The served drinks promptly and expeditiously upon boarding the sailboat. The band was lively and sounded great. We stayed on the top level of the boat and the crew walked around and refilled drinks which was so nice. Our 'captain' and 'guide', Bethany, was really good at handling the boat, and all that went with it (including us)!! Maximum number of guests is six, today we were four, we all got along well. The kayaking around the little mangrove island was easy despite the moderate wind. Those easily frightened need not be. Bethany imparted a lot of interesting mangrove facts as we went as well as pointing out the different birds that occupy the island. Not really an island as it's all mangroves and no sand, dirt or rock to stand on. Snorkeling that day wasn't great. It had recently rained and the water was a bit murky but we did see a variety of sponges and a few fish. The sail back to port was relaxing, snacks were put out, pineapple and those chunky pretzel things, and for a bit, all was right in the world.

The catamarans were easy to drive. Our guide was great and took pictures and shared them with us as well as the route we took. We were in a larger group and did not leave on time. The guide told us to not worry as we would get our full time on the water. He was right we spent 2 hours and 10 minutes on the water. Just that would say that they are an honest and above-board company! We took drinks and ice. They had a cooler for us to use. The navy was doing touch and goes from their base. We flew under the jets and it was one of the coolest things that I have done. You could almost reach out and touch the planes with how low that they were flying. I can't wait to be in Key West again to take this tour.

It was a fun experience. The boats aren't completely clear as pictured but bottom you can see through. Guide was fun, had some facts about the wildlife but was young and didn't grow up in the area so a learned speech kind of situation. He let us kind of go at own pace. Saw one shark before we even left the dock but jellyfish, crabs, fish mostly on the water. Would probably try a different company next time just to see the difference but had a great time doing something we've never done before!

The tour promised 3 stops- and being a small company they decided our itinerary order and specific locations based on this afternoon's weather- giving us a calm snorkel in a nursery area, time in the "dolphins' playground", and ending with relaxing in waist deep water on a sandbar 7miles off the coast- being served our veggies and hummus while we relaxed in the water!
