Absolutely astonishing customer service! A plastic piece holding the top shelf of my dishwasher in place spontaneously snapped, leaving the right side of the shelf sagging. I called Daniel, who happened to be in the neighborhood and was here in a mere 20 minutes. He identified the problem, called the parts supplier, found what was needed was in stock, ran out to get the part, came back a few minutes later and finished the job. Maybe I should say "parts" since he asked if I wanted to replace both of the shelf supports. Given the age of the dishwasher, the fact that they're plastic and that one had already just broken, that seemed like an excellent idea that hadn't crossed my mind until he mentioned it. The total time from when it broke to when he did an excellent job of fixing it couldn't have been more than 90 minutes. I've never experienced anything like it in my life! read more

There's always a reason why a business is 5 star... I'm sometimes skeptical whether it's real. Daniel is legit... I left a few messages for other appliance repair businesses but didn't hear back.... He was prompt and communication was superb. He does require an upfront payment for service/estimate of $70 if you won't be there in person eg. if you have a tenant. However, thats extremely fair as other businesses start at around $90. I just love a technician who knows his stuff and is honest. He texted photos of the part needed. Crazy meticulous. I had a buzzing noise coming from my oven. I reached out to Natomas Appliances based on previous Yelp reviews. Daniel called me and an appointment was made for the next day. Daniel was able to determine the issue and a new part was ordered. A couple days later the part came in and Daniel replaced it. It's been several weeks and several uses of the oven, the buzzing noise is gone. Oven fixed! The price for the part and consultation seemed to be on par with other companies that I had researched. I had a good experience with Natomas Appliance Repair. My LG washing machine stopped working on a Sunday. They, as well as all of the highly rated repairs shops I found on Yelp, were also closed on Sunday. However, they and a few other repair shops did reach out to me Sunday afternoon with Monday appointment times. Natomas Appliance Repair arrived right on time Monday morning. It turned out that the water wasn't draining during the rinse cycle and a new water pump was needed. The repair person was at the house for less than an hour. I felt the cost of the repair was reasonable. The next time my washer breaks down, I will be contacting Natomas Appliance Repair again. read more

My quite old washing machine stopped mid cycle with a tub of water and a load of clothes inside. This was a Saturday morning. I phoned Natomas Appliance and Daniel was able to come out a few hours later. He quickly determined what the problem was and was able to repair it at that time. Daniel is very responsive and knowledgable. I initially had a leaking water dispenser issue. I had done my own research and figured that replacing the water inlet valve was sufficient. I wanted to do it on my own, but realized that I had to let a professional do it given that I had the wrong part and ice assembly decided to also stop making ice during triple digit weather. Daniel was able to come by and diagnose my ice maker issue and quickly repaired that. He said that with the water dispenser issue he had checked the water inlet valve and it looked good, but after he left the water continued to drip. I asked if he could come by and check it out. After discussing with him that this water dripping is serious where water would overflow to the floor, he was able to replace the water inlet valve too. This was at no extra charge. It shows how he prioritizes the customer and he wants to make sure he performs quality work. The 4/5 stars was because of the miscommunication with the water dripping, but other than that his service was wonderful. He works efficiently and uses original Manufacturer's parts. If you are having some of the documented issues of icing up, failing to defrost and ice maker problems he his your man.
