The groomer, Kelly, does not try to make your dog feel welcomed nor does she let them out to potty. She has no idea how to manage a puppy. In fact she called us and asked us to return so we could hold our puppy because our lil pooch would not stay still. Even after my spouse left work to help her groom our puppy she did a terrible job. It didn't even look like our dog was groomed. She assured me when I called she was familiar with my breed dog and was capable of managing a 6mos old pup. I do not recommend her services. It was a terrible experience.

I always allow 45 mins. To an hour to get there. Last visit I showed up 1/2 hr. Early waiting in my car before curbing my dog. As I went to enter I was told I didn't have an appointment. It was never noted in the book when in fact I called months in advance. At that point my dog was already drugged for nothing!!! I was told basically tough luck could only get a nail trim and was off to Massachusetts. I always tipped handsomely. Once there she is out of the car and she heads straight inside, without looking back. I would recommend them to anyone. They do make sure that your dog is up to date on all shots prior to going there, which is comforting to know since all of the dogs there will be up to date. They are definitely a five star Kennel!
