At that appointment I arranged for items to be picked up on July 2nd. I arrived July 2nd. None of my items had been touched. I had to wear an alternate outfit to a wedding that weekend. I called July 8th and made an appointment for July 15th to pick items up. I specifically asked that the pants be done for an upcoming trip. Arrived on July 15th. Two dresses done but no pants. Owner blamed it on her assistant. I asked to take everything as I was over it. She insisted on removing the pins. Or charge me $10 a pin. No worries. I will not be back.

They also steamed it for me, which I hadn't even realized they offered and was such a lifesaver. At the very last minute, they also altered and steamed my 2nd dress for the shoot since we had two outfits. They were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. When I picked everything up, they had me try on the altered dress to make sure everything was absolutely right, which I really appreciated. Beyond the incredible work, the experience itself was wonderful. They were so warm and easy to talk to, and genuinely excited for me. They asked about my wedding and the shoot, and made me feel beautiful and celebrated in my dress. I sometimes feel anxious meeting new people, especially with all the wedding-related appointments where you feel very "on display," but they immediately put me at ease. Theresa worked up sketches and painstakingly deconstructed the dress with an incredible attention to detail (she saved the individual lace flowers to reattach in the same pattern). She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. I could not be happier with how the dress turned out, and she so thoughtfully displayed it on a mannequin with bows once it was ready! I can't recommend Theresa enough. The first dress was a delicate chiffon mother of the bride gown that I initially thought was too tight in the bodice.
