The cost was out of my budget so when I stopped in at Quality Mattress, I learned there was a third option, which was to have my mattresses rebuilt. They have the only manufacturing plant in Southern Oregon. I was quoted a fantastic price for the 2 twins and since my mattresses were reversible they made one side firm and the other side medium. Quality Mattress even rebuilt my box springs and when the set was returned promptly to me I was so elated as they were also recovered and looked brand new. Even though they did extra work they refused to charge me more. My mattresses are comfortable and my guests will be able to sleep well. I am also thankful that I could help a local family owned company of a fine reputation.

First, the tiny discoloration was so hard to notice, I did not even know what they were talking about. They picked it up, returning it a week later telling me it's Fixed. Upon using the washer it was still not balanced and made the same Noise as before. Steve offered to swap out the Amana set with a much Older Kennmore set. I agreed, upon using the replacement set the Dryer Screeched like metal on metal brake pads, unbearable to listen to. So again Active picked up the Dryer returning it several days later, telling me it was fixed. NOPE upon using it the Screeching sound was still present. Next, Active swapped the Kennmore Dryer for an Old Maytag Dryer. Active told me the Maytag Dryer worked great.. NOPE the maytag Dryer does not Spin, makes noise and doesn't work, I AM NOT KIDDING.. Absolutely Fed Up I Demanded they pick up their dysfunctional equipment and refund the $795I paid. As of 10/27/23 ACTIVE REFUSES TO TAKE CARE OF THIS. I will see Active in Court soon I am Sueing them for Fraudulent Practices and seeking Maximum Penalties for Deceptive Business Practices.
