showed up and took our order. My girlfriend noticed people being seated after 20 minutes of a wait. Asked the hostess and she didn't have us even in to be seated. Finally seated after 25 minutes. After looking at the menu for another 10 minutes no one came up to us to even acknowledge us much less take our order. instead of even talking to a manager, we finish our drinks got up and left. Instead of ruining our evening, We went to the PV location and totally saved our evening. They were everything positive the Metrocenter location was not. read more

Ok so.... we've eaten at longhorn before and stopped in for a late lunch. I'll say the service was excellent, our server was lovely. That said, wow. Ok so the spinach dip was really tasty. The bread was ok. My husband got the pork chops. And the lobster shrimp soup. The soup had little flavor. The chips were ok. If I literally can't eat a lobster tail that's just sad. I can always eat a lobster tail. The first one was covered in a pepper sauce of some sort that I couldn't eat. The second one, overcooked and tasteless. Told our server to let them know they need to buy better tails. I will say they make a nice stuffed baked potato. Anyway, disappointing to say the least. I feel bad for the servers. First timer for this location. Ordered curbside pickup. There were no designated curbside pickup spots. Food was ready 20 minutes after the half hour time it said it'd be ready. Not a big deal, but mentioning because it set the tone. Chicken strips looked like they were cut in half of their original good size, but, they were good. Fries were too seasoned, salty. The extra bread we ordered looked like it was taken from a table that had asked for more bread but by the time they got it they decided to leave (I say this because someone had already attempted to cut a small slice but stopped-see photo). I will say the original bread that came with the meal was good, prepared, fresh. So I got that going for me...which is nice. There was no honey mustard to go with the strips, which anytime I've ordered the chicken strips whether to go or in the restaurant always came with it. Again, this was my first time at this location so maybe they just do things a little different. Didn't seem like the A+ experience I was expecting. It was more of a C+. A lot of places have lowered their portion size so I get that but it was disappointing, the extent to which they're slimmed down, almost like chicken strip fries. But missing the honey mustard, the second bread loaf raised eyebrows, the fries being too seasoned, it could have been better. I will see how my next experience goes. read more

What can I say? The steak was outstanding! We ordered the Longhorn 22oz Porterhouse and split it with two sides: mac and cheese (which my son enjoyed) and steamed broccoli for a keto-friendly option. According to my son, the mac and cheese had a deliciously smoky flavor, thanks to the bacon--it was so good, we ordered another to-go for my other son who couldn't join us. The steak was cooked perfectly to a medium-rare, just as I like it, and was seasoned to perfection. On top of that, I tried their wings with blue cheese dressing--crispy, flavorful, and super satisfying! Our server was fantastic, too! Horrible experience for my nephew's 17th birthday dinner. It started off rocky and went downhill from there....We had 13 people and asked to be seated because the last two people were running late.... Of course they wouldn't oblige until after we clogged the entrance for 15 minutes. Then when we finally were seated we waited about ten minutes to place a drink order.... That was a disaster. They split the table in half between two servers so I figured it'd go quick...wrong answer. My half of the table got our drinks fairly quickly, five minutes or so but the other dude if the table waited over twenty minutes for their beers! I finally spoke up and was told they were waiting in the bartender.... The bar had three customers in there! They finally came and took our order and after an insanely long wait 5 of the 13 orders showed up...1( minutes after that 5 more showed up... my steak had been in the window so long that the ball of steak butter had completely melted and the steak was a medium plus instead of the rare plus I ordered...not to mention it had a three inch gash in the middle of the strip side where the cut it to check the temperature! What kinda steak house cuts into a steak to check doneness?! I said screw it and ate the the $36 overcooked Longhorn steak.... After I finished eating, my brother and his 9 year old finally got their food...next to him I saw a steak come out for a second time to my nephews step dad. It was burnt black... apparently that filet had been sent back because it was ordered medium and came out still purple and cold in the center...so they took it back and burnt it and sent it back out. I was still biting my tongue because we had brought a cake with us to sing Happy Birthday. I kid you not... after we waited 15 minutes the cake came out and we sang and ate dessert. We then asked for our checks and another 15 minutes passed and suddenly a new waitress arrived with a birthday ice cream arrives and we got to sing again and wait another 15 minutes for our checks before I finally asked to speak to the manager. The GM saw me coming towards the front podium and disappeared into the back. I knew he was the manager because he brought out the warm beers earlier! Anyway after about ten minutes they send the kitchen manager Francisco out. He's sweating from being in the line cooking so I briefly tell him the evenings events and to give me his card so we a talk in the morning when he's not so busy. He thanked me and promised to make it right.... I returned to the table and paid my bill but my brothers card was still waiting to be run so he could pay and we could leave this awful restaurant! I grabbed his bill and card and went looking for a waiter or waitress....well I found Francisco and he went and ran the card and asked if we could talk. He pulled me aside and we sat down and he assured me he'd take care of us bd side of the mix ups. He said he would have corporate send me a gift card equivalent to the $450 plus that we had spent in this disaster of a meal. He asked for my phone number, email, and address and promised he'd call me the following day.... This was two weeks ago and I'm yet to hear a word from anybody at the restaurant. I've left numerous messages and was even told by the hostess that she didn't know any of the other managers names or when Francisco would be working next!
