It was a terrible experience where we hardly could enjoy the places visited because of their poor planification and the lack of good services. When we arrived at the airport no one was there to receive us, we had to weight a long time for a driver to show up. Hotels were far from the tourist attractions making us to spend more money and time dealing with taxi drivers. The programmed meals consists of mostly bad food. The tour guide spoke with a Turkish accent difficult to understand. Almost daily for almost 13 days we arrived to a different hotel, some with out elevators, some with dirty rooms, having to carry our own luggage. The buss driver was exposed to long and far driving hours making him exhausted and at times driving in dangerous ways. The agency was previously notified that persons with disabilities where going to travel in the group, they showed minimal consideration. At times our visits to historic places, included and paid for previously as part of the tour, was cancelled in the last minute to be offered another day for an extra fee. To some of us the taxi transference service from hotel to hotel and from hotel to airport that was included as part of the tour didn't showed up, we almost loose the flight returning home. At the airline counter,returning home, the air line travel agent didn't find the passengers information to expedite boarding passes, some travelers had to buy new airline tickets. For this reasons I will not make business with Hectours PR again and I don't recommend it's services..

We recently took a half day tour with GSI from our hotel in Puerto Rico to the El Yunque…read morerainforest. We were promised hours of hiking through the forest to big waterfalls we could swim through and other highlights. The very bumpy van took us all the up through the forest, and made 3 stops on the way down. The first stop was a tower to climb. It was a pretty sight from the top, but then we had to wait for all the other people on our van, who spent a long time at the top. There was nothing for us to do other than wait for them. Got back in the van - next stop was a VERY small waterfall, literally on the side of the road! Had to dodge traffic just to look at it. It was not at all what we expected. Looked at it for a few minutes, then got back in the van. Our next stop was about a 5 minute hike to a stream where we were told we could swim. No waterfall. There was a rope swing, but it was on the other side of the river and again, the swim area was nothing like what was in the brochure. That was it. End of the tour. For $95.00 a person, we were hoping to explore the rainforest, not make 3 quick stops and see practically nothing... disappointing.

At the end, she took us to the waterfall and showed us how to do some trick shots with it. If I ever was going to go on another tour through Group Services, I would always ask for Amy. My photo i provided on line after 15 different tries was denied. They filled out the application wrong, no ssn number. Then sent it to me to send to government. That took 3 weeks. Then you have to pay the original fee you would have to pay anyways, after their fee. which is about double. When i could have done it faster on my own! Now I am dealing directly with the government to try and get it before my trip in 2 weeks. Not looking good at all. Steer clear of these incompetent SHYSTERS!
