The entire staff was so incredibly gracious, respectful and attentive to my mother. They vibe was genuinely uplifting beginning to end. My mom is 86 and has limited mobility. She has been through the ringer medically these past couple years. It is a rare treat for her to be able to even go to a nail salon, much less get such a nice pampered treatment. She chose the pedi with the 35 min massage, so that's what we both did. It was zen experience with a great pedi to boot. I am so thankful how wonderfully nice these ladies were to my mom -checking to see several times how she was enjoying it. They have lots of dip colors, massaging chairs and obviously do care about proper sanitation bc they had an autoclave machine. We looked at several places online. We chose the perfect one.

Which doesn't make a difference but this time after going, here it is two days later and I have pain and tingling in my feet and nail bed on my toes. The guy scrubbed very hard with the tools and the water got very cold and cloudy as he was doing the service, which seemed unusual, but I expect people to know how to do their job. I didn't really think about it until after.. that the water being dirty from the callous removal.. and hard scrubbing might've caused a problem. Now I may have my first ever infection in my life. On top of this they never have the same nail techs that I love and they always lie and say they are out of town or at another location, when really they no longer work there. I don't like changing nail techs to avoid beginner nail techs that damage my feet and cause infections. Smh. Lastly, this trip took 2.5 + hours! Normally 1 hour, a hour and a half but on a weekday midday no other clients it took ALL DAY. Not acceptable. Needless to say I'm on the hunt for another salon.

She made sure I was comfortable throughout my pedicure and even asked if I wanted another drink, which I really appreciated. However, I do think the front desk/customer service could use some improvement. There were two ladies at the front when I arrived. One of them was very professional while the other one seemed much more unsure and confused about some of the salon's pricing and procedures. I wouldn't say she was rude, but she didn't seem completely sure how to answer some of my questions or what she was supposed to do in certain situations. For example, I asked how much the paraffin treatment was, and neither of them seemed to know the price at first. After some hesitation, I was told $10, which left me a little confused about whether that was the normal price or something they decided at the moment. I was also asked to choose which pedicure I wanted immediately at the front desk. At most nail salons I've visited, I'm usually seated first, given a menu, and allowed some time to look through the different options while getting settled. Here, I felt a little rushed to decide what I wanted before I had even sat down. It almost felt like they wanted me to decide immediately just to get it out of the way. There was also some confusion with the complimentary drinks. The lady doing my pedicure asked if I wanted another drink, so later I rang the service button and requested another iced coffee. The receptionist with light brown hair came over and seemed unsure about the drink policy. She spoke with the other employees before eventually bringing me another one and explained that next time they only provide one complimentary drink. That was completely fine with me because it was my first time there and I simply didn't know their policy. However, the second iced coffee had noticeably less in it than the first one and was extremely bitter, like it wasn't made the same way or wasn't made correctly. I appreciated that she still brought me another one, but I do think the staff should be consistent with how the drinks are prepared, especially if they're part of the experience the salon offers. There was also some confusion at checkout. The lady who provided my service told me I would receive 20% off my pedicure, but when I got to the front desk, I was told I was only getting $11 off. Again, this made me feel like there was some miscommunication between the employees regarding the salon's prices and promotions. Overall, I really loved my experience with the lady who actually provided my service. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of, and I would definitely give her great feedback individually. My main concern was the front desk experience. I think the salon would benefit from making sure everyone working reception is properly trained and knows the prices, promotions, drink policies, and how to guide customers through the experience. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and my actual pedicure experience was great. I just think improving the front desk/customer service experience would make a big difference because customers should feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment they walk through the door rather than rushed or confused about the salon's policies. I had received texts about the new management last month and wondered if the "new manangement" lingo was just the same owners trying to get customers back because I truly had stopped patronizing the location because the workmanship had become shoddy numerous times the last visits I made a few years back. On a whim, I decided to come by on Saturday afternoon since they were still running their 20% off services Grand Opening special. Upon entering, if you have ever been to this location in the past, you'll notice a great design difference. Furniture is high-end and lush. It's very bright and calming. I was welcomed in immediately despite the counter taking care of another customer. I waited on the sofa and was greeted by Tim, who shared the service menu. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. Refreshments are available for your enjoyment while you get serviced and are unlimited, but you probably won't ask for refills as you enjoy the zen of the spa chair. Just breathing in this place is relaxing like you're in a spa! You have to check this place out and give it a shot to be your new nail salon. They aim to make customers feel welcomed and satisfied and "leave as a friend" as their motto states on their service menu. I can proclaim that Mission is accomplished! I will be returning soon!

I came in for a pedicure and a deep French almond set, and my nails turned out sloppy, wide, and poorly shaped...they look nothing like a clean almond set. The acrylic is also very thin, which makes the quality even more concerning. The pedicure was just as bad. My toenails were cut and filed way too short, to the point where they're uncomfortable. What really upset me was the lack of professionalism. The owner/manager asked how I liked my nails, and when I spoke up about my concerns, she just said "aww" and giggled. That response alone told me everything about how seriously they take their work and customer satisfaction. On top of that, the salon itself was not pleasant. The smell was very distasteful, and the sink area was not clean, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable.
