I appreciated her quality and when she thought one of the lines wasn't quite straight enough, she took it off and redid it versus just leaving it. She also helped give me some tips on what type of nails might suit my lifestyle since I've had issues with chipping in the past since I play a lot of sports. It's a Latino driven shop. They have pedicures, deluxe and VIP. I got the deluxe I wish now I got the VIP for $5 more to receive the paraffin wax . The range is $60-75 for gel and $5.00 for decoration. I was there for a hour and half, Isela took her time. She can do free style art work or stickers. I chose the stickers. The place was spotless and they asked if I like a small bottle of water which is always a nice touch. I paid with cash not sure if there was a credit card fee or not. No discount for cash. The Technician was very gentle sometimes I do prefer the cheese grater for my winter callous, but otherwise, I'd go back, but I'm always on a mission to try different nail salons in the area.

They are usually in too big of a hurry and nip me, which I hate. Michelle put a CND shellac nail polish that went on beautifully. I actually had a design put on my third fingers for Halloween. It's the shadow of a kitty cat. And Michelle used a something called cat's eye to highlight my french style manicure. It was a really cool process that I haven't seen at any other salon. Cute little shop, with amazing care and customer service. Kim is easy to talk to, and her attention to detail, is incredible. Her passion for her craft, absolutely shows, in her work. If you are looking for a simple manicure or pedicure, or you want to works, on your nails and toes, she is definitely the one to see. Personally, I love the Waikiki for my feet! Kim takes her time, does not rush on her clients, to get you out of there. Appointments are booked and managed, so each client, feels as if they are the only one. I went back to my car and sat there until around 3:50 PM and then I decided to go. Thought maybe she was almost done but I was sadly mistaken. I sat there until 4:10 PM I feel like I was getting kind of frustrated so I went to sit outside in my car for a minute to cool off so I didn't say anything to her. When I came back in she was getting that same gal a pedicure. I don't think it's OK to lie and set up an appointment and expect somebody wait 40 minutes. I think it's important to communicate and that's just not what happened.
