I called her two days later and left a message that I was having trouble making my winging hair look halfway decent, and wondered if she could squeeze me in for a quick fix prior to my event. I was desperate. She never even called back. Very disappointing. I went to my event with a bird's nest hairdo that several people told me wasn't my best look... It was humiliating. I initially left her a message and she called me back when she was in between clients. Her place was easy to find, with its own little parking lot which made it convenient to zip in and out. Kim was friendly and listened to what I was looking for, and made suggestions based on my hair type. It was great. She was extremely efficient and my hair came out amazing. This salon is located in a community grooming space so you will enter the building (across from LifeTime Fitness in Plantation Point) and then search for her studio. It's a small, intimate space that is perfect for privacy. She only does one head at a time which I really appreciate. She is always timely and professional and the space is lovely. I've never had to wait. Marissa's appointments are appropriately spaced so you will not have to wait. I have locs now so I go to another stylist for that.
