They actually finished my alterations several days earlier than promised, and the fit turned out absolutely perfect. I was so pleased with the result that I immediately brought in two more pairs of slacks. The whole experience was stress-free, affordable, and done with real attention to detail. For comparison, I took an identical pair of slacks to a different alteration shop in Pismo Beach on the same day. That location charged nearly three times as much, and their anticipated completion date is still a week and a half out--so I can really see the difference in both value and turnaround time. Theresa worked up sketches and painstakingly deconstructed the dress with an incredible attention to detail (she saved the individual lace flowers to reattach in the same pattern). She asked my preferences and permission every step of the way, knowing it was a treasured family heirloom. I could not be happier with how the dress turned out, and she so thoughtfully displayed it on a mannequin with bows once it was ready! I can't recommend Theresa enough. She is thoughtful, talented, detailed, thorough, and altogether fun to be around and talk to! My family and I are so grateful for her taking this task on and making our rehearsal dinner so special.

The first dress was a delicate chiffon mother of the bride gown that I initially thought was too tight in the bodice. Teresa patiently explained that the fit was actually perfect and even taught me the proper way to zip up such a gown--starting with the eyehook first! Her attention to detail was impeccable as she hand-hemmed the flowing chiffon to perfection. Also shrunk my curtains by 8 inches by washing them instead of dry cleaning. Did not offer to refund or remedy the situation. Very disappointing as this has been our dry cleaners for 18 years. It obviously recently changed owners.
