The technician who initially spoke with me asked what I wanted but then returned to finishing his existing clients. There was no clear timeline or communication about when my service would actually begin. Over an hour passed and my nail service had still not started. Pricing was given only after my pedicure had already begun, which made me feel obligated to continue even though I was uncomfortable with the timing. Because I had to leave for childcare pickup, I paid $50 and left with my acrylics removed and no polish on my pedicure. To be honest, my feet now feel rough, almost like sandpaper, which is what ultimately pushed me to leave this review. I wasn't planning to return regardless, but the unfinished and poor-quality pedicure made it hard to just let this go. Clear communication, upfront pricing, and respect for customers' time are basic expectations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I won't be returning.

The entire staff was so incredibly gracious, respectful and attentive to my mother. They vibe was genuinely uplifting beginning to end. My mom is 86 and has limited mobility. She has been through the ringer medically these past couple years. It is a rare treat for her to be able to even go to a nail salon, much less get such a nice pampered treatment. She chose the pedi with the 35 min massage, so that's what we both did. It was zen experience with a great pedi to boot. I am so thankful how wonderfully nice these ladies were to my mom -checking to see several times how she was enjoying it. The guy scrubbed very hard with the tools and the water got very cold and cloudy as he was doing the service, which seemed unusual, but I expect people to know how to do their job. I didn't really think about it until after.. that the water being dirty from the callous removal.. and hard scrubbing might've caused a problem. Now I may have my first ever infection in my life. On top of this they never have the same nail techs that I love and they always lie and say they are out of town or at another location, when really they no longer work there. I don't like changing nail techs to avoid beginner nail techs that damage my feet and cause infections. Smh. Lastly, this trip took 2.5 + hours! Normally 1 hour, a hour and a half but on a weekday midday no other clients it took ALL DAY. Not acceptable. Needless to say I'm on the hunt for another salon.

There were only 2 ladies working. One had a customer, the other sweet lady named Kong got me started on my pedi. She was very nice and gentle with my feet. Tina got started on my hands eventually. Tina gave me a hard time, jokingly, about the length that I wanted...extremely short. I've been getting my nails done for more than half of my life and know what I like. Short is what works for me. I came in for a pedicure and a deep French almond set, and my nails turned out sloppy, wide, and poorly shaped...they look nothing like a clean almond set. The acrylic is also very thin, which makes the quality even more concerning. The pedicure was just as bad. My toenails were cut and filed way too short, to the point where they're uncomfortable. What really upset me was the lack of professionalism. The owner/manager asked how I liked my nails, and when I spoke up about my concerns, she just said "aww" and giggled. That response alone told me everything about how seriously they take their work and customer satisfaction. On top of that, the salon itself was not pleasant. The smell was very distasteful, and the sink area was not clean, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Upon entering, if you have ever been to this location in the past, you'll notice a great design difference. Furniture is high-end and lush. It's very bright and calming. I was welcomed in immediately despite the counter taking care of another customer. I waited on the sofa and was greeted by Tim, who shared the service menu. However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. Refreshments are available for your enjoyment while you get serviced and are unlimited, but you probably won't ask for refills as you enjoy the zen of the spa chair. Just breathing in this place is relaxing like you're in a spa! You have to check this place out and give it a shot to be your new nail salon. While in London, I got my nails done in my, 'Me Time' , with friends and had to urgently find a place on my return to Houston Tx. Kim, did a great job of getting my nail repaired, the other nails filled in painted and polished.
