They have gotten much better over the years. In the beginning the store had challenge after challenge from items being out of stock to employees and management seemingly not caring. Thankfully this has changed: staff is friendlier, and most products, even sale items are usually in stock. Definitely much better prices than Whole Foods and typically Sprouts and Fry's, but with a limited selection compared to those stores. All of their produce is organic but you can definitely get organic produce cheaper at Sprouts. A plus however is that you can buy a few carrots, or a few stalks of celery as it is sold per pound and not a bunch. This comes in handy when you just need a little bit for a recipe. Their digital incentive program is called {N}power. A few of their coupons are really good, but many of their coupons require large purchases for little reward. The incentive program at Fry's is much better. One plus about their incentive program is that you can get organic eggs for $2.99 or $3.99 a dozen. A big savings from the regular price and this offer has been ongoing for quite a while now. They do not have bags so be sure to bring your own unless you want a box. Several times a year they have cool events with great samples, discounts and typically you can get one of their beautiful, reusable bags for free. Come check out what's behind the big cow!

5 stars simply based on the variety of kombucha they offer. Lots of other good stuff, too. They seemed to have everything here; books, dog food, gardening supplies, salt lamps, bean to bar chocolate and much more.

Kombucha. Enough said. Negative points for puttin it in the box sideways though.

The aisles are too narrow, the parking lot is a bit of nightmare. The food is pretty reasonably priced, though.

Natural Grocers, oh what a weird, weird grocery store you are. you have 10 aisles of food, and 37…read moreaisles of supplements. you don't have bags for your customers to take away their purchases, but you do have a haphazard wall of mismatched stray boxes lined up for newbies like me too uncool to bring their own burlap sack to your Portlandia-esque paradise. and when i ask for said bag, i get attitude like i asked to steal food from the unhoused. we walked the entire store and here is what we found: --the produce was very hit or miss. the peppers all looked sad and wilted (keep in mind everything here is a premium price) -- the radishes looked great. --the prepackaged foods, frozen and dairy sections were similar in size and scope to an AJ's, Bristol Farms, or other smallish boutique grocery stores with little selection and faberge egg cavaier prices. --there is a nebulous "Community Room" towards the back with tables and chairs and not much else. --there are so many aisles of supplements they can't afford power to illuminate them all (that is, some of the aisles in this section were dark, shrug emoji). upon check-out, the Prius-driving (i'm guessing) register jockey gave us just the right amount of vegan-ish attitude as he harrumphed and found an Amazon Prime box for our groceries so we can leave the store with a scarlet letter on our chests. the people in front of us spent $210 on their haul btw (yikes!). we left with an assortment of pickles, chips and a few other things we needed for our trip. would we ever go back? not unless it was the only food option in Prescott. otherwise, there is nothing in this store that would make us return. raise this place and put in a Whole Foods, please!!!

Service was amazing too - attentive, friendly & joyous. Menu is innovative and while we didn't vibe with the taste of every item we tried, we enjoyed how healthy and gut friendly the food was. They say all their food is prepared in-house and is never from a can. Their dessert selection is amazing (tried the freshly baked vegan, GF scone which was soooo yum). The chocolates were good too but a tad overpriced imho. And omg, the seating in this restaurant is something else... there's PLENTY of inside and outdoor seating, incl their magical garden area.

Given that the burrito has two ingredients as of yesterday (menu says it has salsa, but upon ordering you're offered an up sell to pay extra for salsa or avocado), I was disappointed it didn't err on the side of extra chickpea chorizo. It was however seasoned incredibly well, sweet potatoes included. If you want a more quiet patio experience, then I would opt for the dog-friendly patio in the front as opposed to the one through the restaurant toward the back. There wasn't anyone there when I came at open.

5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Customer Service at Sprouts Farmers Market on Sheldon Street!…read more I had the most outstanding shopping experience at the Sprouts Farmers Market located at 174 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott, Arizona. This store truly stands out for its commitment to customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Katie in the Bulk department was fantastic. When I asked her where I could find paper plates, she didn't just point or give directions -- she personally walked me right over to the aisle, showed me the exact section, and kindly asked if these were what I was looking for. Her helpful, proactive attitude made a simple request feel genuinely cared for. Diane at the checkout was equally wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, warm, and engaging the entire time. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and she was very, very helpful with any questions I had. But what really blew me away was Jacob's service. I asked him where the bulk spring water was, and he immediately said "Follow me," took my cart with my permission, and wheeled it straight into the back warehouse area. He returned with exactly three cases of Sprouts spring water already loaded in my cart -- precisely what I needed. I've shopped at many supermarkets over the years and received good service, but never have I experienced someone going to that level of initiative and care. It left me completely blown away and overwhelmingly appreciative. I was so impressed with the entire team that I made a point to track down the manager, Jay, just to tell him how exceptional his staff is. It's obvious that Jay runs this store with a strong focus on excellence in customer service, and every employee reflects that commitment. Hats off to Katie, Diane, Jacob, and the whole team at Sprouts on Sheldon Street -- you've truly set a new standard for what grocery shopping can be. If you're in Prescott, this is the place to shop. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!
