We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

Nancy was very helpful and worked with us on price. They have markups just like every other store but when it comes to making deals she worked with us to get the best price possible. I understand everywhere does this as well but she took off upwards to $1500 on a mattress and automatic bed set. And this was after I returned a mattress that I had bought which was a floor model and I singed off as not being returnable. There was a slight issue with it that was more of a dislike on my end. Which I doubt she would have returned it for us but maybe. I can't say she wouldn't have because she seems very reasonable and compassionate. But I assured her that I was going to spend just as much of not more on something so I think it made it a little easier. She returned it no questions asked and I spent twice as much as I did before because I was so happy working with her and felt be confident that she would be on my side if any issues arise in the future. This company survives on giving deals for mattress instead of advertising and marking up products. So don't spend more buy mom and pop.

We were dreading high pressure sales people trying to sell us something we couldn't afford. That was not our experience at all! From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. I felt like a sales person was trying to pressure me into an immediate decision. He didn't ask any questions about how I slept. When I provided him with the information that I am a side sleeper as well as a back sleeper he acted like he did understand what that meant. He directed me to mattresses that were medium firm but felt like firm. I decided to keep looking. I'm very glad that I did because I found the very same mattresses on sale at Costco for a significant amount of money less than what Mattress Firm was asking. I also found them on Amazon. Both of the alternatives were selling the mattress for a few hundred dollars versus Significantly more. I don't recommend this company.
