I reallllly wanted to leave a great review for these guys. I gave so many chances to make things right. Unfortunately they have gone dark on us after cashing the check and leaving our yard unfinished. We hired them to lay weed preventing tarp/netting under our backyard rock and do a cleanup of grass, weeds, etc. Initial cleanup was fine. They finished and left after taking the check. I told them thank you and they were gone. This was where i messed up. I should have gone and verified that every single section was complete and to my satisfaction before i handed them the check. But I'm an optimist and I trusted that it was done right. By husband comes home, sees the yard, tells me it's not even halfway done, and i get mad. Seriously? No communication was made that they would be back to finish or anything. I reached out via yelp to the company...apparently they ran out of tarp and had to come back (this first job took at least 6 hours with a few guys). WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE THEY LEFT . They come back a few days later and this time only one man is doing the work. Takes him over 8 hours to lay the tarp (my yard is not big...our entire lot is only 8,000 sf and my house is 2000 of that and we have a large patch of grass...the rock is minimal.) still doesn't finish and says he will have to come back. I hear nothing for days. I reach out AGAIN via yelp and have heard NOTHING back. Twice I've tried to get in touch and there has been zero response. Oh, but they cashed the check. All i can do is warn others. Beware. The work they did was okay. Still looks terrible in spots, and weeds are popping through the parts of the netting that they cut half-assed. But I learned my lesson. I will not work with this company again after all the hassle and now my yard isn't even complete AND I'm out the money. read more

Haven't left a review for this company in 4 years time to update. We have had this company do our yardwork for 7 years. We first hired them when we lived at Power Ranch in Gilbert and they were great! We moved 3 years ago to San Tan Valley to be closer to my husband's work. We were delighted to find out they were expanding at that time to San Tan Valley. Moises was and is the landscaper that keeps our yard looking great! Miguel & Manny were a pleasure to work with. Their prices were competitive and they were able to get their team working on our backyard within the week. The hiccups: (1) the day they were coming to quote the work no one showed up at the scheduled time. When we inquired when we should expect someone, we were told there were car troubles (no idea how true that is since they seemed to drive well-maintained vehicles) but this was remedied quickly, and Miguel showed within the hour; (2) the dumpster they hired to remove our old cement, we were told would be picked up that same day. The following day it was still there, so we text Manny in the late afternoon just to make him aware. No response, but it was picked up the morning on day 2 , and we noticed Miguel oversaw the pick up; (3) when the cement was going to be laid about a week after the initial work, Victor showed up the day before to verify measurements. He said either Miguel or Manny would be in touch with us about the time they would arrive the following day (something they had also told us prior to leaving the previous week). When we had still heard nothing by the early morning that the work would be done, we initiated contact by text. Manny got back to me within the hour, and the cement crew arrived within 45 minutes of that text. That said, they both came and inspected the work both days prior to their crew finishing for the day. The work: We had them remove an already fractured cement pad and old built-in fire pit we rarely used. We requested backfill dirt in the half of the area that we have yet to figure out what we'll yet do with it, and they laid new cement in the other half. They also removed an old lantana that had been planted far too close to the house by a previous resident, moved our old irrigation around the side of the house, and added an pvc spigot closer to what will be our gardening area. Overall, we were content with the work and their prices. While communication wasn't 'terrible', there did seem to be an odd bit of disconnect. Still, our project was very basic and not overly time sensitive, so it was nothing that would keep us from considering them again for future projects. Probably my favorite aspect of the communication is that much of it was by text which is far more direct. read more

This company started strong with a quick response and sent someone out to look over my yard for a quote. I need a yard clean up and someone to fix my drip system. We agreed on a price and they said their crew would be on site in the next few days. After 3 days I reached out for an update as no one had showed up. They told me they had fallen a little behind and that a crew would be out on Wednesday. I sent a message on Tuesday to make sure we were still good and received no response. We'll Wednesday came and went and still no one on site and they have not responded to two different messages. Reliability is not good with this company so I would recommend going in a different direction. read more

Manny was very friendly, but I had some problems once we got things started. First, they were not super communicative once we paid our deposit. Second, on the day of the final installation, they did not listen to our directions for the small plants in front of our house. Planting four small shrubs rather than a variety. Third, and by far the worst, was the bougainvilleas. We had ordered 4 of the same color. When they arrived there were 2 pink, 1 purple, and one that they said was purple, but there were no flowers currently blooming. They assured me it was purple, and installed them alternating. When the flowers bloomed, the last one was white. It's clear that the installers (who were not accompanied by Manny), ripped the flowers off and lied to me so I wouldn't force them to go back and get what we actually ordered. That lack of integrity was extremely disappointing. Plusses- Manny is very friendly and accommodating, they responded quickly, and the work quality seems pretty good so far. Price was fair, although not fantastic. Minuses- Nobody seems to communicate very well, they don't listen (or communicate to staff) about what you want installed, and then to top it off, they lie to you. When the company representative came on site, he verbally quoted us $800 for initial clean up and $95 per week for maintenance. We asked for the quote in writing. When we received the quote via email, it was $1300 for initial clean up and $120 per week in maintenance. Needless to say, we we shocked by the dramatic increase and chose not to employ the company. read more

I used to deal with Manny who was a co-owner and Brother of Miguel, another co-owner. Manny left the business and I started to deal with Miguel. I won't work with this business after interacting with Miguel. While Manny was trustworthy specially that I am in San Diego and did remote work with him while he is at Phoenix, I did not feel the trust working with his brother Miguel. who was quick to dip into my pockets for landscaping job and got super irritated when asked about his prices. Despite doing so much work with them he told me if you don't like my prices leave, and this is poor customer service for someone who spend a lot of work and jobs with them. For that particular job that caused the relationship to deteriorate, it was my first ever interaction with Miguel about irrigation not working at a house. He called me to tell me all valves are bad like four in the front and 3 in the rear, timer is bad, there is probably a broken pipe and he asked for over $1200 for the valves alone valves while he finds a timer and quote me a price. He told me this won't guarantee things to work as we will dig deep etc... as he thinks there is a broken pipe. I was surprised that everything went bad out of a sudden and I found his prices not reasonable too considering the parts are cheap per Home Depot. To make story short, I hired another professional and he replaced two valves, a broken pipe for $266 and all is fine. The conclusion is either Miguel is incompetent at the job or basically he wanted to dip deep into my pockets to take advantage of me being remote. Very nasty read more

It's taken me a while to get to writing this review. I initially worked Emmanuel to develop and implement my project in May 2022. The results turned out great and I was really happy. Then the plants started to die and I couldn't figure out why. I lifted up the black plastic laid for weed prevention and discovered mold growing underneath. Apparently it's common knowledge you don't lay plastic sheeting under mulch, which is organic material and needs to breathe. Further evidence is that those plants which did not have the plastic or mulch did not die. When I contacted Emmanuel he said he was unaware and that in the fall they would replace them. Unfortunately my living situation changed and I contacted the company in September to ask if they could relocate the plants to a new house I bought. At this point the contact is Miguel and he said he could. The timeline was tight and when I tried to schedule them they never got back to me. So my recommendation here is to really know your Landcaping because they do not. They can do the work which actually did look nice but I felt I wasted a lot of money because they were not knowledgeable. I should also note after making a 50% deposit on an 8k job their phone was shut off and I could not get a hold of them. I nearly had a heart attack thinking they ran off with my money. Fortunately they turned their phone back on and did the job. I could have done without the scare. read more

I was very happy with the response of this company. They sent someone out immediately to look at my project and take measurements. Shortly after someone else came out to look and get more information. He even mapped things out in my yard with paint and spoke about a 3D rendering. He said he'd come up with some drawings and get back to me. I was very excited to get this started. After two weeks and hearing nothing, I contacted Nature Home asking if they'd changed their mind in taking on my project. I hired him and he said he would start the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited all day Monday and no show. Tuesday morning I called and asked when he was coming. No response.
