I decided to visit Naturally Herbs and More after hearing so many great things about the store. They have something for everyone. Everything was neat and accompanied by a brief explanation of what it could assist with. I really appreciate how they don't just sell products they provide you with knowledge and promote deeper understanding. It seems like they don't just aim to tell you how to take care of yourself they want to teach you how to take care of yourself so you can sustain yourself after you leave the store. Their selections of oils, teas, powders, herbs, books, crystals, juices, seamoss and many other natural remedies for any ailments or symptoms you may encounter is quite impressive. It's also nice that they can tell you how and when to use the items you purchase. I purchased a soursop fruit juice ($10), a mango fruit juice ($10) and The Big Boss Business seamoss body butter ($40). The juices were delicious and the body butter was creamy and not greasy at all. The butter really soaked into my skin as opposed to sitting on top of my skin. The staff were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They even pointed me in the direction of New Life Cafe where I was able to try some delicious fried mushrooms tacos and a Kay Luv's Passion & Plankton juice (Mango pulp, Passion fruit & Marine phytoplankton). While in the store I saw a couple of women waiting for a scan. I chatted with a customer about the benefits and was able to receive more information from the staff. It is great that we have a healthy black-owned businesses in Richmond that not only care about feeding the bodies in the community but nourishing souls. During my second visit to the store I purchased the 102 hair oil. After leaving the store I noticed a price discrepancy online and called the store to inquire about it. If you are looking for a place to get some healthy natural solutions to either a health problem or just to be healthier overall, this is the place to come. Natrully has a solution or two for so many different issues, it can be mind-boggling. We've been here a number of times and I only have one thing to not be thumbs-up about, it can take awhile to get the information you need about a solution to your issue. Of course it is good for some foreign subject you are about to eat, drink, rub on to be explained. But sometimes those explanations and comments on modern medicine etc. can go on tooooo long. I guess it won't be a problem though for the kind of forward person who'll just butt in and say "OK I've heard enough, how do I pay?" I came into the store today to find a few items today was my first time in this store but I follow them on social media and have wanted to see them for a while. First the location was easy to find and the staff was super nice the young ladies helped me find every thing I needed and spoke with me about my acne issues. Prices were good and this is a black owned business.I would go back in a heartbeat. This space is a true gem! My husband and I took our daughter here on Saturday for the free herbal class for children. We arrived about 2pm and we're able to find close street parking. This space has it all. A nice variety of crystals, plenty of bulk herbs, medicinal blends, tinctures, jewelery, she's butters and more. The herbal class was quick but great. The ages varied from about 3yrs-10yrs. The brother who facilitated it did a great job keeping the little ones interested with lots of hands on learning & tasting. The parents of the group also walked away with some knowledge. My favorite part was the smoothie bar/ kitchen located in the back. Our smoothies were delicious & full minerals. Without this place I don't know what I would've did I lost my mind body and soul a really long time ago I was sipping promethazine cough syrup while taking oxycodone every day for years. My journey was far from easy from the day I finished to the day I started. Every day was battle. The years of destruction I caused on my body was far from just fasting & detoxing for couple a months if I wanted to make any type of improvement I had to make this my life. The customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! The space is very intimate. There is barely any up front parking and most of the cars are shoppers. They are Extremely knowledgeable about the herds the sell and I have had great results with their suggestions. Thank you all for helping me heal me brother of cancer and reducing my daughters ulcerative colitis flares. We are on our way to healing that as well.
