I've been coming to this nail salon for three months and it was recommended to me by a friend and they did a great job on my first few set of nails but they always had a habit of drilling my nails down too far or burning me with the drills and I went in yesterday to get a specific set and they told me it was going to be over my price range so I change my nails and I apologize multiple multiple times and the lady kept telling me I was OK I was OK and I got blue and nude ombre and when I got home they were the worst things ever they look terrible you can see the blue acrylic under the the nude it was so terrible and I do not recommend this place they are rude and disrespectful and treat their customers like shit read more

So, I came to this place yesterday and worst experience ever. I got a Full Set and Pedicure. For one the lady doing my feet was ruff. She was lost the entire time, start doing the wrong pedicure. The guy next to her had to tell her I was getting number 5. After she rushed through my nails. I told her multiple times that two of my nails were wrong. She still proceed to do her way. Then she gets up and takes a snack break like, I'm not paying. Soon after, she goes to someone else and the head lady comes and do the rest. After i pay and head home (30 mins away) i notice my nails were turning colors. I got the Matt gel nails. I called up there to notify them and they told me to come tomorrow. So, now I'm here trying to get my nails fixed and they talking about if I want a new color I have to pay. They wipe my nails off and said I got them dirty. What do you mean dirty. My daughter and I have been coming hear for almost a year now. Today we came in for pedicures and gel polish. Always received friendly service. Today they put two little white girls ahead of us that needed polish change on hands and feet. We sat in water for almost an hour. They walked in and asked was it too busy and they said no and got right to them. They walked everyone after me to the nail dryer and just told me to go to the dryers. I know now they are no different from other Asian shops. Favor whites over blacks when they have to make a choice. read more

Went to the salon with my sister and niece and had a very bad experience. Will not be going back. First me and my sister had the same thing done pedi and mani why they charged her $13 dollars more than me, mind you her finger nails maybe a half inch longer than mine. I asked why her was more and the lady said because her nails are long. Which is bull shit. I have never been to any salon where they charge you for the length of your nails. They just making up prices as they go and when you question them about it they want to argue you. I asked for their price list she said they didn't have one, which was a lie because when we sat down in the chair to get the pedi the girl handed the listing to us and nothing on the list said anything about they charge for the length of your nails. It's called price gouging and I will be making a complaint to the Attorney General Office regarding this matter and from what I am reading on Yelp they have been doing this for a while. Secondly with COVID running ramped they don't ask people to wash their hands before they start working on them. So I will be contacting the health department regarding this matter. They have people there that don't know how to speak at least a little bit of English so when you ask them about certain design they don't understand and just start doing your nails they think you want your nails to be done and when tell them that's not what I asked for they argue with you and threaten to call the police for their mistake. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!! Please spend your money elsewhere!!!I have been going to this salon for many years when visiting home. I've always received acceptable service until recently. My aunt and best friend told me on different occasions how rude they were to them but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I usually only let the owner's wife I think her name is Mai do my nails but she had an appointment and assured me this tech would do a good job. Another client and I were talking and she asked me if the acrylic had ruined my nails like they did hers. I was explaining to her that I only get the shellac polish but the technique of using the drill to file them down was weakening them and I had to get acrylic on my thumbs because they broke. I know this because my all natural nail salon in NY doesn't use drills or acrylic and my nails were always healthy. The nail tech rudely interrupted our conversation saying you didn't have to get acrylic my aunt just suggested it. Of course I wanted to say some choice words but I just waited until she was done. When I was leaving the owner's wife asked if everything was okay and I told her no I didn't appreciate the customer service. So the next time I called to make an appointment with Mai and when I got there on time I waited until she was finished with the current client. But then she started on someone else! I politely reminded her I had an appointment. She stated she had to do them first because they were there before me but to talk to her husband. What is the point in making an appointment!!! He told me I had to wait but I didn't have to if I didn't want to. Needless to say I didn't. There are way too many nail shops in the same area to be treated with disrespect. read more
