In its place, they now have a much limited menu that only includes basic items like English muffin or croissant with ham, egg and cheese. I got the croissant for $5.50. It was literally a frozen sandwich out of a package that they probably got from the convenience store down the street and heated up in the microwave. Now it makes sense why they updated their menu. All the items they sell now likely require no work other than being popped into the microwave. To be honest, I felt pretty insulted to be ripped off like that.

We even had the pleasure of meeting Pat herself, and she made us feel like longtime friends. That welcoming atmosphere made the experience just as memorable as the food. We ordered the famous Indian taco, served on fresh homemade fry bread, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. The fry bread was warm, perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and piled high with delicious toppings. We couldn't leave without trying the sweet fry bread dessert, and it was incredible. Warm, lightly crisp, and topped with cinnamon and sugar, it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. Pat's Place is cash only, so be sure to plan ahead, but don't let that stop you from visiting. If you're exploring Cape Flattery, Neah Bay, or anywhere on the Olympic Peninsula, this restaurant is absolutely worth the short detour.
