It was our first time checking out this nail salon, and we were really impressed! The location is super convenient--right next to one of our favorite coffee shops (Rang). We visited on a Sunday, about an hour after they opened, and were seated right away with no wait. They were running a 30% off pedicure deal, which was perfect since my husband and I both wanted one. I chose the Milk & Honey pedicure while he got the Tropical pedicure. Right from the start, they brought us water and candy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service itself was excellent--our technicians were very detail-oriented, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and we basically had the salon to ourselves for two hours. The extras were what really stood out: they added rose petals and cucumbers to my legs with a mask, roses to my husband's legs, and then steamed the masks, which made everything feel really luxe. While they don't serve cocktails (something some nail salons offer), I honestly didn't miss it because the level of attention and pampering more than made up for it. My tip? New OWNER. So- I have been a client of this salon for over 20 years. I was sad that the entire staff was transitioning out on my last visit and no one told me. But I have come to the new place 2x. It's beautifully re done and updated. Todays pedicure was really good and I'll use this person again. Her name is Le. The negative- my husband and I come do this together. The person he uses is always running late. It's like 45 minutes behind- so I'm not sure why we make appointment. The chairs are luxurious and the energy is calm. I came in today for a pedi and full set. Vy did both of these for me. She's really friendly and sweet! I can tell she's good vibes and fun to be around (: According to her they just finished remodeling this place at the beginning of November. The decor is really nice and there's good ambience. She did an amazing job on my nails. I expressed concerns about getting my hair tangled with the nail gems, so she placed additional glue under and above the gems. She's the first person who did this for me so I'm really happy that I'm able to freely run my fingers through my hair. She was very meticulous and detail oriented. Last minute decided to stop in here Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. There were three clients already having pedicures and all but one staff member busy. But they were able to get me seated right away for a manicure/pedicure. Pedicure was awesome, hot towel and hot stone massage were dearly needed for this exhausted mama who gets very little free time for such lavish treatment. While my toes dried and i waited for my nails they had a couple other walk ins and were able to assist each of them in a timely manner. Next my manicure was done by a different person who finished her client and started getting me ready, the staff works well together. My manicure (dipped) took a little longer than I'm used to but she did an amazing job. Before I left a couple regular customers came in and you can tell they have a good relationship with the staff, there was a lot of friendly joking around. I will go back based solely on the incredible manicure (even though it took a little longer) I received and the prices were fair. They also had a great color selection and matching options for dipped manicures. read more

I think there has recently been a change in ownership or mgmt. though I could be incorrect. nonetheless, this is no salon to write home about. i went for a refill and a pedicure. the original set was done by the same tech who did the fill, but she didn't recall that. there is gappage beteween the natural nail and the extension due to improper glue technique. this vastly increases the risk of the nail bed becoming infected. this is further exacerbated by the cuts on my cuticles from her filing to do the fill. the painting technique is sloppy as well. somehow, long even brush strokes seem to elude anne, the nail tech. instead a choppy short stroke is used resulting in an uneven color coat that looks lumpy and patchy with bald spots. prior to the fill, I had royal blue by Revlon on my nails and play date by Essie on my toes. at this visit, i switched to a nude nail and French on the toes. there is visible royal blue on the nails and purple on the toes -- because neither tech took the time to actually remove the prior color. really unacceptable. the pedicure was half-assed, with almost no massage given and very little upkeep of the callouses and cuticles. the white tips on the left foot are obviously longer than the right foot to which the nail tech replied I need to grow my toe nails out so she can paint better. no, no -- ghetto claw toe nails aren't necessary for a good French pedi -- but clearly a better nail tech is. this is the FIRST time I have EVER not tipped - and I don't feel bad at all. both techs disappeared to the back , did not help me with my shoes or offer the throw away flip flops. did not move my purse or myself to the drying station with a light. literally just got up and wandered to the back. I supposed because it was 630p and the shop closes at 7? I made my appointment far in advance, arrived 10 minutes early (550p). If you don't want to work at 630p, do not schedule 6p appointments. will not be back and don't suggest you even try. there are a plethora of other nail salons up and down high way 6 that are sure to have better service. read more

I was very pleased with their service. I received a shellac mani and pedi ($60). The pedi included everything except a diamond ring! Even included a hot stone rub which I was not expecting. The technician was very cognoscente of the sensitive spots on my feet and adjusted accordingly. She engaged in conversation and made me feel really comfortable. Not to mention, she did a great job! It was the worst experience ever! I walked in and was not greeted. I showed the technician a specific look that I wanted for my nails. It was a coffin shape pink and white ombre. As she was doing my nails I pointed out inconsistencies several times. The nails were no where near the shape and the ombre was sloppy there were spots of color pink peeking through the white nail tip area. At the end I politely asked to speak to the manager. Both managers where in the place of business tending to other customers and refused to see the issue. The technician constantly asked that I pay and come back tomorrow and that the manager will refund my money. I politely turned down the offer and and once again asked to speak to a manager. No one stepped up. I walked out of the establishment and an old many yelled called me out of my name (b-word) and threatened to call the cops if I did not clip off my nails. They were unprofessional and I will never be going back. read more
