After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! They came back and fixed the sprinkler issue and even offered to replace some of the grass patches that were dying because of the sprinkler issue. Sometimes accidents happen no matter how careful you are but it's the sign of an honest person that owns his mistake and then makes it right. JRM Landscaping did great work for our home owners association (HOA), from start to finish. The JRM team communicated very well throughout the project and they were responsive and easy to work with. Their pricing was competitive and they delivered everything they had promised, and then some: JRM did QA (quality assurance) on the project after the work was done, proactively made a punch list, and asked for additional feedback from us before calling the job complete. It was a pleasure doing business with them! *This scope of work included removing several evergreen trees and existing stumps, replacing them with new plants, clearing two beds of rocks, mitigating the soil for the new plants, installing/replacing sprinkler lines and heads, creating a dry creek bed rock formation, and trimming other trees.

The aerator ran over some of the heads. They killed the new little trees by spraying poison around the base so they did not have to edge around them. I did not give them permission to spray poison in my yard. They refused to give me any compensation for the trees. I have used JRM for almost twenty years. It was a good company before John Meinert died.
