There are some overlaps but I usually go there for non-dairy items and they have a ton of selections to choose from there. The bakery, deli, fresh made food and the seafood sections are off the hook. They even have the locally sourced, hand made, goat milk soaps I enjoy so much. I dealt with a man named Ely in the deli that was funny, knowledgeable and easy going. He made my shopping trip a true joy. Thank you Ely. They have section in the deli was prepared food such as chicken and soups/salads that all look tasty. Every contact I had with staff was first rate and light. That was very much appreciated. I will be back to shop their seafood area as it's by the best I've seen in the Denver area. They have roaming armed security and I always find that reassuring. The quality is hard not to miss here. I am a bit baffled of all the unfermented soy products that are highlighted as being healthful (we can go into that another time), but it's hard not to feel good after leaving this place (that is unless you spend more than you expected, which is easy...better quality is pricier). I am bargain hunter, but it's great to have a place that offers a organic veggies/fruits as well as milk products that won't contain unwanted hormones. Kalona milk products are my favorite. This store has so many pricing errors. They show you digital coupons, and then when you scan them to pay, they give you a different price. And when you ask about the discount... they get so angry they practically foam at the mouth! Sometimes, when I see this, I prefer to stay quiet, but I'm fed up! From now on, I'm going to King Soopers or Walmart. I remember a few months ago, when they were on strike, they seemed very friendly talking to people outside with their signs. But now they think they have the right to treat customers badly. It's terrible.
