My car has safety features and alerted me when he was too close from behind and also halted itself each time the driver brakes suddenly. He was upset I may have not gotten out of his way (there was an SUV to my right in the lane so I couldn't change lanes) when he approached from behind but a commercial truck carrying Combustibles should not be speeding past 70lbs and should use caution while on the roads. The idea of endangering a mother the head of her family is absolutely egregious. I have never felt I was in imminent danger in my life and this man changed that in me. I removed myself from the situation by quickly exiting 580 so they he loose me in the split. His intent was make me crash the car. This man's aggression has shown me he has psychopathic behaviors and this company needs address this. This man is a badge holder of this company and his representation misusing a company fleet vehicle to endanger drivers on the freeway is beyond comprehension. I will contacting an attorney on this, no employee should be exhibiting such egregious behavior using a commercial fleet truck with combustible tanks as deadly force with malicious intents. I called around to our referring doctors and was told about Nitro-derm, I initially called the number listed on yelp but it went to an answering machine so I sent a contact request through their website instead. (Website is actually www.nitro-derm.net. ) Steve had responded by email the details of what size we needed and answered any questions we had. Then gave us a quote of how much it would be (refills, delivery, etc). He was so quick in response that I wasn't about to get through reading my morning emails fast enough that he was nice enough to give me a courtesy call. We scheduled to get our oxygen serviced the same day. He came, gave us great information on how often it needs to be checked, how to work it, etc. We were able to get us a missing wrench and was on his way. Quick response and was just wonderful to work with. They're a small business and offer exceptional customer service!

I'm on Medicare and am thrilled to have finally found a DME who is honest about their relationship with Medicare, communicates clearly about it, accepts the Medicare assigned amount for supplies, and does not bill the patient beyond what they are supposed to bill us. This may sound simply like common sense and decency, but after 6 months of seeking a reputable DME since I started on Medicare, I've been astonished by the behavior I've experienced elsewhere, in contrast to CPAP Services. The pattern I noticed with prior DMEs was when I calmly mentioned that I knew what my benefits and the rules were, I was met with hostility, even yelled at. I later learned that those DMEs were trying to break Medicare rules and hadn't been forthright about their relationship with Medicare - which meant they could get away with charging a whole lot more than we should be charged. I am relieved and delighted to have found a DME who shows me respect, responds promptly, listens, and follows the rules. Especially if you're on Medicare, I encourage you to consider working with CPAP Services.
