I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of having Marissa M, she was great. I mean very welcoming, she had so much patience with me and didn't seem annoyed the least bit as I can be very indecisive. Admit it, so many of us drive by LongHorn Steakhouses, Texas Roadhouse's, Outback's, Sizzlers, and so many others, always to quickly dismiss them for some of the fancier and more expensive steak restaurants. However, this LongHorn made me rethink that. The restaurant was busy; the energy level was controlled and not to loud and the service was exceptional. Met a friend for Her birthday dinner at Longhorn this evening. Been here multiple times before and loved it just as much as every time. Took my family of 15 people tonight 8/23/26 to celebrate two birthdays. I had called the day before to try to set up a reservation. The person who answered dismissed us and said they don't do reservations. We show up at 4 PM and tell them we have a party of 15. We then proceed to wait an hour and watch them scramble to combine 2 rectangular tables together with one round table at the end. The seating set up was not good. Two servers fumbled around taking our orders. A portion of my party order adult beverages and waited 25 minutes for the bar to make them, apparently the servers forgot. 25 minutes did go by without a single check-in from any server. The chaos continued when the orders came out. There was no organization whatsoever. The servers brought multiple plates out with the wrong orders, shouting out orders across the room. They had no idea what steaks were cooked at what temperature. It was a complete crap show. We were brought refills by two different servers and they doubled up on everything so our tables ended up getting overcrowded with double fountain drinks because they had already poured them and didn't take them back or clear our plates while we were still dining. I've never been to a restaurant that didn't take a call for more than 10 people seriously or at least set something up for a pleasant experience. If you have a large party avoid this place at all costs. I will never dine with Longhorn steakhouse again. Texas roadhouse is better and it's right across the parking lot. read more

Went here for my dad's birthday and our server was Riley. She was super sweet and friendly. Thanks for making my dad's birthday a great one. This was the first time for all of us. The food came out quickly and everything tasted great except the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese is a little dry. Also love how they did something for birthdays! My dad got a sundae. The cool thing is that they give discounts for veterans but odd that the manager questioned my dad and my boyfriend which country they fought for. My son and I went in for lunch yesterday. He wanted to try out a steak. He really liked the steak I cooked a few days ago. We like pink in our steak so medium well for us. Ariana our server was great. She kept our drinks filled and checked in on us a couple of times. My son liked their bread and caesar salad. He ordered a ribeye medium well with roasted Brussel sprouts. I ordered the NY strip with steamed broccoli and loaded baked potato. My steak was cooked perfectly, loved it, my son liked my steak better than his. His steak was well done no pink and it was not as good. It was not bad but it wasn't juicy. I actually dined here a couple weeks ago, and silly me didn't post a review. So, here it is. First impression: thank goodness there's no sports tvs all over the restaurant! Second look: Lunchtime was pleasantly quiet, the tables and booths were reminiscent of a saloon, with lots of wood and a sort of 'genteman club' vibe going on. It was a real nice change being able to chat amongst ourselves with saying "What?! Can't hear you" every time, so really enjoyed our dining experience. We had excellent food and service this past weekend at Longhorn Steakhouse. Our server's name was Emma, and she was attentive, yet very mindful of our time talking and was patient with me and my specific requests, which was delightful. We went for family dinner after church and it was not too busy, Emma gave us the appropriate amount of attention and provided us a great experience too. The food was delicious. I had to order special without oil and it all was still so very tasty. My dear son and beloved love had the dessert without me but they raved about how ooey gooey delicious it was with the vanilla ice cream melting on top. The feel of the restaurant was busy but not where they weren't able to tend to our table. We saw a manager walking by, folks were in a good mood. All the steaks came out wrong -- some undercooked, some overcooked, none of them what we actually ordered. To make it worse, a few plates had the wrong sides, and the potatoes were straight up raw. Like... not even close to done. Service was mid at best. Not terrible, not good, just completely checked out. The real kicker though: it was my sister's birthday. We asked ahead of time if they could put her ice cream cake in the freezer. They said yes. When they brought it out, it was melted and smashed. We came to this particular LH for dinner this evening, each of us ordering the 9 0z filet. The restaurant was super busy but not overwhelmingly noisy. Kimberly was a fabulous waitress, very pleasant. My husband and visited at 5:00pm on a Friday night. We were greeted promptly and seated with no wait. I ordered Flo's 9 oz filet mignon, house salad and baked potato and my husband got the 12oz ribye with sauteed mushrooms, caesar salad and baked potato. The food was great and portions just right. My filet mignon was cooked medium, pink in the middle just like I like it and was so tender, I kid you not, it melted in my mouth. I have great experience with Longhorn, specially with the food and service for over 8 years. But yesterday my husband and I tried to eat there and we were ignored since the beginning. The server was walking here and there and never said "hi" or "just a moment". Even my husband was in front of him and he was about to tell him we were waiting a table for two, but the server walked away and ignored him again. But he attended other people in the meantime. I don't know if it's racism because my husband is black, but definitely we wont come back to that location and it's unfortunate because we loved to eat there. read more

Hannah combination Rock Ribs and barbecue chicken which was really very well cooked. The meat on the ribs came right off the bone and was really easy to chew with no problem with the chicken either. Nice juicy breast with barbecue sauce. Baked potato was well cooked and a nice touch of cinnamon and butter with it for some nice added flavor. The bread was your average restaurant bread nothing special. There's a good place to go cuz the service is really good and the people are very nice and the atmosphere is relaxed. First timer for this location. Ordered curbside pickup. There were no designated curbside pickup spots. Food was ready 20 minutes after the half hour time it said it'd be ready. Not a big deal, but mentioning because it set the tone. Chicken strips looked like they were cut in half of their original good size, but, they were good. Fries were too seasoned, salty. The extra bread we ordered looked like it was taken from a table that had asked for more bread but by the time they got it they decided to leave (I say this because someone had already attempted to cut a small slice but stopped-see photo). I will say the original bread that came with the meal was good, prepared, fresh. So I got that going for me...which is nice. There was no honey mustard to go with the strips, which anytime I've ordered the chicken strips whether to go or in the restaurant always came with it. Again, this was my first time at this location so maybe they just do things a little different. Didn't seem like the A+ experience I was expecting. It was more of a C+. A lot of places have lowered their portion size so I get that but it was disappointing, the extent to which they're slimmed down, almost like chicken strip fries. But missing the honey mustard, the second bread loaf raised eyebrows, the fries being too seasoned, it could have been better. I will see how my next experience goes. read more
