On the day of my appointment, Shawna made sure I felt comfortable and welcome in her space. I was looking for an alternative/edgy shag cut that is low maintenance in the mornings. Apparently this was right up her alley! She talked to me through her creative process before and during the cut which was reassuring, and I began to trust her vision and professionalism completely. Not only did I leave with an AMAZING haircut, but she gave me some fantastic advice and product recommendations on how to keep my hair happy and healthy. Going in, I was insecure and frustrated about my hair as it is transitioning between a LOB and a longer layered style, but I left feeling great about my cut despite the unusual length. She is SO friendly and great to talk to, asked questions about myself and listened with genuine interest. She even took the time to teach me how to "style" my bangs (in less than 5 mins) and even taught me how to get beachy curls using a curling wand!!!
