I'm writing to share my experience during my recent appointment for an NAD IV infusion. I was…read morereally looking forward to the treatment, so I was disappointed by how the visit ultimately went and wanted to bring it to your attention. When I first arrived for my appointment, the provider attempted to place the IV several times but was unable to access a vein. I believe I was poked about five times before I was asked to come back later and try again. I returned a few hours afterward, hoping the second attempt would be smoother. Unfortunately, the same difficulty occurred. The provider attempted multiple placements again -- in both arms, my foot, my ankle, and eventually my hand. I did mention beforehand that I have very small veins and that IV placement is often difficult for me. When I have IVs done at medical offices, they typically use a smaller "baby needle," which tends to work better for me. I did mention this, but that needle wasn't used. Eventually an IV was placed in my hand. However, while it was being taped down, the IV was jerked, which immediately made me feel like it may have shifted out of the vein. The provider reassured me that it was still properly placed and proceeded to start the infusion. Within about 5-10 minutes, my hand began burning intensely and swelling near my wrist. It also felt extremely cold to the touch. I mentioned this right away and was told that some burning can be normal with NAD. However, the pain and swelling continued to increase -- my fingers began swelling and my arm started to swell as well. At that point I was very concerned that the IV was not actually in the vein. I asked for the IV to be removed because the pain had become severe. Initially there was hesitation to stop the infusion, but I insisted because it hurt so badly. Unfortunately, I had to stop the treatment early and ended up wasting more than half of the IV bag. Because of the number of attempts, the swelling, and having to stop the infusion prematurely, the experience was really uncomfortable and discouraging -- especially since the treatment was quite expensive and something I had been looking forward to. I'm reaching out because I wanted to share what happened and see if there might be a way to resolve the situation. I value your services and would appreciate any consideration you can offer regarding the cost of the treatment or a possible solution.

Denise did such a great job on my brows. I was super hesitant to get them micro-bladed because I have seen some other work and it wasn't that great and the thought of something semi-permanent on my face kind of scared me. I had a co-worker mention she was going to get her brows done and was waiting for her to return to see the results. She came back and they looked AMAZING. So I immediately called her and scheduled my appointment. Denise is so precise in making sure you are getting exactly what you want, she measures, and has you look in the mirror and measures again until you are satisfied with your look (she spent a good 25 minutes with me just making sure I was ok with the shape she had drawn). Then when she is close to being done, she has you look to make sure it's what you want and I had her make a couple of adjustments and when I left there I was so happy with my end result! I just went for my 6 week touch up and it was the same experience, she made sure I was 100% satisfied with her work before I left. I would recommend her to anyone even questioning getting their brows done. You will leave looking amazing and definitely happy with your results. It's nice to be able to wash my face and have some natural looking brows. read more

I had my appointment this morning, the moment that I walked into the salon I noticed how adorably decorated and inviting it was. I met Denise and was immediately comfortable with her warm and friendly personality. She explained everything thoroughly as she approached each step. She first drew on my eyebrows and went over them with me to make sure I approved of them. She put numbing cream on and waited a bit. I didn't have any pain issues whatsoever, although she did say that everyone's pain tolerance was different...so I guess I got lucky! The microblading process in itself takes about 45 minutes, a big part of the process is actually getting them drawn in. It was a fairly easy experience overall and Denise did an excellent job at giving me what I wanted and making the whole process feel like a breeze! read more

I am in love with my new brows!!!! I wanted to do this for years but always chickened out because once it's done there is no going back. Once I saw the finished product of a friend that went to Denise I was sold. I got to say this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was tired of drawing on my brows every day and having to take it off and start over when they didn't come out right. I also didn't realize how bad I was doing them untill Denise pointed out a couple of things to me. I still need to go for my touch-up but they look great.
